Intestinal worm disease is one of the parasitic diseases that still infect humans, especially children. School-age children, especially elementary school children, are generally less familiar with self-sanitation. Most diseases of the worms are transmitted through dirty hands. Community service at SD Inpres Pampang 1 was done to educate students about the implementation of good self-sanitation and precisely how to wash hands based on WHO standards. The tools used in this study were chalkboard, camera, microscope, reaction tube, glass object, glass cover, container/basin, stirrer rod, glass beaker, tube rack, petri dish, nail clippers, and pens. The materials used in this training were hand nails students SD Inpres Pampang 1, water, and salt. Based on the results and evaluation, it concludes 1) Worm infections can occur when there are worm eggs attached to the nails that are swallowed in with food. 2) improving participants ' understanding and knowledge of self-sanitation for everyday life, especially the right-hand washing way.

This research aimed to analyze the effect of self efficacy on the intrinsic motivation, the effect of the self efficacy on the teacher performance, the effect of the intrinsic motivation on the teacher performance, and the effect of self efficacy on the teacher performance through intrinsic motivation. The method used in the research was the path analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The research result indicated that self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, the self efficacy had an insignificant effect on the teacher performance, the intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, and the self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance through the intrinsic motivation. This finding will provide input for the school to recognize the importance of self efficacy and intrinsic motivation in the development of teacher performance. Further research and practical implications are discussed.

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi, dan cenderung ingin mencoba-coba hal baru sehingga acapkali berdampak negatif. Pemahaman dan informasi kesehatan reproduksi sangat diperlukan pada fase ini dan edukasi dapat dilakukan melalui pemberian penyuluhan atau yang mencakup materi tentang perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi ketika memasuki masa remaja. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada para peserta tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara daring, diawal dari pre test dengan menjawab pertanyaan melalui google form, selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi dan sesi Tanya jawab, dan tahap terakhir dilakukan dengan menjawab post test melalui google form. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat karena para peserta dapat memperoleh pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja dalam menyongsong manarce.

This community service activity is carried out to foster knowledge an understanding for teenagers to improve basic Microsoft Office computer skills, especially the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point. This training activity was carried out for 2 weeks, starting from the stages of lectures, questions and answers, and direct practice independently. The target group that participates in the activity is youth with middle and high school age. The number of participants who attended was 22 participants who were divided into 2 groups. From this activity, this teenager has been able to master Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, so that they are proficient in using both software to do school assignments and as a provision for work later. The final result of this activity is in the form of writing in the form of publication of scientific articles.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menumbuhkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu-ibu dalam memanfaatkan benda-benda yang tidak terpakai dapat diolah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai tambah dan sangat bermanfaat yang diistilahkan dengan Upcycle. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan pot dari kain bekas ini dilakukan untuk melatih masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan kain bekas yang dapat menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai seni yang tinggi. Kegiatan pelatihan dimulai dari tahapan menyiapkan bahan seperti handuk bekas, semen, ember bekas, kayu pengaduk. Tahapan selanjutnya melakukan eksperimen bersama mitra dimulai dari mencampur adonan semen dengan air lalu dicelupkan kain ke dalamnya, kemudian mengatur bentuk pot yang diletakkan di atas ember bekas sebagai cetakan. Langkah selanjutnya adalah proses pengeringan dan dilanjutkan dengan pengecatan. Kelompok sasaran yang ikut dalam kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu dan remaja putri yang gemar menanam bunga. Jumlah peserta yang hadir adalah 12 orang. Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini, menghasilkan 7 pot bunga yang dicat sedemikian rupa dengan bentuk beraneka ragam seperti lingkaran, model kursi, dan segi empat. Pelaksanan kegiatan ini dapat menumbuhkan jiwa enterpreneur bagi warga melalui kreativitas yang dimiiliki yang nantinya akan tumbuh peluang untuk memasarkan hasil kreasi mereka serta mengurangi pengeluaran untuk membeli pot bunga. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini berupa karya tulis yaitu laporan akhir dan publikasi artikel ilmiah

This study aims to determine and analyze:1) the effect of emotional intelligence on teaher’s job satisfaction, 2) the effect of achievement motivation on teaher’s job satisfaction. 3) the effect of self-esteem on teaher’s job satisfaction. 4) the effect of simultaneous emotional intelligence, achievement motivation, and self-esteem on teaher’s job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research with expost facto approach. This research was conducted at Public Elementary School in Sub-districts Kindang. The population in this study were all teacher totaling 199 people. The sample of the study was 67 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out after data from all respondents or other data sources are collected with analytical activities including test prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression). The results of the study show that: 1) emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on teaher’s job satisfaction, 2) achievement motivation had a positive and significant effect on teaher’s job satisfaction. 3) self-esteem had a positive and significant effect on teaher’s job satisfaction. 4) overall, emotional intelligence, achievement motivation, and self-esteem had a positive and significant effect on teaher’s job satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis: (1) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru; (2) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru; (3) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru; (4) pengaruh secara simultan motivasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan SPSS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Negeri yang ada di Liukang Tangayya, Kabupaten Pangkep dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru; (3) kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru; (4) motivasi, komitmen orgnaisasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini sebagai masukan bagi kepala sekolah untuk dapat memperhatikan motivasi para guru demi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan

This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of leadership style on the teacher’s performance and the dominant leadership style on the teacher’s performance. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis methods with SPSS. The object of this research is Junior high school in North Galesong District, Takalar District. This study used a sample of 47 people. The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance, and the dominant leadership style that influencedthe teacher’s performance was delegative leadership style. This finding is an input for the principal to be able to understand the characteristics and enhance harmony with teachers for the achievement of educational goals.

Sampah dari limbah rumah tangga apabila dibiarkan maka akan sangat mengganggu. Limbah rumah tangga seperti sisa sayuran dapat diolah menjadi hal yang bermanfaat yaitu menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC). Masyarakat Desa Kindang selama ini belum memahami tentang POC, sehingga limbah hanya dibuang di sekitar rumah. Hal ini tentu menyebabkan terjadi polusi udara. Selain itu, masyarakat Desa Kindang yang merupakan petani, khusus ibu-ibu dan remaja putri memiliki aktivitas tambahan untuk menyalurkan hobby berupa menanam tanaman hias di pekarangan. Pupuk kimia tentu menjadi pilhan agar tanaman hias mereka tumbuh subur. Hal ini tentu akan menambah anggaran atau pengeluaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat di desa ini, dengan tujuan mengedukasi mitra tentang POC sehingga dapat mensubstitusi penggunaan pupuk kimia dengan cara memanfaatkan limbah menjadi barang yang berguna agar dapat mengurangi biaya pemeliharan tanaman mereka. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah tentang POC dan praktek pembuatan POC. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan mitra untuk memanfaatkan limbah menjadi barang yang berguna, yaitu sebagai POC.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the information management function on the effectiveness of learning in elementary schools in Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative method that emphasizes the objective measurement aspects of social phenomena. The population in the study were employees/employees and all teachers at elementary schools in the Kindang District. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The test results show that the influence of information management together has a significant (significant) effect on the performance of elementary school employees/teachers in the Kindang District. This can be seen from the planning function, where before formulating a work program, it first implements policies, procedures and standards that must be achieved, then carries out activity planning by first coordinating with staff and employees and always adjusting planning materials. The organizing function, even though it shows a positive effect due to the selection and placement of employees and the assignment of clear assignments, coupled with the conditions of supporting facilities and infrastructure, therefore this function does not have a positive and significant effect. While the evaluation variable, although it has a positive effect, is not significant on the effectiveness of learning.
