Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) still becoming health problem in Indonesia, complication DHF disease usually assosiated with severe, prolonged shock, heavy bleeding. This case study arined to carry out nursing care patients with DHF in Jayanegara room of RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Mojokerto.Results of study found different complaints participant on participant 1 said fever, nausea vomiting, abdominal pain. In participant 2 said heartbum, weakness, bleeding joint, bleeding gum. The diagnosis in both participants were lack of fluid volume. Interventions performed on patients 1 management of oral intake, nutritition management, encouraging patients bedrest, collaborated medical teams, monitoring vital signs, monitor blood test result. On Participant 2 monitoring bleeding, oral intake, nutritition management, encouraged patients to bedrest, collaborated with medical team, monitored vital signs, monitor blood test result. The 3x24 hour evaluation results for participants 1 and 2 showed did not feel nausea, vomiting and no spontaneous bleeding. intervention with nursing problem of lack fluid volume, there increase in platelets, and patient’s fluid needs were met, problem resolved. Participants DHF can experience plasma leakage and bleeding resulting a decrease in platelets. To replace fluid lost due to plasma leakage, can be done motivate participants fluid needs, including recommending drinking plenty of water

Sakdiah is a woman from Gayo, Aceh. She has pursued her career as a pop singer in the land of Sharia Aceh, among the Gayo ethnic group that practice a patriarchal system. Pop music is mostly dominated by men and this situation determines the position of women in the world of music. Using the methods from ethnomusicology, this research looks at Sakdiah’s position in the Gayo pop music and her journey in the world of music. The result of this research proves that Sakdiah is one of the most productive singers releasing albums. She has chosen to appear on stage as a solo singer. Her success is inseparable from music agents and producers.

Creativity is part of the characteristics of human courage that echoes who he is and what humans become in the future. In every act of creativity, individuals will feel a good relationship between themselves and others. This study aims to determine the development of creativity of students in UPTD SD Negeri 13 Sosopan. This research is a research with phenomenology research method because in this journal there is a lot of income and studying various disclosures of phenomena that occur and are experienced by many individuals so that it can produce various conscious life experiences. The results showed that KKN 158 student service activities took the initiative to help teaching activities at UPTD SD 13 Sosopan, Sosopan Village to increase students' knowledge and creativity. The conclusion obtained is that it is very important for us to develop creativity and knowledge for students. So that students can be more active in working with various kinds of knowledge they have.

Daun singkong (Manihot esculenta) merupakan tanaman yang sering digunakan masyarakat untuk mengobati luka bakar, luka bernanah, atau luka baru. Daun singkong mengandung metabolit sekunder yang beraktivitas sebagai antiinflamasi, antioksidan dan antibakteri. Kuersetin merupakan salah satu senyawa golongan flavonoid yang banyak terkandung pada daun singkong yang memiliki kemampuan menghambat radikal bebas. Antioksidan dari senyawa kuersetin mampu memicu kolagen dan peningkatan vaskular endothelia growth factor (VEGF), sebagai parameter kesembuhan luka bakar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas penyembuhan luka bakar dari ekstrak daun singkong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 kelompok perlakuan: kontrol positif (Bioplacenton®), kontrol negatif (vaselin flavum), dan ekstrak air daun singkong dengan konsentrasi 2,5%, 5% serta 7,5%. Hasil pengukuran diameter kesembuhan luka bakar menunjukkan adanya aktivitas penyembuhan luka dengan perbedaan yang nyata (p < 0,05) pada tiap perlakuan terhadap kontrol negatif. Konsentrasi terbaik terdapat pada konsentrasi 7,5% dengan presentase kesembuhan 82,18% dan diikuti dengan konsentrasi 5% serta 2,5%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak daun singkong telah menunjukan aktivitas penyembuhan luka bakar pada konsentrasi terendah yaitu 2,5%. Kata Kunci: Ekstrak Air, Daun Singkong, AUC, Penyembuhan Luka Bakar Cassava leaf (Manihot esculenta) is a plant that is often used by the community to treat burns, festering wounds or new wounds. Cassava leaves contain compounds of alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, phenolics and saponins which act as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial. Quercetin is one of the flavonoid groups contained in cassava leaves which has the ability to inhibit free radicals. Antioxidants from quercetin compounds are able to trigger collagen and increase vascularity endothelia growth factor as a burn wound healing parameter. The purpose of this study was to determine the burn healing activity of cassava leaf extract. This study was an experimental study using a completely randomized design (CRD) method consisting of 5 treatment groups: positive control (Bioplacenton), negative control (vaseline flavum) and water extract of cassava leaves with a concentration of 2.5%, 5%, 7.5 %. Based on the results of measuring the diameter of the burn wound healing showed a significant difference in each treatment given to the negative control, which indicated the presence of wound healing activity in each treatment. The best concentration is 7.5% with a cure percentage of 82.18%. Followed by a concentration of 5% and 2.5%. It can be concluded that cassava leaf extract has shown burn healing activity at the lowest concentration of 2.5%.

Abstract. Dental caries is a disease with a high prevalence of caries in Indonesia is caused by the bacterium Streptococcus mutans. The leaves of the soursop (Annona muricata Linn.) is one of the herbs that can remove dental plaque. This study aims to determine the chemical content and measure the inhibitory antibacterial soursop leaft methanol extractin inhibiting the growth of Streptococcus mutans bacteria. Phytochemical screening stated that the leaf of the soursop contains flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, steroids, glycosides and saponins. Test of inhibition were measured using paper disc diffusion method with variation concentrations of 5, 10, 15 20, and 25%, positive control is tetrasilkin 30 µg, and a negative control is methanol. Antibacterial test results showed that the methanol extract of soursop leaves have antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans at concentrations of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25% with inhibitory diameter of 9,1; 10,57; 11,53; 12,01 and 13,75 mm respectively. Educational organization of the director or supervisor is very important to increase the professional ability of the teacher. The purpose of this study was to investigate educational assistance programs to improve the quality of school teacher education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Azm, and this study used a qualitative approach to data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentary studies. The subject of the research is the school principal. The results of this study show that (1) the director implements a mentoring program whose purpose is to directly see the quality of teachers in teaching, (2) the director develops teacher quality by inviting external speakers and involving teachers in teaching. and study abroad. -academic seminars, (3) the teaching program is a very important program for the principal of Madarasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Azmi School, which has a positive effect on the students and teachers of the school. It can be said that the educational program made by the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiwyah Nurul Azmi is classified as optimal, although there are still mistakes in the implementation of the principals, in addition, the principal also provides opportunities. lecturers continued their studies at the university.
