Abstract

The Industrial Revolution broke through is a non-compulsory. The Entire industry sector in all world should be prepared and join up this revolution. This revolution will lead to the open market competition during globalization era which is suppressing the company by the rapid development of the Industry which includes technological development, economic changes behavior, cultural and society development; and market change trends. The circumstance encouraged the business to advance and evolve with the times. The local government directly controls state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The most important aspect in this revolution is company trust, especially if there is a focus on providing goods or services to the neighborhood. Ensuring the ability of SOEs in this revolution and achieves its obligation, there are several issues should be solved and identified to increase the Company Image, such as; corporate culture issues, organizational structure, employees, intervention from the bureaucracy. The goal of this study was to identify the key elements that would help design procedures for improving corporate images in urban company. The studies were quantitative and used observation, questioning, and interviews as three key sources of data. Data analysis and model building with process determination came next. With a path coefficient of 0.94, the results show that the Customer Satisfaction variable and the Corporate Image variable are positively correlated. Corporate Image increases by 0.94 units or has an impact of 0.94 units on the increase in Corporate Image if Customer Satisfaction increases. The overall impact of service quality on client satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Indragiri is 67.86 percent. Understanding what is desired and expected by the customer to be offered or given by the company is critical to service quality. Quality of service is a company's business that strives to improve the quality of its processes, products, and services. While the Water Supply Company (PDAM) is a local domination that provides urban water, supply has the potential to improve public services in terms of clean water quality. Product quality, such as water clarity, colour, and odour, is the customer satisfaction dimension with the lowest value, in line with the distribution performance issue. Therefore, to improve water quality and distribution, quality control management must be planned, implemented, and carried out systematically and continuously.

Abstract

Background: socialization of government policies by revoking the HET for packaged cooking oil so that market players, both producers and consumers, are aware of the policies issued by the government, so that unscrupulous hoarders will be immediately sanctioned and followed up legally. Objective: to stabilize the market share economy and the market mechanism remains stable so that cooking oil does not run out of the country. Method: problem solving with a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting community service research. Result: with this policy from the government, especially entrepreneurs producing cooking oil can breathe a sigh of relief because they follow international and national CPO prices, so for cooking oil raw materials remain at market standards so that prices are in accordance with the purchase of raw materials and entrepreneurs do not suffer losses, so to ensure that price can apply in the market, the government will provide subsidies for retail cooking oil through the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency.

Abstract

This study discussed the duties and roles of the legal apparatus, especially the Police, in handling criminal cases and courts against perpetrators of criminal acts. We manage this study with a phenomenological approach that we design in a qualitative study and rely on secondary data, namely data in the form of scientific evidence that has been published in several literature sources, books, and scientific papers of academic work that were released between 2010 and 2022. As for the mechanism of our study, we carried out extensive data coding techniques, thorough evaluations, and data interpretation to obtain findings that would answer the problems and hypotheses of this study with the principles of high validity and reliability. From the results of the study and discussion of the findings, we can conclude, among other things, that the duties of the Police are based on Article 13 of Law no. 2 of 2002 that the Police are law enforcement, citizen protection, and community service. Meanwhile, the understanding of jurisdiction is an authority possessed by the Police in forcing citizens to obey the criminal Law to uphold justice for the power and authority of state law towards citizens and other aspects. Thus, these findings are intended to be an additional important input for understanding legal and Police studies in future studies.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur terjadi pada Mei 2021. Kasus ini dilaporkan ke Polres Depok. Korbannya adalah seorang anak perempuan berusia 8 tahun. Dan pelakunya masih di bawah umur. Anak harus dilindungi dari segala bentuk kekerasan. Diversi merupakan solusi untuk kasus-kasus anak, mulai dari pidana hingga illegal. Proses diversi dalam Putusan Pengadilan No.5/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN.Dpk. Dalam kasus pelecehan seksual terhadap anak, tidak diperlukan prosedur diversi. Diversi adalah salah satu bentuk upaya penyelesaian perkara di luar pengadilan namun hal ini masih menimbulkan pro dan kontra di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu hasil visum et repertum (VIR) atau dikatakan sebagai keterangan tertulis yang dibuat oleh dokter dalam ilmu kedokteran forensik atas permintaan penyidik yang berwenang mengenai hasil pemeriksaan medik terhadap manusia, baik hidup atau mati ataupun bagian atau diduga bagian tubuh manusia, diperlukan demi memberikan rasa keadilan bagi korban berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 perubahan atas undang-Undang nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak.

Abstract

This study discusses the review of consumer protection law in the era of internet-based trade. The author believes that along with technological advances, more and more business transactions are carried out electronically. So along with that, there are also business actions that harm consumers. For this reason, the author has conducted a search for scientific evidence to support the hypothesis of this study on a number of databases that discuss the issue in question. We then analyze the data to get a valid and convincing understanding. Based on the findings and discussion of the results, we can conclude that the consumer protection law needs to be strengthened with more binding rules while still taking into account the basic existing consumer protection laws, namely UUPK article 4 of electronic trading regulations.

Abstract

This study discussed the rethinking of the Merdeka learning curriculum, from the design of the implementation document to the achievement of results. The authors believe that there are quite several writings that discuss the contents of the Merdeka learning curriculum from different perspectives and perspectives. However, very few have tried to review how the implementation documents are and what the expected results are. This study used secondary data from publications, books, scientific journals, curricula, and other sources. After involving a series of studies which include coding the data, evaluating the data, analyzing the data sharply, and interpreting and drawing conclusions to get valid friendly data. We designed this study in qualitative terms, so after discussion and if there is in-depth data, we can finally say that a review of the curriculum documents they learned both in terms of implementation and the results to be achieved need to be thought out and revised in various places so that in the future it becomes a curriculum that can be implemented.

Abstract

This research reviewed how research skills affect the writing results of Indonesian postgraduate students. As academics have understood it. the success of studying at the postgraduate level was closely related to the skills and abilities to research various content and contexts of the field of study. The researchers have conducted a data collection series consisting of literature searching, observation, and documentation to prove this assumption. Furthermore, data was analyzed by defining the research question, collecting answers by sharpening the correlation and comparison between the questions and answers or findings. Finally, the researchers interpret in-depth whether the findings were valid and reliable. The design used phenomenology approach. Considering the data and the analysis results, the researchers conclude that the skills and abilities to research Indonesian postgraduate students greatly influence each writing or lecture assessment's quality or outcome, including research activities, final semester assignments, and weekly assignments. Therefore, the findings have a meaningful input for postgraduate students and policymakers for studying in master and undergraduate programs in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively describe the problems of unregistered marriages (sirri marriages) and their legal solutions. This study is a literature study that explains in detail the issues of unregistered marriages (sirri marriages) and their legal solutions. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation technique. While the analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. After conducting in-depth research, an important conclusion was found that unregistered or unregistered marriages are events that still occur in society in the modern era as it is today. There are many factors that cause people not to register/register their marriage to the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), including because they think that marriage is a personal matter so that the state does not need to interfere, they are worried that their pension money will be lost when registering their marriage, the marriage is carried out in minors, due to pregnancy out of wedlock. Unregistered marriages have negative impacts, including; The marriage does not have legal power and certainty, so it is difficult to claim his rights in the event of a divorce, and difficult in matters related to state administration, such as making a marriage certificate and others. Meanwhile, the positive impact is that a registered marriage can provide protection to the family and legal certainty. The role of the government to resolve cases of unregistered marriages is to carry out marriage istbat in an integrated and programmed manner for free.

Abstract

Artikel ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan serta pemahaman tentang etika dan etiket pendidik profesional dalam pendidikan karakter yang ada di Indonesia. Adapun pertanyaan yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini yakni bagaimanakah bentuk etika serta etiket pendidik profesional dalam pendidikan karakter yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian jenis kualitatif, kajian ini dijalankan dengan memakai metode kajian literatur. Sementara itu, hasil kajian ini memperlihatkan bahwa, kode etik termasuk sistem nilai, norma serta aturan profesional yang ditulis dengan tegas dan penuh komitmen, yakni apa saja yang baik serta benar dan apa saja yang tidak baik serta tidak benar untuk pendidik profesional. Kode etik profesional ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberi pelayanan sebaik mungkin kepada seluruh pihak yang mendapat pelayana, dalam hal ini adalah peserta didik. Keberadaan kode etik ini mampu menghindarkan serta melindungi seorang pendidik dari tindakan yang tidak profesional. Dengan etika dan etiket tersebut maka kualitas pendidikan karakter di Indonesia dapat diwujudkan. Dalam mengimplementasikan ke profesionalitas-an seorang pendidik tentunya wajib terus belajar dan meningkatkan kemampuan diri, pengetahuan tentang teknologi, wawasan global serta pengetahuan yang mereka miliki tentang berbagai etika dan etiket pendidik profesional yang berlaku pada saat ini di Indonesia, berikutnya seorang pendidik juga mesti menjalankan dan mentaati etika dan etiket sebagai pendidik profesional, dengan sepenuh hati dan komitmen yang kuat.
