Abstract

Keberhasilan organisasi dipengaruhi kinerja pegawainya, dalam pelaksanaannya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berperanan penting. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa dan menjelaskan berpengaruhnya kepemimpinan dan motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja kepada kinerja pada pegawai Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DALDUK & KB) Kota Semarang. Metode sensus digunakan untuk sampling yaitu teknik mengambil data dari semua anggota populasi yang dijadikan sampel yaitu 100 orang dengan kuestioner. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi dengan positif juga signifikan kepada kinerja pada pegawai DALDUK & KB Kota Semarang. Saran yang dapat diberikan, agar kantor Badan Pertimbangan Jabatan dan Kepangkatan (Baperjakat) Kota Semarang dalam menempatkan kepala Dinas yang mampu memotivasi untuk peningkatan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Tourism in Semarang district growth by availability of facilities, transportation and accommodation in every tourism objects. To fulfill satisfaction of traveller and to invite more of traveller, tree of the variable were needed. This research discussed the effects of facilities, transportation and accommodation to satisfy of traveller. Kottler (2005) facility is physically equipment which provided by service seller to customer’s comfortable. Fidel Miro (2005) transportation is to move or shift object from one to other location by transportation equipment and accommodation is goods which provided to fulfill someone need while traveller. This research do descriptive quantitative on associative research. There 100 of traveller be respondents, used questioner to collect data. Validity and reliability test use as instruments test. Simple correlation and multiple, simple linear regression and multiple, determination (adjusted R square) t test and F test used for analytical technique. The Result show that facilities, transportation and accommodation able to descript of tourism satisfaction on tourism object at Semarang district. By t test of facilities, transportation and accommodation positively effect and significant to tourism satisfaction. By F test shown that facilities, transportation and accommodation positively effect to tourism satisfaction

Abstract

Corona virus (covid-19) is a virus which transmits disease through touch. This can spread in small droplets which come from nose or mouth when coughing or sneezing. Government takes many policies on various aspects of life at the economic sector, education, tourism, health and even activities of life in the community. Work from Home is one of the government’s policy, Work from home is a term of working remotely, more precisely working from home. Some factors that affect performance by work from home are personality, organizational communication, and work facilities. Data results of the questionnaire are use in this study by sample data collection techniques of 30 people from 127 populations. SPSS analysis tool, used as analysis technique in the study, which multiple linear regression by conducting validity tests, reliability testing, correlation analysis of regression analysis, coefficient of confirmation and testing of the hypothesis. Results showed that the Adjusted RSquare (coefficient of determination) on 0.986. This concludes that the independent variables (personality, organizational communication and facilities) can explain 98.6% of the dependent variable (employee performance). And the rest of 1.4% (100% - 98.6%) are explaining other independent variables that not proposed in this research.

Abstract

In today, to develop tourism potential in the area and also to increase income, village with the label of Tourism Village have emerged. Tourism Village is a self–help and self-subsistent, the community which in their social activities try to increase their own understanding of tourism, contributing to increasing value of tourism development within its territory, contributing to increasing value of tourism and its empowerment of welfare, participating to contribute the success of development of tourism. In this case, a tourism product is needed that the characteristics of the village so that it can distinguish it from other villages. Banyu Mudal Tourism Village is a Tourism Village that included in the Moga District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province which has the potential as Tourism Village with its natural beauty appeal. There are supporting of facilities and infrastructure such as road and transportation as well as human and institutional resources. Beside the potential, there are also shortcoming and problems that exist in the village. By holding a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) it was found that currently the village of Banyu Mudal does not have unique tourism product. In the tourist village of Banyu Mudal, there is a gamelan craftsman who has a studio to practice beating gamelan. This potential is promoted to be a superior product of gamelan music education tourism. Although there are some side which thing need to be addressed, such as facilities and infrastructure as well as marketing and quality of resources and require assistance.

Abstract

Development of tourism destination of Masjid Kapal safinatun najah with 3A tourism component in Semarang City The research was designed to understand and to explain potential and tourist attraction at Safinatun Najah Mosque based on 3A of tourism component and explanation of development efforts by the administrator, government, and community as well as knowing the benefit of Safinatun Najah Mosque development. Qualitative description research is mentioned as research that produce scientific research that use description data in the form of words written or verbally off people or behaviour which observe to a group of people or an object and group of culture (Maleong J, 1991). Developing of attraction at Safinatun Najah Mosque by optimising the empty space. Developing and maintaining of amenity by continuous care and developing of accessibility by enlargement of the street traffic sign and giving the transportation of public. This development gives an economic impact such also gives a social and cultural impact.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada saat ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan juga pengembangan potensi wisata di daerah bermunculanlah desa-desa dengan berlabel Desa Wisata. Desa Wisata adalah merupakan sekelompok swadaya dan swakarsa dari pada masyarakat yang didalam aktivitas sosialnya berusaha menambahkan akan pemahaman kepariwisataan, mewadahi peran dan juga partisipasi dari masyarakat didalam pembangunan kepariwisataan dalam wilayahnya, turut meningkatkan nilai kepariwisataan serta pemberdayaannya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat, ikut sertaannya didalam turut mensukseskan pembangunan kepariwisataan. Desa Wisata Cikendung merupakan suatu desa wisata yang memiliki 3 pedukuhan, masuk di wilayah Kecamatan Pulosari, Kabupaten Pemalang, Propinsi Jawa Tengah, secara geografis desa Wisata Cikendung terletak di 10 KM sebelah utara Gunung Slamet, 45 Km Sebelah Selatan Kota Pemalang dan 30 Km sebelah timur dari Obyek Wisata Air Panas Guci Tegal. Desa Cikendung mempunyai potensi sebagai Dewa Wisata dengan daya tarik atraksi seperti Silakupang, wisata regigi dan juga wisata keindahan alamnya. Dengan adanya sarana dan prasarana seperti jalan, penginapan dan transportasi serta sumber daya manusia dan kelembagaannya. Disamping potensi tersebut juga terdapat kekurangan dan masalah-masalah yang ada di sana. Dengan diadakannya Focus Group Discussion (FGD) diharapkan ditemukan permasalahan apa yang ada dan ditindak lanjutkan dengan pelatihan-pelatihan yang diharapkan akan lebh meningkatkat perkembangan Desa Cikendung sebagai suatu Desa Wisata.Abstract:  Now a days to increase and to develop tourism potential in the district there are a lot of villages with title Desa Wisata. Desa Wisata is a group of people with their self-subsistent and their own initiative at their social activities intent to increase understanding of tourism, contain he act and resident participation in tourism’ development at their territory, participate to increase value of tourism and empowerment of people well-being, participate to tourism development be success. Desa Wisata Cikendung is a Desa Wisata with have three parts of the village territory on kecamatan Pulosari, Pemalang Districts, Central Java Province as geography Desa Wisata Cikendung at 10 km north of Slamet mountain, 45 km south of Pemalang city and 30 km east of Guci hot spring Tegal. Desa Cikendung is potential as Desa Wisata with Attractions like Silakupang, Religion tourism, and nature tourism. There are facilities and infrastructures such as road, lodging, transportation, human resources and their institutional. Beside the potential there are the weakness and problems. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) held to find the problems and continuing with trainings, which expected will increase the development of Desa Cikendung to be Desa Wisata.

Abstract

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Abstract

Sate kambing sebagai salah satu makanan khas jawa menjadi buruan para lelaki paruh baya yang percaya dapat menambah stamina pria, banyak pengunjung yang menikmati sate Cempe Pak Dar, Blotongan Salatiga pada saat pandemi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data dan depth Interview serta swot analisis juga dengan observasi baik langsung atau tidak langsung pada beberapa nara sumber yang diseleksi. Hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan Analisis SWOT berdasarkan teknik EFAS dan IFAS, dengan perhitungan AFE dan IFE untuk analisis faktor eksternal dan fakor internal didapatkan bahwa konsumen puas akan pelayanan warung saste cempe Pak Dar. Posisi warung sate cempe Pak Dar Desa Blotongan Salatiga jika dilihat dengan diagram kortesius SWOT terdapat pada kwadran I, yang berarti kuat dan berpeluang. Rekomendasi dari analisisi ini strategi progresif. Untuk menambah omzet pendapatan bisa dengan menambah varians atau jenis menu serta pengembangan dengan membuka cabang.

Abstract

In the age of globalization where the midst of increasingly fierce competition, human ability as a resource for mastery of technology, adaptation and responsiveness to change is needed. This research is done to explore and analyze the impact of job satisfaction and competency on employee performance. Besides that organizational citizenship behavior is a mediating variable. Respondents used in this study were employees of the Garment Company factory in Semarang Regency as many as 105 people. The questionnaire method is used to collect the primary data needed. The AMOS SEM program is used for analytical tools. The results of the study found that: 1). Employee competency variables and job satisfaction variables have a positive influence on OCB. 2). Employee competency variables and job satisfaction variables have a positive influence on employee performance. 3). OCB has a positive influence on employee performance. 4). Employee competency variables and job satisfaction variables have a positive influence through OCB on employee performance.
