Abstract

Ditengah merebaknya Covid – 19 atau virus Corona berbagai produk herbal laris manis di pasaran tak terkecuali produk UMKM  minuman ramuan herbal tradisional ikut terdongkrak. Momentum ini harus di manfaat sebaik mungkin oleh pelaku usaha. Mitra kami adalah Ibu Sunarti yang lebih dikenal dengan panggilan Bu Yanto, berdomisili di Kelurahan Gadel, Kecamatan Tandes, Kota Surabaya. Beliau menitipkan ramuan herbalnya di toko – toko kelontong   sekitar yang memiliki lemari pendingin. Karena keterbatasan ramuan herbal yang hanya menjual produk sinom, keterbatasan administrasi pembukuan, keterbatasan IPTEK dan permodalan membuat ibu Sunarti tidak berani memperluas pasar. Padahal semangat dan potensi produk ramuan herbal sangat menjanjikan. Solusi yang di berikan yang pertama yaitu dengan melakukan uji coba penambahan varian produk. Kedua, memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan usaha, Ketiga, memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan manajemen pemasaran, baik secara offline ( pelabelan, brosur, kartu nama dan konsinyasi ) maupun online ( sosial media, marketplace ) untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Metode yang di gunakan adalah pendampingan personal terhadap mitra. Rencana yang akan dilakukan oleh tim adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan untuk manajemen usaha mereka ( mulai dari proses pengelolaan produksi, pembukuan sederhana,  pemasaran efektif dan inspirasi pengusaha sukses ) dengan mendatangkan para pakar yang kompeten untuk mendongkrak usaha mereka. Setelah itu tim akan mengawal mitra untuk membuat label yang modern dan menarik dengan merek yang mereka ciptakan. Kemudian mendampingi mitra dalam memasarkan produk secara offline dan online agar jangkauan pasar lebih luas. Dengan begitu diharapkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan mitra akan meningkat.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder causing sufferers experiencing delusions, hallucinations, thoughts distracting, and behavior changing. This condition that usually lasts a long time is often interpreted as a mental disorder, given the difficulty of the patient to distinguish between reality and one's mind. The purpose of this study is to facilitate nurses when doing care, especially in the inpatient room, and so that care is more intensive. By using the magnetic sensor as a detector when the door is open, and the PIR (Passive Infrared Receiver) sensor as a detection of the patients flew motion, and the lamp as an indicator. The results of the data can be obtained from testing by calculating the distance if the sensor can detect. The testing results the device it is proven that the magnetic sensor can detect up to 1 cm, and the PIR sensor can detect up to 5,5 meters.

Abstract

The role of tourist destinations on Regional Original Income is very large. Efforts to boost the tourism industry must not forget the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Currently, MSME development efforts are translated into government policies through 3 (three) priority programs of the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs. Another policy that is also interesting to discuss is the allocation of village funds. Various real efforts and strategies have been carried out by several parties in developing MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to explore information about financial governance, policies and empowerment systems carried out by the relevant village government, map the constraints of implementing MSME empowerment in the Tourism Village area, then make the right pattern/model for empowering MSMjjjEs in the Tourism Village area in Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative in the hope of digging deeper into the information needed to answer the objectives of the research. The object of this research is Sekapuk Gresik Village, which is known as the billionaire village. The results showed that the empowerment of MSMEs in Sekapuk Tourism Village came from the independent management of the PKK. The synergy between the PKK and the Village Government is a milestone in the independence of the MSME empowerment policy and management system. The role of the Village Government is to provide facilities and stimulation for the independence of the sustainability of MSMEs under the PKK. The profit-sharing system is an effective way to encourage the growth of MSMEs which is synergized with the management of tourist areas Keywords: MSME Empowerment Model, Tourism Village
