Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia’s coastlines is currently an unresolved national issue. This study aims to analyze themangrove co-management in the economic and health development in the coasts, as an effort to tacklepoverty. This research uses the qualitative and quantitative methods, analyzed using the SEM WarpPLS.The research results show that in the coastlines of Madura Island, the Instructive Co-Management is mostdominantly applied in managing mangroves. The mangrove co-management has positive and significanteffects towards the economic and health development of the coastlines. The economic development ofMadura Island’s coasts is marked by the increase of the people’s income, the creation of new job fields,and also the increase of health conditions, in line with the increase of mangrove preservation quality andquantity.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini diuraikan perancangan, simulasi, dan pembuatan antena helix end-fire yang digunakansebagai penguat sinyal pada modem wireless yang beroperasi pada frekuensi 1.8 GHz yang juga berfungsisebagai antena pengganti. Antena helix diharapkan memiliki pola radiasi yang sifatnya direksional. PengujianAntena Helix end-fire dilakukan dengan cara memposisikan Antena Helix sebagai penguat sinyal pada routerjaringan wireless. Sinyal yang diterima oleh antena dicatat kekuatannya. Pencatatan dilakukan untuk perputaran360 derajat dengan pergeseran sudut 10 derajat. Gambar pattern diperoleh dengan mengolah data-datasebelumnya kedalam sebuah grafik koordinat polar. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dengan memposisikan antenahelix sebagai penguat sinyal menggunakan router wireless, antena helix yang penulis buat terbukti merupakanantena yang pola radiasinya bersifat direksional. Hasil dari penghitungan didapatkan Gain antena sebesar 14,51dB, sedikit jauh berbeda dengan Gain yang diinginkan yakni 16,33 dB.
