Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Project Based Learning (PJBL) on student social studies learning outcomes at MIN 01 Karangasem Bali. From the results of observations, researchers know that the social studies learning outcomes for class V MIN 01 Karangasem Bali are low below the KKM. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with experimental methods. The population in this study were all students of class I-VI MIN 01 Karangasem Bali, amounting to 438 students and the sample in this study amounted to 27 students. Based on the results of research on the application of Project Based Learning, it is known that there is an influence on student learning outcomes. Changes in student learning outcomes are shown by the results of the analysis of the effect of the sig value of 0.064 > 0.005 with a t table of 1.706 > 0.05 then t count < from t table which results in HO being rejected and HA being accepted.

Abstract

This study aims the problems experienced by the fifth grade ICP students of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Ikrom regarding the relatively low learning outcomes of English. This is due to the lack of motivation during learning and the boredom felt by students. Researchers chose the STAD learning model because it can keep up with the times, namely by using online learning media in the form of the Zoom application. The researcher did a Breakout Zoom to divide the group. This research uses experimental quantitative research methods. The T-test on the SPSS program was also carried out to analyze whether there was an influence and how much influence the student learning outcomes had after the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence from the application of the STAD learning model. There was a significant increase in the average score from Pre-Test to Post-Test. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the effect of the application of the STAD learning model can be seen in the results of the T-test analysis with T-count > T-table, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning using the demonstration method on student understanding and how much influence it has. With the selection of methods that are in accordance with the characteristics of the subject matter, it is expected to increase students' understanding so as to reduce the occurrence of verbalism. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method consisting of an experimental class and a control class. The sample in each class is 10. The data collection technique uses a test, namely an objective test of 10 questions and a subjective test of 5 questions. The results showed that the effect of the demonstration method on students' understanding which can be seen from the analysis of the "Independent Samples Test" in the "Equal variances assumed" section, it was known that the Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.319 > 0.05, so as the basis for decision making, it can be concluded that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted which means that there is no significant effect on the application of the demonstration method through video learning on student understanding at MI A-Taqwa Sidoarjo during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study analyzed the comparison of the quality of Arabic textbooks Ta’im Al-Lughoh Al-Arobiyah and Al- Ashri based on the content review, presentation and language aspects aimed to describe and compare the quality of Ta'lim Al-Lughoh Al-Arobiyah and Al-'Ashri in terms of content, presentation and language. This research usedContent Analysis method. Respondents in this research are Arabic language teachers of SMA Al-Fattah Buduran and SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan. Data collection in this research using questionnaire filling technique, documentation and literature study. The results of this study are (1.1) Arabic Text Book al-'Ashri class X for SMA / SMK / MA Muhammadiyah published by PT. DMU has complied with standard of content / material review, presentation, and language aspects based on BSNP. This is indicated by the average score on the content / content assessment aspect 85.03%, presentation aspect 78.05%, and the language aspect 90.62%, (1.2) Arabic Textbook Ta'lim al-Lughoh al-'Arobiyah class X for SMA / SMK / MA written by Dr. D. Hidayat with the publisher Pt. Toha Putra has fulfilled the standard aspects of content / material review, presentation, and language based on BSNP. This is indicated by the average score acquisition on content / content review aspect 95,64%, presentation aspect 81,82%, and language aspect 96,49%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Javanese textbook Piwulang Keluarga to improve the effectiveness of Javanese learning for grade 2 students at MI Al Muawanah Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Walter Dick and Lou Carey development model. The instruments used to collect the data are test and questionnaires. The textbook produced in this study has valid criteria, it can be seen from the results of validation of content expert, design expert, and linguist respectively getting percentage of 90%, 80% and 80%. The results of the t test analysis with a significance level of 0.05 showed that the statistical p-value of the t test was 0.026 which means (<0.05). It means that there is a significant effect on the average pretest and posttest scores. The implementation of Javanese Piwulang Keluarga textbook at grade 2 MI Al Muawanah is able to increase the effectiveness of Javanese learning, it is proven by the score of students’ learning outcomes almost entirely above the minimum completeness criteria. In addition, the implementation of this textbook makes students can think critically, be able to solve problems in everyday life, and students’ learning outcomes have increased.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of educational games to improve students learning outcomes of natural science students of class VI in MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng. This study uses quantitative method. By collecting data using observation, documentation, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used T test. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the effectiveness of the use of educational games on learning outcomes of natural science class VI, it can be seen from the results of the T test (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, the hypothesis of this research is H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. . There is a change after the use of educational games can be seen based on the average result before the use of educational games is 63.8 while the average value after the use of educational games is 85. The use of educational games is quite efficient in increasing the learning outcomes of natural science students in grade VI MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng. Highlights: Educational games and learning outcomes: Highlighting the use of educational games to improve the learning outcomes of natural science students in class VI. Quantitative method and data collection: Noting the use of a quantitative approach and data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, tests, and questionnaires. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the various student learning styles and influence of the learning styles on English learning outcomes of fourth grade students at MI Darul Hidayah Sudimoro. This study uses quantitative methodes and data collection techniques using instruments in the form questionaire. Sample in this study were fourth grade student at MI Daruk Hidayah Sudimoro totaling 32 students. The data form the questionaire showed that the learning styles of fourth grade student in english subject at MI Darul Hidayah Sudimoro were 17 students (53%) visual learning style, 11 students (34.5) had an auditory learning style, and 4 students (12.5%) have a kinesthetic learning style. Learning style have a positive and significant impact on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in english grade subject at MI Darul Hidayah Sudimoro. It can be seen frm the results of the regression test where the regression coefficient of the learning style variable is 0.293. the higher the value of the learning variable, the higher value of the student learning otcomes variable

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of the School Literacy Movement program on the reading skills of grade I students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, data was collected through tests and questionnaires. The sample comprised 24 grade I students. The findings revealed that the School Literacy Movement variable accounted for 73.8% of the variance in students' reading skills, while the remaining 26.2% was attributed to external variables or error. Test results indicated that over 50% of the students demonstrated excellent reading skills, with 13 students falling in the "very good" category, nine in the "good" category, and two in the "sufficient" category. This study underscores the significant influence of the school literacy movement in fostering improved reading abilities among grade I students, suggesting its potential for enhancing educational outcomes in Indonesia and beyond. Highlights: The School Literacy Movement program significantly influences grade I students' reading skills. The quantitative method employed in the study allowed for data analysis and assessment. Abstract

This qualitative study with a phenomenological approach investigates the efforts of a school library in increasing reading interest among grade 3 students at Banjartanggul Elementary School in Indonesia. The research aims to identify effective strategies employed by the library and analyze the factors that hinder students' reading interest. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the school library has optimally fulfilled its role in fostering reading interest, employing strategies such as incentivizing library visits, engaging parents, motivating students, scheduling visits, and expanding book collections. The results offer valuable insights for educators, librarians, and policymakers seeking to enhance reading engagement among young learners. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman iklan audio visual dengan keterampilan menyimak dan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional melalui analisa data dengan menggunakan  uji regresi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 22 siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Banjarsari Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Perolehan hasil data penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, 1) Adanya pengaruh signifikan antara pemahaman iklan audio visual terhadap keterampilan menyimak sebesar 18,9% sedangkan 81,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati. 2) Pemahaman iklan audio visual terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 25,8% sedangkan 74,2% dan sisanya disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati. 3) Pengaruh pemahaman iklan audio visual terhadap dengan keterampilan menyimak dan berbicara siswa sebesar 27,8% dan 72,2% lainnya dipengaruh oleh faktor lain. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman iklan audio visual berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menyimak dan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar.Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of understanding audio-visual advertising on elementary school students' listening and speaking skills. The approach used in this research is a quantitative correlational approach through data analysis using regression tests. The sample in this study was 22 class V students at SD Negeri Banjarsari, Sidoarjo Regency. Obtaining the results of this research data proves that 1) There is a significant influence between understanding audio-visual advertising and listening skills at 18.9%. In comparison, the other 81.1% is influenced by other variables that are not observed. 2) Understanding audio-visual advertising on students' speaking skills influences 25.8% while 74.2% and the rest is caused by other variables that are not observed. 3) The influence of understanding audio-visual advertisements on students' listening and speaking skills is 27.8%, and other factors influence the other 72.2%. So, it is concluded that understanding audio-visual advertisements influences the listening and speaking skills of elementary school students.
