Abstract

The aims of this research are to test and analyze the effects of poverty, general allocation fund (DAU) and economic growth to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia. The type of this research is quantitative research. This research used 33 provinces throughout Indonesia (exclude DKI Jakarta). Period of this research was during 2016-2018. Researcher did this research during September 2019-June 2020. The method used in this research is Pooled Data. This research used secondary data and the software of this research used Eviews. 8. The result found that (1) poverty has negatively significant effect (0.000) to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia, (2) general allocation fund has positively significant effect (0.000) to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia and (3) economic growth has no significant effect (0.676) and is negatively related to human development index (HDI) in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor yang dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang dipergunakan ialah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai. Dari faktor pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai adalah faktor keterampilan dan faktor sikap Sedangkan faktor lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Sikap, dan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai. Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, skills, and attitudes on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency, to determine the influence of the dominant factors on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency. The research approach was carried out with a quantitative approach and the analytical methods used were descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that knowledge, skills, and attitudes affect the work performance of the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency. From the factors of knowledge, skills and attitudes, the dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency of Sinjai Regency is the skill factor and attitude factor.
