Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe in depth on non-educational elementary school teacher effort in developing the pedagogical competence. As for the intended pedagogical competence includes knowledge about the characteristics of learners, mastering learning theory and principles of learning, curriculum development, instructional activities to educate, develop the potential of students, communication / interaction with students, and assessment and evaluation. The method used is a method of research using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, and documentation. This study is expected to be a guide or reference for non-educational teachers in developing pedagogical competence. For principals, this study can be used as a reference or basis for making policy in developing non-educational pedagogical competence of teachers.  Keywords: development, teacher non-educational, pedagogical AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan secara mendalam mengenai upaya guru SD non kependidikan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogiknya. Adapun kompetensi pedagogik yang dimaksudkan meliputi menguasai karakteristik peserta didik, menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran, pengembangan kurikulum, kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik, pengembangan potensi peserta didik, komunikasi/interaksi dengan peserta didik, dan penilaian dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan atau referensi bagi guru non kependidikan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik. Bagi kepala sekolah, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan atau dasar untuk mengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru non kependidikan. Kata kunci: pengembangan, guru non kependidikan, kompetensi pedagogik

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to investigate whether there is an influence of Round Club learning model in Linguistic Intelligence or not. The population of the research was 5th grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Sukabumi Utara 04 Pagi which consisted of 27 students in the second semester at 2016-2017 academic year. The instrument of the research was an observation the test (in the pre-test and in post test) and the questionnaire. The instrument had been tested by validation test with r-table formula and r product moment with significance 5% was got r table 0,381. Moreover, the reliability test was tested by utilizing Alfa Cronbach. If the value of alpha was > 0,60, the test was reliable. The Preliminary test was Lilliefors test for normality, simple regression test, and determination coefficient test-T. For Lilliefors test of the questionnaire, X variable was not normally distributed since Lobserved> Ltable which was Lobserved = 0,200 > Ltable = 0,161. On the other hand, Y variable was normally distributed since Lobserved< Ltable, which was Lobserved = 0,065 < Ltable = 0,161. On the simple regression test with the formula Y= a + bX + e was got Y = 7,142 + 1,621X + 0,05 meant the value of coefficient was positive. It meant there was a positive relationship between Round Club and Linguistic Intelligence. Moreover, on T-test was acquired that t observed 8,768 was bigger than t table 2,052 was with the significances value of α = 0,05 as the result, Ho was rejected, which meant Round Club Learning Model influenced positively to Linguistic Intelligence at the five gradeof SDN Sukabumi Utara 04 Pagi. This result gives a statement than the use of Round Club Learning Model could influence students’ LinguisticIntelligence. Keywords: round club learning,  model, linguistic intelligenc AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran round club terhadap kecerdasan linguistik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Sukabumi Utara 04 Pagi yang berjumlah 27 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2016/ 2017. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi (pre-test dan post-test) dan angket instrumen diuji validitasnya dengan menggunakan rumus r-tabel dan r product moment dengan banyaknya siswa 27 dan diperoleh r–tabel (df : 27-2=25, sehingga harga r-0,381) dan r-product moment dengan signifikan 5% diperoleh r–tabel 0,381. Kemudian uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus Alfa Cronbach, jika nilai alpha> 0.60, maka reliabel. Uji persyaratan dalam analisis ini adalah Uji Lilliefors untuk normalitas, Uji Regresi Sederhana, Uji Kofisien Determinasi dan Uji – T. Untuk uji Lilliefors angket, variabel X tidak berdistribusi normal karena Lhitung> Ltabel, yaitu Lhitung = 0,200 > Ltabel 0,161, sedangkan variabel Y berdistribusi normal karena Lhitung< Ltabel, yaitu Lhitung = 0,065 < Ltabel 0,161. Pada uji Regresi Sederhana dengan rumus Y = a + bX + e diperoleh Y = 7,142 + 1,621X + 0,05 artinya Koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi hubungan positif antara Model Pembelajaran Round Club dengan Kecerdasan Linguistik. Pada uji-t diperoleh bahwa t hitung sebesar 8,768 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,052 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 maka Ho ditolak, yang artinya Model Pembelajaran Round Club berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Kecerdasan Linguistik di kelas V SDN Sukabumi Utara 04 Pagi. Kesimpulan ini memberikan suatu pengertian bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran round club merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan linguistik siswa. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran, round club, kecerdasan linguistik

Abstract

AbstractThis study grounded on the reality that many students do cheating during exams, and fighting among students. This is a descriptive qualitative research, with content analysis approach. The research aimed to examine the aspect of character education taught in Islamic Religion subject for elementary school. The book analyzed is electronic books published or posted on Department of National Education. The books have been chosen based on the best review by users. The research results that the most dominant aspect of character education in Islamic Religion subject for elementary school is religious aspect by 73%. The aspect of creativity is not taught in the subject.Keywords: character education, Islamic religion subject AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa banyak pelajar melakukan kecurangan dengan mencontek saat ulangan, serta maraknya perkelahian antar pelajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek pendidikan karakter yang diajarkan dalam materi pelajaran PAI untuk sekolah dasar. Adapun buku yang dianalisis adalah buku PAI elektronik yang dipublikasikan oleh Kemendiknas. Buku yang dipilih adalah buku yang mendapat review paling baik dari pengguna buku elektronik sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa aspek religius menjadi aspek paling dominan yang diajarkan dalam materi pelajaran PAI untuk sekolah dasar dengan 73%. Sedangkan aspek kreatif adalah aspek yang tidak diajarkan dalam materi pelajaran PAI di sekolah dasar.Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter, materi pelajaran PAI untuk SD

Abstract

AbstractTraining on development of course design and syllabi for teachers was conducted based the need analysis examined by the founder of Birrul Walidain foundation and teachers. The facts found that, first, teachers still do not comprehensively understand about how to design a course or subject and syllabi. If teacher do not understand, teaching and learning process they conduct in class must be ineffective, meaningless, and purposeless. Second, syllabi and course design are one of the important aspects in school accreditation. When they are not available in the school, the school accreditation will not get a maximum grade, and will affect to reputation of school as well as the number of new students registration. The training has been conducted well enough. The training aims to help teachers in designing syllabi and course design. The presence and enthusiasm of the teachers proved that the training is highly necessary, and the training was going well. Besides, teachers after joining the training are able to design and develop the syllabi and course design, although it is not perfect syllabi.Keywords: training, syllabi, teacherAbstrakPelatihan mengenai pengembangan silabus dan RPP bagi guru-guru dilakukan berdasarkan analisa kebutuhan yang dilakukan oleh pemilik yayasan dan pengajar. Beberapa kondisi dan situasi teridentifikasi saat dilakukan analisis kebutuhan terkait pelatihan pengembangan kurikulum dengan memfokuskan pada pengambangan silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) adalah pertama, guru masih belum memahami benar seluk beluk penyusunan Silabus dan RPP. Jika guru belum memahami seluk beluk penyusunannya, maka secara otomatis pembelajaran di kelas tidak optimal atau asal-asalan. Kedua, silabus dan RPP adalah salah satu elemen penting dalam akreditasi sekolah. Jika elemen tersebut tidak dikerjakan atau dilakukan dengan maksimal, maka bisa dipastikan akreditasi sekolah mendapatkan nilai yang tidak maksimal, sehingga berakibat pada reputasi dan penerimaan siswa baru. Kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan silabus dan RPP kurikulum KTSP bagi guru-guru di Yayasan Perguruan Birrul Waalidain sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Pelatihan ini bertujuan unutk membantu para guru di Yayasan Birrul Walidain dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP. Kehadiran dan antusiasme peserta merupakan bukti bahwa pelatihan ini sangat dibutuhkan dan proses pelatihan berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu, guru-guru setelah menerima pelatihan ini mampu menyusun dan mengembangkan silabus dan RPP, meskipun belum sempurna.  Kata Kunci: pelatihan, silabus, guru

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the application of learning from home affects students' learning motivation. The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach and the research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5 answer choices. The population in this study were all upper-level class students of Serdang Wetan State Elementary School in Legok District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The sample of this study consisted of 30 students who were randomly selected from 3 classes, the sampling was determined by probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling. The results showed that (1) the implementation of learning activities from home has a implementation percentage value of 69.43% which is categorized as good enough; (2) student motivation in learning and participating in learning carried out from home has a percentage value of 79.11% which is categorized as good enough. The implication of this research is that good student self-motivation can certainly encourage learning motivation to carry out learning carried out from home.

Abstract

The negative impact felt during the pandemic experienced by lecturers in online learning  as it is today  is the difficulty in giving a humanist touch to students, one of which is  ethics education with the name character education. Character education is an essential thing to be instilled in students and students. When online learning is like today, it is responsibility and honesty that are important to keep in check. But in fact, the character of commitment and honesty is ignored by students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the character of responsibility and honesty on learning outcomes in Natural Sciences. This research is quantitative research using the survey method. The subjects involved in this study were 170 students. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collected data was then analyzed by several tests, namely data description analysis test, regression test, normality test, correlation test, determination test, t-test, and F test. The results showed that F-count = 9.780 > F-table = 3.05 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between responsibility and honesty simultaneously on science learning outcomes. Based on these findings, teachers should pay attention to the character of responsibility and honesty and continue to develop these characters in students.
