Abstract

Women's empowerment has been carried out in several programs in Indonesia. This research will look at the empowerment model carried out by the village government of Sindangjawa through the women's empowerment program at the Silih Asih Farmer Group. This research method uses a qualitative approach with purposive sampling and data retrieval techniques using interviews, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the three models of empowerment, both local development, social planning, and social action as suggested by Hikmat are in accordance with existing conditions in the field.

Abstract

Program BUNDA MENYAPA merupakan salah satu program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang menekankan pada peran perempuan agar dapat terlibat aktif dan berpartisipasi dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan secara produktif. Kegiatan BUNDA MENYAPA adalah menanam sayuran di pekarangan rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi kelompok wanita tani terhadap program BUNDA MENYAPA dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sindangjawa Kecamatan Kadugede Kabupaten Kuningan yang merupakan salah satu desa yang telah melaksanakan program ini. Jenis penelitian digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi dalam mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani melalui program BUNDA MENYAPA telah dilakukan dengan baik dan diterima oleh masyarakat, partisipasi Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam Program BUNDA MENYAPA ini cukup baik, terlihat dari partisipasi aktif  mereka dalam setiap kegiatan.

Abstract

AbstractPhilanthropy is a good deed or charity setting aside a portion of one's assets in order to help the poor. This research will look at the implementation of the Philanthropy program carried out by YAUM Cirebon both during normal times and during this pandemic situation. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation study. Researchers found that the implementation of the philanthropic program carried out by YAUM Cirebon is divided into five major programs, namely humanitarian social donations, educational donations, public da'wah donations, donations for health and YAUM donations for the people. besides that, there are special programs carried out during the pandemic. Assistance in the form of basic necessities for poor people who need PPE, masks, hand sanitizer, and boots to several medical institutions in the Cirebon area.Abstrak Filantropi adalah perbuatan baik atau beramal menyisihkan sebagian hartanya dalam rangka membantu masyarakat dhuafa. pada penelitian ini akan melihat implementasi program Filantropi yang dilakukan oleh YAUM Cirebon baik ketika masa normal maupun ketika situasi pandemi ini. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti menemukan bahwa implementasi program filantropi yang dilakukan oleh YAUM Cirebon terbagi menjadi lima program besar yaitu donasi sosial kemanusiaan, donasi pendidikan, donasi dakwah keumatan, donasi untuk kesehatan dan donasi YAUM untuk umat. selain itu ada program khusus yang dilakukan ketika masa pandemi. Bantuan berupa sembako bagi masyarakat dhuafa yang membutuhkan dana bantuan APD, masker, hand sanitizer, dan sepatu boots kepada beberapa institusi medis di wilayah cirebon.

Abstract

The teacher's professional competence in the 21st century is required a great deal of knowledge, master the material critically, adapt to any changes in curriculum, master the technology, and solve problems encountered during the teaching process. Many researchers have already analyzed English teacher's needs toward professional competence in the 21st century. Here, there are presently several needs to develop an English teacher's professional competence into successful teaching and adjust the 21st century in more detail. This research strives to find the needs of developing English teacher's professional competence in the 21st century. The researcher employs a qualitative approach. The data were obtained through an interview with five professional English teachers’ competence. Then, the data were analyzed, interpreted, and presented using a narrative form. The result of interview analysis revealed that English teachers at Junior High School have indicated eighteen needs of developing professional competence in the 21st century, it required for the successful in teaching and learning. So, it can conclude that these needs greatly develop the professional quality of English teacher’s competence in teaching and carrying out the profession as English teachers

Abstract

The new normal era requires a new approach for every aspect of life. There needs to be various adjustments including religious rituals. Miko Cak Coy Pathoknegoro is a preacher who preaches with puppets as a medium for his preaching. This research looks at how Miko Cak Coy Pathoknegoro preaches in the new normal era. The approach used is qualitative research with interviews and documentation studies as data collection techniques and triangulation of sources and data as data validity techniques. This research concludes that the preaching of Miko Cakcoy is included in contemporary dakwah. Wayangaji is a concept offered in conducting da'wah activities through wayang. The opportunity for Miko to do da'wah activities during the new normal is that Miko has been active in Social Media since 2014, besides that there is also the Miko Cakcoy Goes to School 'Virtual' activity which can be an opportunity for Miko to do da'wah activities in the new normal era. But there is a challenge for Miko, who until now has never done Wayang activities virtually.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan pengembangan pendidikan non formal juga dapat dihubungkan dengan beberapa isu-isu srategis lain seperti UMKM, dunia digital, budaya, dan lain sebagainya. Meskipun demikain terdapat sebuah penelitian bahwa pendekatan pendidikan non formal cukup sulit dilaksanakan. Artikel ini melihat bagaimana implementasi program Pustaka Kampung Impian, dan pengembangan Pustaka Kampung Impian yang dilukan oleh Rumah Relawan Remaja(3R). metode pentlitian ini menggunakan pendektana penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penarikan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan lapangan menunjukan setidaknya terdapat 8 kegiatan pelaksanaan pendidikan non formal dalam program Pustaka Kampung impian antara lain kelas membaca dasar, kemudia kelas membaca menengah, kelas membaca berita, kelas fotografi, kelas menjahit dan bahasa, kelas prakarya, kelas memasak makanan tradisional, maupun kelas membagun pustaka bersama. Hingga saat ini juga terdapat tujuh lokasi Pustaka Kampung Impian dengan enam relawan Guru Impian yang sedang bertugas. Selanjutnya dalam pengembangannya pendidikan non formal terdapat empat hal penting yaitu 1)Masa Orientasi Menjadikan Kemapuan Relawan Meningkat, 2) Menciptkaan Pembelajaran yang Efektif, 3)Keterlibatan Masyarakat dalam Pembangunan Pustaka Kampung Impian, 4) Tinggal Bersama Guna Ciptakan Kolaborasi Tiada Henti.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Non Formal; Pengembangan; Pelaksanaan. Abstract: The problem of developing non-formal education can also be linked to several other strategic issues such as MSMEs, the digital world, culture, and so on. However, there is a study that non-formal education approaches are quite difficult to implement. This article looks at the implementation of the Dream Village Library program, and the development of the Dream Village Library which is required by the Youth Volunteer House (3R). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research approach with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Field findings show that there are at least 8 non-formal education implementation activities in the Dream Village Library program, including basic reading classes, then intermediate reading classes, news reading classes, photography classes, sewing and language classes, craft classes, traditional food cooking classes, and building classes. shared library. Until now, there are also seven locations of the Dream Village Library with six Dream Teacher volunteers on duty. Furthermore, in the development of non-formal education, there are four important things, namely 1) Orientation Period Makes Volunteer Skills Increase, 2) Creating Effective Learning, 3) Community Involvement in the Development of the Dream Village Library, 4) Living Together To Create Endless Collaboration.Keywords: Non-Formal Education; Development; Implementation.

Abstract

Several studies have shown that the causes of conflict include the issue of racial differences, ethnic non-uniformity, and even religious affiliation. To suppress conflicts that arise, it is necessary to spread the notion of peace by various parties to the wider community. This study aims to see the implementation of the Peace Camp Program and the response of volunteers to the program. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The findings of this study are the implementation of the Peace Camp Program in the form of a peace school, participating in community activities, small libraries, traditional sports parties, caring for the village environment, and participating in forums in the village. Meanwhile, the volunteer response showed a positive response because it could glue and provide a new understanding of the meaning of the words peace and equality.

Abstract

Mosques serve as places of worship as well as community empowerment, social services, educational opportunities, and boosting local economies. The economic development of mosques in Cirebon City is carried out by utilizing their potential, such as religious, culinary, and cultural tourism. This program aims to discover the potentials of 22 mosques in the city of Cirebon. The method of community service uses ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development). As a result of this program, the 20 mosques taking part in the workshop can determine their potential, including home-based businesses/crafts, stalls outside the mosque, income from infaq, and majelis ta'lim as the potential to establish a Cooperative of Jamaah Masjid (KOPJAMAS).
