Abstract

At this time many companies are competing to provide education and cooperation with schools,especially the application of industrial work culture because there will be tax deduction incentivesone of the vocational high schools in Bandung has collaborated with industry and applied industrial work culture to learning.The absence of monitoring, controlling and evaluation on the part of the company and school makes the application of an industrial work culture unable to see the level of suitability and success. This problem encourages researchers to conduct research on the application of industrial work culture in vocational high schools in Bandung. This study aims to determine the suitability and results of the application of industrial work culture.Where the components applied to work culture are 5s, 3c, horenso and yoss check. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of industrial work culture questionnaires that have gone through expert validation and statistical validation. The results showed that industrial culture has a score of 87.30% interpretation criteria, which means that the application of industrial work culture is in accordance with the module, Then students have a self-control score for self-discipline of 75.75%, which means that the implementation of industrial work culture in schools is very good.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, especially in the field of information and technology, has helped and supported progress in all fields, including education. Learning processes that utilize technology and information in providing vocational education or E-learning is an important part. E-learning provides flexible space and time benefits for educators and students. This research is a literature review to understand e-learning systems in learning, especially vocational learning, which has various challenges and aims to deal with specific and technical abilities in each specific vocational field. The literature search strategy uses the search for articles published in national and international scientific journals. The results of research on e-learning indicate that the e-learning method is beneficial for every student and is very effective because e-learning provides space, time and cost benefits for students and educators. In addition, various supporting tools in the assessment of affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects are available. Even the soft skills needed by vocational education students can be facilitated through e-learning. Optimizing e-learning will have a good impact on vocational education in preparing graduates who are ready to work.

Abstract

Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) is one of the institutions that focuses on ready-to-work graduates. This study aims to identify vocational education in logistics and supply chain in producing a workforce that meets logistics industry standards. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using sources from scientific articles published in the last 10 years around 2011 to 2021. The results of the study found that in the development of the logistics program there was a lack of student awareness of the potential and discipline as a career field. The capabilities that must be possessed include logistics curriculum, TVET curriculum, TVET learning, TVET skills, soft skills, technical skills, administrative skills, managerial skills, professional skills, communication skills, technology skills, worker skills, logistics performance. TVET has a central working pattern, collaborates with other institutions, develops a training curve according to field needs, with innovative and sustainable technology and information.

Abstract

Masyarakat yang berstatus pengangguran di Desa Kertamulya diharapkan dapat berwirausaha untuk menaikan taraf hidupnya dibandingkan menunggu pekerjaan yang belum jelas. Namun minat, motivasi dan bekal berwirausaha masyarakat belum cukup untuk mewujudkan hal itu. Tujuan pada pelatihan ini untuk memberikan bekal untuk merintis usaha khususnya usaha bengkel las. Metode kaji tindak digunakan pada pengabdian ini. Implementasinya dengan pelatihan yang dilanjutkan pendampingan. Untuk mengukur pencapaian hasil pelatihan dilakukan tes diakhir pelatihan. Khalayak sasaran ialah pemuda berusia 20 – 30 tahun. Hasil dari pelatihan ini didapatkan bahwa peserta pelatihan dapat menguasai pengetahuan dan keterampilan berupa materi dasar perbengkelan dan pengelasan dengan rata rata pencapaian 78% dari keseluruhan materi. Keberhasilan pelatihan juga dapat dilihat dari produk yang dihasilkan yaitu dudukan pot bunga dari besi yang mempunyai kualitas yang sama dengan yang ada di pasaran. Kesimpulannya melalui pelatihan las dekoratif, peserta pelatihan yaitu pemuda Desa Kertamulya dapat menguasai bekal merintis usaha bengkel las.
