Tuberculosis (TB) case results in Semarang Regency is still in the low category. The IHE method was developed through counseling and training to support the community empowerment needed in assisting TB cases handling and determination. This study aims to determine the IHE method's effect and effectiveness on the knowledge and attitudes of Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (Empowerment of Family Welfare; PPK) members regarding TB disease. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest-postest design and a sample size of 25 active PKK members in the Sumowono sub-district were used. Then, the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and N-Gran Score. The results showed the IHE method's effect on PKK members knowledge and attitudes regarding TB disease with P-values of 0.034 and 0.029, respectively. The IHE method effectively improved the PKK members attitudes towards TB disease (mean= 61.43%). There was an increase in the knowledge and attitudes of PKK mothers about TB disease through health education using the IHE method. The development in IHE is needed to be applied as a health education method in various other diseases.

Bergas Public Health Center as a PPK-BLUD unit was required to change traditional financial management methods into performance-based budgeting. The utilization of the budget from the APBD, BOK, and BLUD funds had reached more than 90%, but the achievement of SPM had not been maximal. This study aimed to analyze the functions of financial organization and implementation at the Bergas Public Health Center with PPK-BLUD status. This research used qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques throughed in-depth interviews with triangulation of sources to test the validity of the data. The research informants were 15 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling. The research was carried out from March to August 2020. The results of the research on the organizing function showed that there were problems with coordination with activity executing officials, cooperation between program holders was still lacking, and the mindset of the implementer was not performance-based budgeting. In the implementation function, it was found that there were difficulties in managing accrual-based finance, BLUD funds had not been used for innovation in achieving SPM, SPI had not been implemented, and monitoring implementation had not been integrated regarding the absorption of performance-based budgets. The study concluded that the function of organizing and implementing finance had been running but had not fulfilled the SPM due to several obstacles. Kasus pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Windusari dari tahun 2015 hingga 2017 mengalami peningkatan, meskipun PIK-R (Program Informasi Konseling Remaja) sudah diimplementasikan di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran implementasi PIK-R SMP Negeri 2 Windusari dalam menyikapi masalah pernikahan dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2018 di SMP Negeri 2 Windusari. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Informan penelitian berjumlah 8 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purpossive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PIK-R memberikan manfaat dalam mengatasi masalah pernikahan dini. Analisis implementasi PIK-R menunjukkan kurangnya SDM yang terlatih, kurangnya ketersediaan dana operasional, belum adanya ruangan PIK-R secara khusus, upaya promosi dan sosialisasi program PIK-R masih kurang mendapat respon, lemahnya sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan kegiatan yang disebabkan belum adanya petunjuk teknis masih menjadi penyebab belum optimalnya PIK-R di SMP Negeri 2 Windusari. Simpulan penelitian ini jika ditinjau dari input, process, maupun output, implementasi PIK-R belum berjalan secara optimal.

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Pelaksanaan UKS (Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah) sangatlah penting dan harus dijalankan dengan baik di sekolah karena kesehatan merupakan unsur yang sangat penting, terutama pada peserta didik di sekolah dan harus menjadi perhatian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk deskripsikan fungsi manajemen pada program UKS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari 7 informan yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan yang dilakukan tidak berpedoman pada hasil monitoring dan evaluasi. Pengorganisasian masih terpusat pada koordinator UKS karena belum terdapat SOP maupun tupoksi. Penggerakan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai kebutuhan namun berjalan dengan optimal. Fungsi penilaian sudah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman namun masih hanya terbatas pada pemantauan berjalan tidaknya program UKS di sekolah, sedangkan kualitas kinerja yang dilakukan belum pernah dinilai. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen UKS di SMP Negeri 2 Windusari sudah berjalan namun belum optimal. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The implementation of UKS (School Health Effort) Program is very important and must be carried out well in school because health is a very important element, especially for students in school and must be a concern. Tthis study purposed to describe management functions in the UKS program. This research was conducted in June-July 2018. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The research informants consisted of 7 informants selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used interviews and observation. The results of the study showed that the planning carried out was not guided by the results of monitoring and evaluation. Organizing was still focused on the UKS coordinator because there were no SOP or instruction. Acting had been carried out as needed but ran optimally. The controlling function had been carried out in accordance with the guidelines but was still limited to monitoring the running of the UKS program in schools, while the quality of the performance carried out had never been assessed. The conclusions showed that the implementation of the UKS management function at Junior High School 2 Windusari had been running but not optimal.
