Abstract

Bakso merupakan salah satu olahan daging yang disukai berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Kekenyalan merupakan salah satu parameter yang dijadikan acuan konsumen dalam menentukan tingkat kesukaan terhadap produk bakso. Untuk mencapai tingkat kekenyalan tertentu, beberapa produsen menambahkan bahan kimia dalam adonan baksonya. Dengannn   semakin tinggi kewaspadaan masyarakat terhadap penggunaan bahan kimi pada makanan maka perlu dicari alternatif pengenyal alami sebagai penggantinya. Salah satu  bahan alami yang bisa digunakan sebagai pengenyal adalah tepung porang yang mengandung glukomanan tinggi. Pada paper ini tampilan dan karakteristik fisik antara bakso komersial UKM Sehati dan bakso dengan substusi tepung porang akan dibandingkan tampilan dan diuji menggunakan texture analizer. Meskipun pada adonan mentah, masing-masing campuran mempunyai warna yang sangat berbeda, tetapi setelah proses pemasakan warna bakso yang dihasilkan relative serupa. Hanya hardness bakso bersubstitusi tepung porang yang meningkat dibanding sampel lain, sedangkan cohesiveness, springiness, dan adhesiveness-nya tidak berbeda secara signifikan. Hasil ini menunjukan tepung porang berpotensi sebagai substitusi bahan kimia pada bakso.Kata kunci: bakso, glucomannan, porang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of students' thinking in solving mathematical problems and to find out the results of the application of Brunerd's theory in solving the problem of building a Limas room in junior high school students.Retrieval Techniques The subjects in this study were seen from the results of tests with high, medium, low categories. High categories were seen from the test results if the answers to the tests were all correct, the categories were seen from the test results if the answers to the tests still had errors, while the categories were low seen from the test results if the answer to the test is still wrong. This technique is used because researchers have a specific purpose for several considerations, namely to find out whether the application of bruner theory can be applied in mathematics subjects, considering that mathematics is considered a difficult subject for students. The subjects of this study were 6 students. Data collection techniques in this study used test, interview and documentation methods while the data validity techniques in this study used triangulation techniques which included 3 elements, namely sources, methods, theories. In this study researchers used data analysis techniques with 3 components, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing.The results showed that subjects with a high category tended to have high-thinking profiles, they had no difficulty in doing tests and interviews. The subjects with the medium category were more likely to have thinking profiles, while they had a little difficulty in doing tests and interviews, while the subjects with the lower category were more likely to have low-thinking profiles, they had difficulty doing tests and interviews. This is what causes a difference between them. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that junior high school students in their profile think in solving problems in the building of a limiter junior high school students are able to describe the building of Limas space means that SMP students are able to understand pyramid material shown to the sensitivity of students in learning to build Limas space so that junior high school students in their imagination are able to mention 1 example of a pyramid building and all junior high school students are able to mention the types of Limas indicated by the independence of junior high school students who are able to mention various types of building> 1 in terms of bases, and junior high students are able to say> 1 element the building elements of the Limas space means that junior high school students are able to understand the pyramid material shown to the sensitivity of junior high school students to be able to mention the Limas parts properly and correctly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of verbal, visual, and symbolic mathematical representations in solving trigonometric problems. The subjects of this study were students of class XII IPA 1 Ngawi High School. This study uses a qualitative method. The data validation used in this study uses the time triangulation method. Analysis of the data used uses the stages of Huberman and Miles. The results of this study indicate that participants answered not only based on the numbers given, but also used the definition of trigonometric ratios on verbal representation. On the other hand, the subject is able to determine the position of the object to be observed. However, the subject failed to determine the direction of the depression angle in the sketch made on the visual representation. Failure to determine the direction of the angle of depression causes errors in using mathematical equations correctly. Finally, participants did not succeed in using mathematical equations correctly in symbolic representations. Based on some of the explanations above, we can recommend the importance of translation between mathematical representations and mathematical problems, as well as translations between mathematical representations (verbal, visual, and symbolic) in learning mathematics in class

Abstract

Indonesia as a country that has a wide range of cultural, ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds are different, plurality on the one hand provide the social power, but on the other hand is a challenge when it is not properly managed.Islamicboarding school as an educational institution that has a history of nation-building in Indonesia, ofcourse can be a forum in implementing multicultural education in the face of diversity.This paper describes the multicultural education at Islamic boarding school as a strategy to fostering thesocial soul in diversity.In its implementation does not distinguish from each other ranging from groups such as gender, ethnicity, race, culture, social background through treatment. Multicultural education has been stressed to the students in order to develop the potential and capacity to the maximum as it requires no special spaces in themselves and their environment.Keyword: Education, Multicultural, Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses berpikir kreatif siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah dalam pemecahan masalah pemfaktoran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes tulis dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa siswa dengan tingkat kemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah memiliki perbedaan dan persamaan dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Perbedaan tersebut, yaitu: (1) Siswa dengan tingkat kecerdasan tinggi mampu melihat dan mengamati soal dengan baik, bisa mengerjakan soal secara urut sesuai dengan prosedur dan teliti membaca soal. (2) Siswa dengan tingkat kecerdasan sedang kurang teliti dalam mengamati dan membaca soal, perlu sedikit arahan, kurang teliti dalam mengerjakan soal, akan tetapi masih bisa mengerjakan soal dengan caranya sendiri. (3) Siswa dengan tingkat kecerdasan rendah tidak teliti dalam mengamati dan membaca soal, kurang keinginan untuk mengarahkan diri mengerjakan soal dan tidak bisa membayangkan rumus apa yang akan dipakai dalam mengerjakan soal. Persamaannya yaitu: siswa masih berminat untuk mengerjakan soal pemfaktoran. Dari hasil tes tulis dan wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menganalisis kemampuan siswa memecahkan masalah matematika berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah maka dapat mengetahui tingkat kemampuan siswa saat mengerjakan soal pemfaktoran pada siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Negeri 2 Ngrambe Ngawi tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

Menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki komitmen dalam entrepreneur. sehingga pendidikan kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu upaya strategi dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut. Artikel ini bersifat deskriftif analitik yaitu menggunakan teori-teori para ahli untuk memberikan gambaran bahwa betapa pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam membangun niat wirausaha mahasiswa. Sehingga dalam implementasinya pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat dilakukan melalui satu mata pelajaran atau melalui pengintegrasian dengan menanamkan berbagai kekuatan seperti head, heart, hand, health. Membangun niat dalam proses pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti faktor internal, eksternal dan kontekstual. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendorong timbulnya niat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha setelah lulus sarjana perlu mendapat dukungan dari berbagai kalangan sebagaimana disebutkan, hingga lahirlah niat yang akan menjadi cerminan dari perilaku entrepreneur sesungguhnya.

Abstract

This current paper discusses the movement Sekelik Sedulur community in building a culture of inter-ethnic harmony Lampung and Java as an attempt to Prevent ethnic conflict in Central Lampung. The core foundation of this community used a part of a cultural approach Harmony Among maintain ethnic, religious and community groups in Central Lampung. 'Sekelik' in Lampung means 'brother' and 'sedulur' in Javanese language means 'brother'. Community Sekelik Sedulur actively makes the discussion, friendship, and cultural acculturation activities in maintaining inter-ethnic relations. As Lampungnese were famous with the ethnic conflict, economic and social dialogue, it is Necessary to conduct forum as a form of concern for inter-ethnic harmony. Actually, the problems is there is no action blended multicultural entities. This study uses ethnographic approach. To answer the questions of this research, Utilization thinking of Koentjaraningrat Cultural is used as acculturation theory. Acculturation is a cultural fusion that occurs when a group of people with a certain culture are confronted with elements of a foreign culture so that different elements of foreign culture are gradually accepted and processed into their own culture without losing their own cultural identity

Abstract

This research aimed to know the educational strategy value in constructing the students’ religious character. This research used descriptive analytic that used the scholars’ theories about the value of education in constructing of character building. As for the researcher conducted analysis in roder to know the effectiveness of educational strategy value which is considered ineducation world. The finding of this research concluded that the educational strategy value can use several strategies, that are moral knowing, modeling and moral modeling, feeling and loving the good, moral acting, punihsment, admonition, and habituation. As for the success of constructing the students’ character is when the people has multi-competence as well as the science of moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action as a the entity which is can not be separated.

Abstract

Cheese is one of the popular dairy products with high nutrient content. Coagulation as an important process in making cheese, wherein, the curd will be separated from the milk whey. This coagulation can use the enzyme rennet, acid, or a combination of both. This study aims to study the effect of coagulant agents on yield, protease enzyme activity, and curd texture on cheese making. Coagulant agents used are acetic acid, citric acid, lime and lemon combined with the enzyme rennet. The process begins with pasteurized milk and analyzed, the milk is pasteurized and analyzed first to obtain moisture content, density and pH. The coagulant added is 25-45% with a base of 50 ml of milk and 5 mL of the enzyme rennet. The curd formed is then separated from the whey using a filter cloth and analyzed for its water content and pH. The coagulant of acetic acid and citric acid produced a higher yield curd of 94.66% (4% acetic acid) and 93.9% (5% citric acid) compared to the highest yield of curd that can be produced by lime and lemon coagulant which is 68 72% (lemon orange 45%) and 61.84% (lime 45%). The texture of the curd formed by lime and lemon juice is more fragile than the curd texture with coagulant of acetic acid and citric acid. Each coagulant provides a diverse response to protease enzyme activity.
