Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-commerce website quality, trust, risk perception, and subjective norms on buying interest at Bukalapak.com. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the quality of the e-commerce website, trust and risk perception have a significant positive effect on buying interest at Bukalapak.com. Subjective norms have not significant effect on online buying interest at Bukalapak.com. This finding implies the policy of the need to create and manage a practical website with a good appearance, using language that is easy to understand and the website is easily accessible to consumers. In addition, it provides product safety guarantees and guarantees against the risk of damage and loss of products purchased by consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan American English Course Purwokerto” ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan TQM terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi yang positif baik bagi pihak perusahaan maupun pihak lainnya. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 24 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Quality Management (TQM) dengan indikator Total Management Support, Quality Information, Process Management dan Product Design, dengan variabel dependennya adalah Kinerja Karyawan dengan indikator Lingkungan Kerja, Kemauan Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja. Alat analisis dan pengujian hipotesisnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software WarpPLS used: 5.0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan PLS, ditemukan bahwa semua indikator empirik yang digunakan telah memenuhi pengujian outer model yang meliputi convergent validity, discriminant validity dan composite reliability dan pengujian inner model dengan melihat R-square-nya. Dengan menggunakan analisa PLS, dihasilkan P-valuenya < 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan TQM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dapat diterima.

Abstract

Unplanned purchases usually arise due to several factors, it could be price, lifestyle or following the push of a certain trend. Research on the effect of price discount, shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulse buying on consumers Karita Muslim Square Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative study using 100 respondents who are consumers of Karita Muslim Square Purwokerto. This research uses multiple linear regression. The results show that price discount shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on consumers of Karita Muslim Square Purwokerto. The variable has a significant effect on impulse buying on Karita Muslim Square Purwokerto consumers. The variable has a significant effect on impulse buying on Karita Muslim Square Purwokerto consumers. Making shopping fun for consumers while still paying attention to purchases, this can be done by selecting the appropriate price, and products that are in accordance with trends or that are being liked by certain groups are fundamental to both consumers and producers

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada massyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penerapan Ilmu manajemen dalam pengelolaan usaha kecil. Ilmu manajemen merupakan sebuah ilmu yang sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam pengelolaan organisasi, pengelolaan kegiatan usaha dan pengelolaan ekonomi rumah tangga. Untuk itu dirasa sangat perlu memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi masyarakat tentang ilmu ekonomi khususnya ilmu manajemen. Kegiatan penyuluhan akan dilakukan dengan sasaran ibi-ibu PKK yang ada di Desa Wangon Kecamatan Wangon Kabupten Banyumas, dengan harapan mereka mampu dan bisa mengelola kegiatan usahanya dengan melakukan serta menerapkan ilmu manajemen dengan baik. Tujuan penyuluhan tentang ilmu ekonomi adalah bahwa mereka mampu menata kegiatan mereka dan mendapatkan peningkatan kesejahteraan secara menyeluruh. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah dengan memberikan pemaparan matei untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang ilmu manajemen yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam mendirikan bisnis yang sukses. Serta melakukan aplikasi dari ilmu manajmeen dalam pengelolaan usaha kecil. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan dasar pengetahuan bagi semua kalangan masyarakat umumnya dan khususnya ibu- ibu PKK di Desa Wangon Kecamatan Wangon Kabupaten Banyumas kan lebih mengerti dan memahami tentang ilmu manajemen, dan dapat menerapkan dalam pengelolaan usah kecil masyarakat.

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Compensation on Work Motivation of Employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Purwokerto Branch ". The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of individual characteristic variables on the work motivation of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Purwokerto Branch, to determine the significance of the influence of job characteristics variables on work motivation of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Purwokerto Branch and to find out the significance of the effect of compensation variables on work motivation of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Purwokerto Branch. Abstract

Online transportation services are an option because they are considered capable of providing a greater customer value than other conventional transportation services. This study aims to partially analyze the significance of the influence of the factors of ease, safety and efficiency factors that influence citizen decisions in Banyumas in choosing online transportation services. The research sample amounted to 100 people based on the accidental sampling method. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The results showed the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5,159 + 0,030X1 + 0,263X2 + 0,455X3 + e and the coefficient of determination equal to 0,368. From the F test results it was found that the value of Ftest> Ftable(21,134 > 3,09), so that the model was declared feasible. From the results of the t test obtained the second and third hypotheses were accepted, while the first hypothesis was rejected. This means that the safety and efficiency factors have a significant effect while the ease factor did not have a significant influence on the decisions of the people in Banyumas in choosing online transportation services

Abstract

Research titled "Analysis of Internal and External Relationships Motivation Against Employee Discipline in American English Course Purwokerto" aims to analyze the relationship between internal and external motivation to discipline employees. From the results of this study are expected to contribute positively both to the company and other parties. Use of sampling techniques for sampling saturated as the number of samples studied population is 15 people. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. From the calculations, the conclusion that there is no significant positive relationship between internal and external motivation to discipline employees. This study has several limitations that only focuses on one company alone and targeted research is limited to employees in American English Course. Future research may consider any other company than in the service sector, such as electronics companies, automotive, banking, and others. Need to put together combinations of other variables that have not been included in this study

Abstract

The study with the title "Corporate Performance Assessment Through the Application of the Balanced Scorecard Concept" aims to assess company performance through the concept of balanced scorecard, which includes all four perspectives which are viewed from a financial perspective, consumer / customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The results of this study are expected to make a positive contribution to both the company and other parties. The samples used are employees and teaching staff in the American English Course environment and the sampling technique uses simple random sampling method. Assessment from a financial perspective uses 3 (three) ratios, i.e. liquidity ratios consisting of current ratio and quick ratio. The solvency ratio consists of debt ratio and debt to equity ratio and profitability ratio consists of return on assets and return on equity. For the consumer / customer perspective using the customer profitability ratio. Internal business perspective uses the ratio of administrative expense to total revenue. While the growth and learning perspective uses benchmarks for employee productivity, employee training and employee satisfaction. For employee satisfaction variables using data validity and reliability testing, where the results indicate the instrument items are valid and reliable statements

Abstract

This research is entitled "The results of the SWOT analysis approach in formulating company strategy at the american english course purwokerto". The purpose of this study is to determine and measure the company's strengths (Strength), company weaknesses (Weakness), analyze opportunities (Opportunities) and threats (Threats) at the American English Course Purwokerto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by collecting information about research subjects and the behavior of research subjects in a certain period. Data processing is carried out with a SWOT analysis process as a strategy formulation tool. The SWOT analysis that has been formed is then formulated in the form of a SWOT matrix with 4 (four) strategic formulas, namely SO Strategy, WO Strategy, ST Strategy and WT Strategy. The results of the study show that the American English Course is a business engaged in services. An effective and optimal planning strategy is needed that covers all aspects from planning to marketing. Quality products, optimal services supported by the right infrastructure including promotional activities will certainly bring success to the company's progress. Customer satisfaction is the key that must be prioritized to seize market share that is increasingly growing and competitive. The findings in this study have several important implications for the company to further improve and improve strategies both in terms of planning and marketing, namely the need to improve product quality and human resources, improve service and creativity to consumers so that consumers do not move to other competitors, use technological developments as learning and promotion facilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of website quality variables (X1), ease of use (X2), security (X3), and customer experience (X4) on repurchase decisions (Y) on the Shopee e-commerce application. The sampling technique used purprosive sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique with SPSS program. For the feasibility test of the model, the F test is used, with the value of Fcount (56.516) > Ftable (2.696), then the model is declared feasible. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test analysis show that website quality, ease of use, security and customer experience have a positive and significant impact on repurchase decisions, namely by tcounting the variables of website quality (3.667), ease of use (4.144), security (2.637), and customer experience (2,637) is greater than ttable (5,246). Thus, the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses in this study are accepted.
