Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transaksi hubungan istimewa, ukuran perusahaan, tingkat hutang perusahaan dan profitabilitas perusahaan terhadap tarif pajak efektif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi hubungan istimewa berpengaruh negatif terhadsap tarif pajak efektif. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap tarif pajak efektif. Tingkat hutang perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap tarif pajak efektif. Profitabilitas perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap tarif pajak efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether profitability has an effect on firm value, profitability has an effect on capital structure, capital structure has an effect onfirm value and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.The study took a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of a company’s annual financial report. During the 2014-2018 period, there were 142 manufacturing companies. The method of determining the sample used in this study is purposive sampling, which is a sampling method determined or determined by researchers in accordance with certain criteria. Manufacturing companies are 42 sample companies. Data is also analyzed using path analysis.The results of the study include (1) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, (2) profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, (4) Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Financial information will have benefits if delivered on time to the wearer who is closely related to the agency theory (agency theory) where in the theory of this agency explained that the owner oversees the agency (employee) to perform more efficient performance. The value of timeliness of financial reporting is important for the level of benefit of the report. This study aims to test the profitability, age of the company and the size of the company to the timeliness of corporate financial reporting. The sample of this study consists of 13 food and beverage companies with 65 financial report data listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016. To test the hypothesis, used secondary data with purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used logistic regression analysis. After the data in the analysis, found that the profitability variable has a significance value of 0.045 means that the hypothesis X1 positive effect on timeliness of corporate financial reporting due to the significance value less than 0.05. Variable of company age have significance value equal to 0,066 and company size have significance value equal to 0,412 meaning hypothesis X2 and X3 have no effect to variable Y because significance value greater than 0,05.

Abstract

This study examines to the influence of tax system, tax sanction, and tax rates on perception taxpayer about ethich tax evasion. The population in the special region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is determined by sampling convinience method, the data collected with the distribution of questionnaires. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis indicate that the tax system negatif and not significant on perception taxpayer about ethich tax evasion , tax sanction has positivie and significant on perception taxpayer about ethich tax evasion, and tax rates positive and significant on perception taxpayer about ethich tax evasion. The most dominant variable influencing on perception taxpayer ethich tax evasion perceptions about the ethical of tax sanction because it has a beta value of 0.354 standard coefficient.

Abstract

Taxes are the biggest income for the State. But on the other hand, the companyconsiders taxes to be a burden that can reduce corporate profits. Due to thesedifferences, companies take advantage of loopholes in the Act to carry out taxevasion. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of size and CSRon tax avoidance. The nature of this research uses quantitative and the dataused is secondary data with the sampling technique using purposive sampling.This study uses manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listedon the IDX in 2016-2019 as samples. Based on this method, 18 companieswere obtained. The results of this study indicate that CSR has no effect on taxavoidance, while company size has a negative effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the eff ect of variable current ratio (CR), TotalmAssets Turnover (TATO), and net profit margin (NPM) of the Return on Assets (ROA ) in themcompanies list ed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2011. The sampling techniquenused is purposive sampling criteria companies listed in indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 20092011. Obtained a total sample of 25 companies of the 133 companies listed o n the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is mult iple regressions with SPSS tools. Based on the results of the analysis indicate th at the variable Current Ratio ( CR) , Total Assets Turnover (TATO) , and net profit margin (NPM) simulate proved significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) . Predictive ability of these three variables on Return on Assets (ROA) shows the independent variables can explain the variation in the dependent variable was 89.1 % and the rest is explained by other variables. While partially variable Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM ) significantly i nfluence the Return on Assets (ROA) . While variable Current Ratio (CR ) showed no significant effect on the results of the Return on Assets (ROA). Abstract

This study discusses the changes in earnings and financial ratios based on financial statements of listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2012. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) , Non- Performing Loans (NPL) , Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) , and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has an influence on incomen changes. The type of data in this study is secondary . Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method . Companies that used a sample of 24 banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2012. This research is quantitative , and statistical tests use the test multiple linear regression. By using regression analysis , it can be seen that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CA ) , Non Performing Loans (NPL) , Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) , and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant effect on earnings changes . Partial test results , the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on earnings changes . Non Performing Loan (NPL) had no effect on earnings changes . Operating Expenses Operating Income does not affect the income changes . Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive and significant effect on earnings changes. Abstract

This study discusses the stock price and financial ratios based on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share has an influence on the stock price. The company sampled as many as 20 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. Using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share to simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. Test results partially, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance. Plantation Nusantara III (Persero) in the period 2009 to 2012 based on ReturnOn Assets (ROA), Economic Value Addead (EVA) and Market Value Addead (MVA) this study used purposive sampling. sample in this study is PT. Plantation Nusantara III (Persero) and objects in this study are already consolidated financial statements from 2009 to 2012 based on the results of this study indicate financial performance Return on assets is positive, Economic Value Addead is positive despite a four-period only happened one time period that negative values that occurred in the period of 2012 and Market Value Addead is positive. Abstract

This study discusses the value of the company and financial ratios based on financial statements of listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the Earning Per Share (EPS), Company Size, Profitability and Leverage have an influence on company value. This study was built with five hypotheses, namely (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on company value. (2) Company size has a positive impact on company value. (3) Profitability has a positive effect on company value. (4) Leverage has a negative effect on company value. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method and method polled. Companies sampled as many as 45 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. This research is quantitative, and statistical testing using multiple linear regression. By using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable Earning Per Share (EPS), Company Size, Profitability and Leverage simultaneously have a significant influence on firm value. Partial test results, Firm Size and Profitability positive and significant impact on company value. Earning Per Share (EPS) and Leverage has a negative and significant impact on company value.
