Abstract

Planning and Design of Supporting Facilities for Cultural Performance The Tourism Village aims to optimize the Tourism Village in Baha Village can be better than before. The effort to create a Supporting Facility for Cultural Tourism Village in Baha Village which is later expected to be able to develop or improve the quality and function of various existing potentials, from the many potentials owned by Baha village, then an idea arises to further enhance and strengthen the existence of a tourist village in the village This Baha with a planning and design which later can become a place of tourism based on the existing potential. So the concept or idea for this problem is the Cultural Performance Support Facility that can support the potential possessed to advance the tourist village. So that in the planning and Design of Support Facilities for the Cultural Performance of the Tourism Village there will be a tour package with nuances of nature, art, culture, history, and spirituality. Abstract

Histamine poisoning can occur from consuming mackerel tuna fish that have undergone a process of decay. To avoid the process, the application of fresh mackerel tuna fish handling techniques required utilizing single factor completely randomized design. Abstract

Coconut is a plant that is rich in benefits, almost all of its parts can be used as commercial goods that have a selling value ranging from stems, trees, fruit, coir, shells to the water. Jembrana Regency is one of the coconut producing areas. Jembrana Regency has the largest coconut plantation area in Bali, reaching 17,000 hectares. Behind the abundant natural resources, human resources are still not good, coconut farmers who cultivate coconuts are still not sufficient to meet their daily needs due to the loss of coconut share in Jembrana with other areas in Indonesia. regional Bali and also outside Bali, especially due to the pandemic which made demand for coconut from outside Bali experience a decline in prices and also many farmers only sell coconuts in whole form without being processed into commercial goods due to lack of knowledge and equipment that can process and produce goods. coconut processing. In the tourism sector, Jembrana tends to be quiet. Based on the problems that occurred, the Integrated Coconut Fruit Industry and Cultivation Center was proposed, a facility to process and produce processed coconut products including development, marketing, education, and cultivation.
