Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ballhandling terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket pada ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian quasy eksperiment. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. populasi adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara yang berjumlah 30 orang.Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sampel yang jumlahnya sebesar populasi yaitu 30 orang (total sampling). Instrumen penelitian adalah seluruh sampel melakukan tes dribbling bola basket. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji t, bahwa latihan ballhandling berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan rumus uji t dengan kriteria thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (8,70 ˃ 1,70) dengan taraf kepercayaan 0,95 (α = 0,05) dan jumlah sampel (N = 30), maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Latihan ballhandling secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh latihan ballhandling yang diduga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket, ternyata memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has caused behavioral changes in accessing information related to various health information. Previous studies show that the physical literacy of young adult university students is still inadequate. This study aims to describe the health literacy overview of Sriwijaya University students during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 764 (M= 191; F= 573) and 17-34 year’s old (19,22; ±1,76) students were participated in this study. This study used a cross-sectional survey using the HLS-SQ10-IDN comprehensive health literacy questionnaire consists of 10 items measuring health literacy. The results show that the health literacy level of Sriwijaya University students during the Covid-19 pandemic was good. The students could easily find information related to health, find out what medical action to take in the case of an emergency, and were aware of health threats. This study is limited to the general health literacy overview of Sriwijaya University students, future studies are suggested to examine several factors that may influence or associate with the health literacy of university students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the need for the development of digital-based vertical jump test equipment. This research is a survey research using a non-structural questionnaire which has been prepared to be filled in by the research subjects. Six statements were compiled in this research questionnaire to find out how much is needed for the development of digital-based vertical jump test kits.146 participants consisting of students, teachers, and physical education lecturers in South Sumatra filled out questionnaires through the google form media. The survey results showed that the majority of participants experienced difficulties during the vertical jump test and most of them thought that the vertical jump measurement instruments used were inaccurate. All participants agreed with the development of the vertical jump measurement instrument from manual to digital. The results of this study will be used as a consideration to develop a vertical jump test instrument that has a good level of validity and is relatively affordable.
