Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh anak yang agresif dan menyukai kekerasan, anak yangsering merasa cemas, anak yang kurang percaya diri, anak yang merasa dirinya lemah, anakyang merasa dirinya mempunyai kekuatan fisik dan berkuasa, dan anak yang kurangmendapatkan pengawasan dari orang tua dan guru di kelompok B TK Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh dan bullying terhadap harga diri (selfesteem). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pola asuh (X1), bullying (X2),harga diri (self esteem) (X3). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, studi kausaldengan teknik analisis jalur. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada anak kelompok B TK di Kota Pekanbarupada bulan Juli hingga September tahun 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakanadalah kluster sampling (mengambil wakil dari setiap wilayah geografis yang ada). Sampeldalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuhberpengaruh langsung positif terhadap harga diri (self-esteem), bullying berpengaruh langsungpositif terhadap harga diri (self esteem) dan pola asuh berpengaruh langsung positif terhadapbullying.

Abstract

Anak pada usia 0-6 tahun berada masa pertumbuhan danperkembangan yang sangat pesat. Dalam rangka memberikanpelayanan pendidikan terbaik bagi anak pada usia ini, guru harusmemiliki kompetensi yang baik termasuk dalam melakukanobservasi. Observasi pada pendidikan anak usia dini merupakankegiatan yang dilakukan guru dalam mengamati anak didik gunamemperolehinformasimengenaiberbagaiaspekperkembangannya dan kemajuan dari pembelajaran yang telahdilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengambil keputusan sesuaikebutuhan masing-masing anak. Abstract

Membaca adalah salah satu kemampuan dasar yang penting dikuasai anak sejak dini. Padapendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), anak belajar membaca mulai dari penguasaan kemampuanyang paling mudah hingga yang lebih kompleks sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah media pick and play berpengaruh terhadapkemampuan membaca dari 16 orang anak berusia 5-6 tahun di level B TK FKIP Unri. Penelitianini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan one sample test. Data diperoleh melalui observasi,interview dan dokumentasi. Hasil T-Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikandan berdasarkan analisis data, diketahui bahwa skor pretest adalah 41,80% atau berada padakategori sedang, sedangkan skor post test adalah 61,31% atau berada pada kategori baik. Halini mengindikasikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca anak sebesar 26,19%, yang berartibahwa media pick and play dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak usia 5-6 tahun diTK FKIP Unri. Penggunaan media pick and play dapat dimanfaat secara umum oleh guru maupunorang tua dalam membantu anak menguasai dan meningkatkan pengetahuannya mengenaikonsep membaca, karena media yang tepat dan interaktif dapat membantu anak belajar dengangembira sambil bermain.Kata Kunci: kemampuan membaca, anak usia dini, mind mapping

Abstract

Kemampuan berhitung angka merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang diajarkan di PAUD danmerupakan kemampuan dasar yang krusial, terutama pada anak usia 5-6 tahun yang beradapada level TK B karena mereka akan segera masuk ke jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar.Permasalahannya media dan metode yang menarik serta menyenangkan dalam pembelajaranberhitung angka masih terbatas, di mana anak terutama yang memiliki kecerdasan kinestetikatau kecerdasan gerak mengalami kesulitan untuk bisa duduk diam dan mengikuti pembelajaranberhitung dengan tenang. Akibatnya kemampuan mereka dalam berhitung angka cenderunglebih rendah bila dibandingkan dengan teman sekelas lainnya. Permainan roda putar dirancangdengan menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development dengan harapan dapatmenjadi salah satu media permainan yang mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berhitungangka pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil uji coba terbatas yang dilakukan di kelas B1 TK FKIP Unrimenunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan berhitung anak usia 5-6 tahun setelah bermain rodaputar.Kata Kunci: berhitung angka, permainan roda putar

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the level of teacher education, and teacher performance, and the relationship between the level of education with the performance of early childhood teachers in Desa Pandau Jaya Kecamatan Siak HuluKabupaten Kampar. This survey was conducted on 52 PAUD teachers in Desa Pandau Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. The method used is correlation research. Data collection tools used are data and questionnaire techniques. From the result of data analysis from percentage of education level equal to 46,2% high school educated teacher included in high category, and percentage of PAUD teacher performance in teaching equal to 30,8% in high category. From the data analysis obtained value of each variable of 4.564, obtained Kai Square Value (Chi Square) of 452,74. While the value of contingency coefficient of = 0,300. Because the value of Contingency Coefficient (Cramer) of 0.300 which lies in the range of 0.20 s / d ≤ 0.40 with the low category, but definitely. So it can be concluded that there is no relationship between teacher education level with the performance of early childhood teachers in teaching but in the low category.Keywords: Level of education, Teacher’s performance

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results field observation of gross motoric of students have not developed optimally, so it is necessary to apply the petang megang dance application. This study aims to determine the effect of petang megang dance on rough motoric aged 5-6 years old in Kemala 2 Brimob kindergarten Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 20 students. The data collection technique in this study is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test by using program of SPSS 20. The research hypothesis is petang megang dance activity have influence to gross motoric of child aged 5-6 years old in Kemala 2 Brimob kindergarten Pekanbaru. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained t count = 21,904 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 it can be concluded that there is a significant rough motoric significantly after the application of petang megang dance in the learning process. So it means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after doing experiments by applying the petang megang dance. The influence of petang megang dance on gross motoric ability age 5-6 years old in Kemala 2 Brimob Kindergarten Pekanbaru by 55,84%.Keywords: Petang Megang Dance, Gross Motor Ability.

Abstract

Abstract: the purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior of early childhood (study on the use of the tiktok application in early childhood in Kampa sub- District, Kampar District. This type of research is used descriptively which tries to describe the behavior of early childhood caused by the use of the tiktok application. This research was conducted with quantitative and qualitative approaches, whit measuring tools in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The total population used in this study was 275 childre from 12 kindergartens in Kampa District sub-District, Kampar District, then interviewa and observations were made with teachers and school principals, along with their parents, so that the number of children who used the tiktok application along with their parents was obtained, as many as 56 students who were conducted by purposive sample. The data analiysis technique used in the first qualitative data analysis, namely by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The second data collection technique is quantitative data analysis, namely by calculating the percentage with the percentage criteria between 76%-100% being said to be very high, the percentage between 56%-75% is said to be high, the percentage between 40%-55% is said to be moderate, the percentage is less than 40% is said to be low.Key Words: Early Childhood Behavior, Tiktok Application

Abstract

Abstarck: This research aims to describe the Interpersonal Intelligence Caregivers in the nursery in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru. Population and sample in this research are 45 caregivers who were in the day care in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru.The data collection techniques that use a questionnaire with a model statement. The data analysis using the percentage formula. Indicators of social sensitivity at 84.62% was obtained from 45 caregivers in the day care, while that of indicators Social Insight percentage values obtained 84.37% of the 45 caregivers in the day care in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru.Thus it can be concluded that the over all percentage indicator on the analysis of interpersonal intelligence caregivers in the day care in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru has a percentage of 85.65% which is classified in the category of "High", because it is in the category ratings between 81-100% were categorized as "High". It can be concluded that interpersonal intelligence caregivers in the day care in Tampan subdistrict Pekanbaru are "High".Key Words: Caregivers , interpersonal intelegence

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research based on the observation in ‘DarmaPutra” play group age 3 -4 years old consist of 12 children only 4 children shownindependent behavior and join learning activity. Without their parents. The children goto toiled without help, they put their bag in the right place, they eat by themselves, theycan put the toys in to rack toy, and they able choose play activity by themselves. Inreality, these are 8 children show the behavior as below : there are children play in thegroup with their parents. Children cannot cremation by themselves, children can notput their bag in to the right place. In this case described that the independent ofchildren still low. The aimed of this research : 1) to know the independency of childrenby using of the role play. 2) to know the implementation of role play In independencyimproment. 3) to know the independency level improvement for children age 3-4 yearsold by using role play method in darma putra playgroup. Its 12 children, consist 7women and 5 toys. This research held on april until june 2014. The data will beprocess byobservation. From the result and discussion, the research makesummarizing as below : the role play can improve the independency of the children age3-4 years old in darma putra playgroup about 89,27 % compare the early data orbefore method implementation with children independency in circlus II.Keywords : Effort, Indepedency role paly, Children.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is correlation between psychological well-being with the performance of kindergarten teachers in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency. The population in this study were kindergarten teachers in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency with 64 teachers, this sample was used by 44 teachers who were taken using saturated sample techniques. The method used is Pearson Product Moment correlation to see the relationship between psychological well-being variables and teacher performance. The technique of data collection used is koesioner in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use scale trials and statistical method analysis with the SPSS program for Windows Ver. 17. Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological well-being and the performance of kindergarten teachers in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.518 and a significant level of 0,000 <0.05. The level of the relationship between psychological well-being and teacher performance is included in the medium category with a determinant coefficient value of 26.8%, meaning that teachers of psychological well-being have an influence of 26.8% on teacher performance.Keywords: Psychological Well Being, Teacher Performance
