Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis using the Mind mapping method to improve critical thinking skills in elementary schools, because in elementary schools students need to increase their potential for provision in everyday life by using the mind mapping method to improve thinking skills. critical. This research method uses descriptive analysis, this data collection technique uses meta-analysis research, namely research conducted by repetition and analyzing research from several previous research results. Data collection in this study was carried out by browsing journals on several electronic media. Data analysis of ten articles obtained an average of 60,098% results and 74,379% after results. Based on research data carried out by meta-analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the mind mapping method has been done by many researchers before, this method can improve students' critical thinking skills. After analyzing the ten articles above, it can be concluded that the students 'critical thinking skills increased by an average of 74.4 and the previous score with an average of 67.8. This was declared successful because of the increase in students' critical thinking. This is expected to be a reference for teachers so that they can use the mind mapping method in teaching and learning activities in education. The Mind mapping method is very effective for learning because the mind mapping method is proven to improve critical thinking and student learning outcomes for the better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information related to the impact of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on student guardians, homeroom teachers, and grade II students at SD Muhammadiyah 17 Surabaya. This research is a type of survey research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used interviews, with the research instruments in the form of WhatsApp and Google Form. The WhatsApp instrument is used to conduct interviews via chat with the homeroom teacher. Meanwhile, the Google Form link instrument was sent to the guardians of students and students through the help of the homeroom teacher to find out how each of them responded to online learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that in online learning, parents are required to provide assistance to their children whenever there is online learning activity. As for Mrs. Fitri, the homeroom teacher, online learning makes her have to be ready with the assignments given to her students in order to continue to have activities in carrying out online learning activities even from home. Meanwhile, in online learning as it is today, students are required to be active in doing assignments given by their homeroom teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the variables of On The Job Training (X1), Off The Job Training (X2) simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance (Y). The research method used is explanatory research method. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing has been done, then from this study can be drawn conclusion as follows. First, there is a significant influence between the variable on the job training (X1) on the employee's performance (Y) with the beta coefficient value of 0.532 and the significance value t (0,000) <α = 0.05. Second, there is a significant influence between off the job training (X2) on employee performance (Y) with beta coefficient value of 0.292 and significance value t (0,010) <α = 0.05. Third, the employee performance variable (Y) will be influenced by the independent variables, namely on the job training (X1) and off the job training (X2) with the value of determination coefficient (R) of 0.534 means that on the job training (X1) and off The job training (X2) 53.4% affects employee performance (Y) while the remaining 46.6% employee performance variable (Y) will be influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study. Kеywords: On The Job Training, Off The Job Training, Employee Performance АBSTRАK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mejelaskan variabel On The Job Training (X1), Off The Job Training (X2) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode explanatory research.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, maka dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel on the job training (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0.532 dan nilai signifikansi t (0,000) <α = 0.05. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara off the job training (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0.292 dan nilai signifikansi t (0,010) <α = 0.05. Ketiga, variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebasnya, yaitu on the job training (X1) dan off the job training (X2) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R ) sebesar 0,534 artinya bahwa on the job training (X1) dan off the job training (X2) 53,4% berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sedangkan sisanya 46,6% variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Penyakit stroke merupakan keadaan pada saat dikala suplai darah ke otak tersumbat. Penyakit ini merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian. Salah satu akibat kelumpuhan pada lengan yakni kelainan pada sistem gerak jari tangan. Penelitian ini dirancang sebuah smart glove yang dapat mendeteksi gestur jari-jari tangan. Perancangan smart glove ini digunakan lima buah flex sensor yang diletakkan pada jari tangan, sistem melakukan pembacaan data dari sensor flex akan diproses oleh mikrokontroller arduino nano, selanjutnya data akan di kirim ke aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan visual basic tertampil grafik secara real time. Smart glove ini juga dilengkapi dengan teknologi sensor grove finger clip heart rate digunakan untuk mendeteksi kondisi kardio atau denyut jantung pada pasien pasca stroke dengan basis IoT (Internet of Things). Sistem melakukan pembacaan oleh mikrokontroller dan ESP-8266 sebagai pengiriman data ke software blynk. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh data hasil 85% keberhasilan atau kemiripan data gerak jari-jari tangan dengan nilai kemiripan diatas 90% dan hasil pengujian sensor grove finger clip heart rate didapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99. 05%. Abstract

he purpose of this research is to improve the writing skill of fourth grade students of elementary school by using the media of series image. The subjects of this research are fourth grade students of SDN Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik academic year 2016/2017. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted through four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Techniques of collecting data by means of observation and tests, then the instrument used in the form of a sheet of onservasi implementation of learning, a matter of test results writing skills writing essay, and sheet of field notes. The result of the research proves if the media of the series image can make the result of student's writing skill learning skill have increased by classical, from 74% in cycle I to 88% in cycle II In addition, the implementation oflearning also experienced continuous improvement, and the constraints encountered can be overcome well. That way, it can be drawn conclusion if the student's writing skills can beimproved using the media image series Keywords: Writing Authorship, Glowing Pictures

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis Dalam Jaringan (daring), cukup menuai perhatian selama pandemi Covid-19. Model pembelajaran yang semula dilaksanakan secara tatap muka di kelas, beralih pada berbasis jaringan lantaran adanya keterbatasan untuk bertatap muka langsung. Keterbatasan tersebut mengakibatkan adanya faktor-faktor yang menghambat guru dalam pemantauan perkembangan siswa khususnya dalam penilaian pengetahuan maupun keterampilan belajar siswa. Dengan adanya peralihan model pembelajaran tersebut, penelitian ini diadakan dengan tujuan menganalisis keterampilan menulis siswa kelas 1 menurut aspeknya yakni motorik, perilaku, persepsi, memori. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya yang terhitung mulai bulan November hingga Januari 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas 1-A yang berjumlah 23 siswa di SD Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan cara penilaian secara tes yakni pre-test (secara lisan) dan post test (berupa tulisan) maupun non tes (wawancara). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, maka di dapatkan hasil penilaian siswa yakni hasil penilaian pengetahuan keseluruhan siswa 1-A yang keberhasilan dalam penugasannya mencapai 90%. Sedangkan keberhasilan dalam penilaian keterampilan siswa secara keseluruhan mencapai 78,8% dengan perincian setiap aspeknya : motorik 74%, perilaku 78,2%, persepsi 85%, memori 78,2%. Hal ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas 1-A sudah menguasai keterampilan menulis permulaan dan sudah siap kedepannya secara perlahan untuk mempelajari keterampilan menulis lanjut pada pembelajaran berikutnya.

Abstract

Papua Barat merupakan daerah rawan bencana alam seperti banjir. Sungai Ransiki, Manokwari, Papua Barat adalah jenis sungai berjalin. Aliran sungai berjalin bisa dengan mudah berubah arah. Perubahan arah aliran dimungkinkan akan mencapai dan menggenangi wilayah kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab Sungai Ransiki terbentuk sebagai sungai berjalin dan merencanakan pengendalian banjir dengan menggunakan tanggul. Desain rencana pengendalian banjir didasarkan pada data geologi, data curah hujan, dan penampang Sungai Ransiki. Dari peta geologi menunjukkan bahwa Sungai Ransiki memiliki pola aliran dendritik. Pola aliran ini akan membuat sungai utama menerima semua aliran air dan material sedimen. DAS Ransiki dikelilingi oleh formasi batuan dengan ukuran dan dalam jumlah besar seperti 1) Formasi Befoor, 2) Formasi Wai; 3) Formasi Kemum: 4) Batuan Gunung Api Arfak. Formasi batuan ini menjadi sumber sedimen Sungai Ransiki. Pada debit normal, aliran air akan mengalir di sela-sela sedimen, sehingga membentuk garis aliran yang berjalin. Situasi ini akan membuat Sungai Ransiki membutuhkan tanggul di kedua sisi. Tanggul ini akan mengarahkan aliran dan melindungi wilayah kota di sekitar sungai. Perencanaan ini menggunakan debit banjir periode ulang 20 tahun sebesar 790 m3/s dan tinggi jagaan 1 m. Ketinggian tanggul desain bervariasi dari 2 m - 7 m.

Abstract

Based on data from the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of Malang Regency, Sumbermanjing sub-district is the largest capture fishery producing sub-district in Malang Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out how efficient the marketing channels are at TPI Sendangbiru. This research was conducted descriptively using a survey method in the field. Data collection was obtained through sampling (primary data) and statistical data collection owned by TPI Sendangbiru. There are 5 marketing channel patterns in TPI Sendangbiru. Each type of fish has a different marketing flow. The value of marketing efficiency for each type of fish in each marketing channel has various values. The efficiency value in marketing tuna and albakor has the same marketing channel and value, namely 2%, for marlin fish 3%. The baby tuna fish have 5 marketing channel pat­terns of 4%, 5%, 3%, 4%, and 5%. On tuna, lemuru, and kite also have 5 patterns of marketing channels. The value of marketing efficiency of tuna is 6%, 6%, 4%, 5%, and 6%, the value of marketing efficiency of lemuru is 7%, 8%, 5%, 6%, and 8%. The value of the marketing efficiency of scad fish is 6%, 7%, 4%, 6%, and 7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kehidupan sosial yang diakibatkan dari perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika korban bullying memiliki kecenderungan tidak dapat bersosialisasi dengan baik. Mereka menginginkan suasana yang tenang, untuk bertindak pun mereka kurang bersemangat dan percaya diri, dan tidak adanya teman sebaya yang mampu memahami kondisi dirinya. Lebih dari itu, kesadaran dan komitmen dari stakeholder atau pihak-pihak terkait, yakni kepala sekolah, wali murid, dan peserta didik, sangat diperlukan sebagai bentuk upaya mencegah tindakan bullying. Selain itu, pemerintah sebagai pembuat kebijakan harus membuat program-program, bias melalui pemberian reward dan punishment, agar mampu menekan atau membatasi agar tindakan bullying dapat diminimalisir. Sehingga dengan begitu, apa yang diinginkan pemerintah dalam memerangi tindakan bullying dapat sejalan dengan kondisi di lapangan.

Abstract

The study is done to test the influence of style leadership, culture organiasasi and motivation work to work performance employees in an institution pemasyarakatan (lapas) a class IIB tegal. Population in research are always 50 people employees lapas kelas iib tegal. Research sample areas in a slovin, then set the sample as many as 44 were employees lapas class IIB tegal. The approach that was used in pene; litian this is the quantitative approach, data is collected through chief the questionnaire research that have been filled by respondents.A method of data analysis used is the method linear regression multiple, with data processing using sofware spss 20.0. The result of this research with this f simultaneous shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work together have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees. While with this t partial shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work haphazardly (partial) have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees.
