Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini pengawasan pelaksanaan tugas pegawai yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan di kantor belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terjadi karena dalam proses pengawasan oleh pimpinan kurang maksimal, tidak sesuai dengan prosedur pengawasan sehingga apabila pimpinan kurang efektif dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap bawahan, akan mengakibatkan kinerja pegawai menurun, sehingga bawahan tidak melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan maksimal. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengawasan pelaksanaan tugas pegawai oleh pimpinan di kantor. Salah satu fungsi manajemen adalah pengawasan. Penulisan ini menggunakan studi literatur, yang berarti pengumpulan datanya melalui teknik mengumpulkan, menganalisis, beberapa artikel jurnal, dan buku. Dalam penulisan ini merujuk kepada beberapa artikel jurnal dan buku yang sehubungan dengan pengawasan pelaksanaan tugas pegawai oleh pimpinan di kantor. Hasil temuan dari beberapa artikel jurnal dan buku yang telah ditelusuri, dianalisis dan disimpulkan memperlihatkan bahwasanya: Pengawasan pelaksanaan tugas pegawai oleh pimpinan di kantor diantaranya: pertama melakukan penetapan standar sebagai patokan kerja; kedua melakukan pelaksanaan pengukuran; ketiga penilaian, apakah kinerja memenuhi standar atau tidak; keempat pengambilan tindakan koreksi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about student discipline development by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency as seen from 1) student disciplinary guidance by teachers through discipline, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance, 3) coaching student discipline by the teacher through guidance, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision.This study was a descriptive study. The total population in this study was 236 people. Samples were taken with Simple Random Samplingtechniquewith 70 people. The data collection tool used is a Likert scale model questionnaire with 5 alternative answers Questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula.The results of the study show that: 1) student discipline development by teachers through discipline is stated to be good with an average score of 3.69, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance is stated to be quite good with an average score of 3.52, 3) student disciplinary guidance by the teacher through guidance expressed either with an average score of 3.65, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment expressed both with an average score of 3.75, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision expressed well with an average score 3.75. Overall, Student Discipline Development by Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is 3, 76 in the good category. This indicates that the discipline of student discipline by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is good, but it still needs to be maintained and improved again so that it increases in the excellent category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find data and information regarding teachers' perceptions and expectations of the school climate in terms of 1) support to students, 2) leadership, 3) student participation, 4) encouragement, 5) clarity of rules, 6) cooperation, 7) care for students, 8) completeness of resources. This research is a descriptive study. The population of this study were all teachers in Vocational High School 5 Padang with a total population of 100 people. This research is a population research, that is, if the subject is more than 100, it is better to use Stratified Proportional Random Sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample using the Slovin formula with the sum of 50 teachers. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the mean (average) formula. Teachers' perceptions and expectations of the school climate in Vocational High School 2 Padang are in the category of good enough perception with an average score of 3.4 while expectations are in the good category with an average score of 4.1.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information disciplinary guidance students at State Vocational High School 4 Pariaman. The research question is how well the disciplinary guidance of students in terms of guidance, direction and supervision of class XI and XII students of SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman, totaling 405 people with 25% sampling of 106. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The result is that the disciplinary guidance of students in Vocational High School 4 Pariaman has been carried out well.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini memiliki tujuan bahwa untuk menemukan informasi terkait tanggapan pegawai terhadap etos kerja pada Kantor Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral pada aspek disiplin, kerjasama, tanggung jawab, kreativitas serta ketelitian. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil keseluruhan pegawai Kantor DESDM sebanyak 78 orang maka besar sampel yang di ambil 44 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan angket yang sudah di uji coba validitas dan realibitas. Rumus rata-rata digunakan untuk mengolah data hasil penelitian. Data yang menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan pegawai mengenai etos kerja pada Kantor DESDM pada aspek (1) disiplin berada pada taraf “tinggi” dengan nilai 3,76, (2) kerjasama pada taraf “tinggi” dengan nilai 3,74, (3) tanggung jawab pada taraf “cukup tinggi” dengan nilai 3,58, (4) kreativitas pada taraf “tinggi” dengan nilai 3,76, (5) ketelitian pada taraf “tinggi” dengan nilai 3,86. Dapat disimpulkan tanggapan pegawai terhadap etos kerja di Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral berada pada taraf tinggi dengan nilai 3,74.

Abstract

Abstract This data assessment is an employee job satisfaction, employee placement and employee placement relationship with employee job satisfaction. This type of data assessment is qualitative research and uses descriptive methods. The way to accumulate data is interviews, questionnaires, observations. Data analysis is done using correlation techniques. The results showed that employee job satisfaction there is a high category with a percentage of 81.25%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran lebih lanjut mengenai komparasi komunikasi interpersonal guru di SMK Negeri 2 Padang dengan SMK Negeri 3 Padang meliputi komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan kepala sekolah, guru dengan guru dan guru dengan siswa di SMKN 2 dan 3 Padang yang dilihat dari aspek : a) Keterbukaan, b) Empati, c) Sikap Mendukung, d) Sikap Positif dan e) Kesamaan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan komunikasi interpersonal guru di SMKN 2 Padang dengan SMKN 3 Padang. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Populasi yaitu semua guru SMKN 2 dan 3 Padang dengan jumlah 188 orang dan sampel sebanyak 132 orang. Teknik yang digunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan angket model skala Likert. Angket ini telah diuji cobakan dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16.0. Hasilnya 73 validitas dan 29 invalid. Reliabilitas Instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Pengelolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis T-tes. Hasil analisis pengolahan data penelitian yaitu 1) Komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan kepala sekolah sudah efektif di SMKN 2 dan 3 Padang yaitu 88,47%. 2) Komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan guru sudah efektif di SMKN 2 dan 3 Padang yaitu 86,28%. 3) Komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan siswa sudah sangat efektif di SMKN 2 dan 3 Padang yaitu 91,13%. 4) Tidak terdapat perbedaan komunikasi interpersonal guru di SMKN2 Padang dengan SMKN 3 Padang, karena t-hitung < t-tabel yaitu 0,313 < 1,65.

Abstract

This study is based on the results of the author's observations at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti regarding Teacher Teaching Skills which are still not being implemented optimally. This study aims to obtain information about Student Perceptions of Teacher Teaching Skills at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti from the indicators of opening lessons, explaining, asking questions, providing reinforcement, class management, and closing lessons. This study is descriptive with quantitative methods. The population of this study were 515 students of SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti class XI and XII in the Department of Communication, Hospitality, Culinary, Clothing, so the sample size was 89 respondents. Sampling in this study used the Stratified Propotional Random Sampling technique. The materials collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale have been tested for validity and reliability. The average formula is used in processing the data in this study. The data show student responses regarding the skills of teachers from: (1) opening good category lessons with a value of 3.84; (2) describes the good category with a value of 3.84; (3) asking for a fairly good category with a score of 3.52; (4) provides a fairly good category reinforcement with a score of 3.46; (5) managing good category classes with a score of 3.73; (6) closing the lesson in the category of good enough with a score of 3.57. Overall Students' Perceptions of Teacher Teaching Skills at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti were in a good category with a score of 3.66.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was made to see and get information about how capable students' perceptions of teacher personality competence are in carrying out their duties. There are five questions to be answered in this study, namely 1) How do students 'perceptions of the personality of the noble character possessed by the teacher in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 2) How do students' perceptions of a personality that is steady and stable teachers have in carrying out their duties in Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 3) How do students' perceptions of the adult personality possessed by the teacher in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 4) What is the student's perspective about the wise and wise personality possessed by teachers in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok, 5) How do students' perceptions of the authoritative personality possessed by teachers in carrying out their duties at Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the population in this study are all students of class XI and XII at SMK Negeri 1 Solok with 955 students and a sample of 91 people. Sampling was determined using the Slovin formula and taken using simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model, amounting to 30 statements. The data collected is then processed and the average score (mean) and the respondent's level of achievement (TCR) are sought. The results of data processing show that the teacher's personality competence seen from the indicators of noble character gets an average score of 3.83 with a respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 76.6%, a steady and stable personality gets an average score of 3.65, the respondent's level of achievement ( TCR) 73%, adult personalities get an average score of 3.59 with the respondent's achievement level (TCR) 71.8%, wise and wise personalities get an average score of 3.53 with a respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 70, 6%, and an authoritative personality got an average score of 3.63 with the respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 72.6%. Overall students' perceptions of teacher personality competence in Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Solok obtained an average score of 3.64 with a respondent's achievement level (TCR) of 72.8%..

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with the aim of obtaining information about the Perceptions of Class XI Students on the Management of Scouting Extracurricular Activities at SMK state. The population of this research is all class XI totaling 469 students, the technique used is Proportional Random Sampling with a sample of 87 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) the students' perceptions seen from the planning aspect of scouting extracurricular activities were in the good category with a score of 4.00; 2) Students' perceptions seen from the organizational aspect were categorized as good with a score of 4.01; 3) Judging from the aspect of scouting extracurricular activities in the good category with a score of 3.83; 4) and student perceptions seen from the aspect of supervision are in the good category with a score of 4.05. So it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the management of scouting extracurricular activities at SMK state were classified as good with a score of 3.97.
