Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the efforts of the Indonesian Consulate General in Kota Kinabalu to provide protection for migrant workers who are involved in drug abuse cases (dadah) in 2018-2020. This research was studied using diplomacy protection theory and bilateral relations theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of protection provided by the KJRI Kota Kinabalu for TKI who were involved in drug abuse cases (dadah). The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with primary data collection and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with the KJRI Kota Kinabalu staff, then secondary data was carried out by collecting documents obtained from various reference sources of books, libraries or online information then sorted and focused and described descriptively. From the data collection the researchers concluded that the bilateral relationship which exists between Indonesia and Sabah, Malaysia plays a very important role in the protective diplomacy practice of the KJRI Kota Kinabalu in providing protection for migrant workers who are involved in drug abuse cases (dadah) . The forms of protection provided by the KJRI Kota Kinabalu for migrant workers who are involved in drug abuse cases (dadah) are technical protection, juridical protection, and political protection. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce heterogeneous catalyst based on activated carbon as a buffer impregnated with base solution and determine the effect of the concentration of a base solution and impregnation time. The ingredients used include acacia wood sawdust, hydrochloric acid (HCl), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), pottasium hydroxide (KOH) and aquadest (H2O). The study begins with the making of activated carbon from acacia wood sawdust by carbonizing the furnace at 500℃ for 4 hours then washing 0.1 M HCl. After that, 15 grams of activated carbon are impregnated in NaOH and KOH with a concentration of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 N for 18, 21 and 24 hours. After the implementation, the catalyst was analyzed by AAS, FTIR and SEM. The best condition that produced the catalyst with the highest content after impregnation, which was 80.92% for NaOH dan 85.63% for KOH, was obtained at a concentration of 5 N for 21 hours. The application of catalysts heterogeneus base in biodiesel was made with a reaction time of 120 minutes at 60℃ and the use of 3% b/b of used cooking oil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai November 2019 di Perairan Lalowaru Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman spesies krustasea bycatcth perikanan rajungan (Portunus pelagicus). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yang didasarkan  pada periode bulan terang dan gelap. Hasil penelitian jumlah jenis krustasea bycatch perikanan rajungan yang ditemukan pada bulan terang dan gelap adalah sama, yaitu 8 spesies dengan kelimpahan tertinggi adalah T. crenata. Indeks keanekaragaman krustasea bycatch  pada kedua periode (terang dan gelap) berkisar antara 0,562-0,632, indeks keseragaman berkisar 0,622-0,7 serta indeks dominansi berkisar 0,382-0,28.Kata Kunci: Bycatch, Keanekaragaman, Krustasea, Periode bulan, Konawe   Selatan
