Abstract

The unemployment rate in the August 2019 period in Banten Province was the highest in Indonesia. The ability of Banten Province in preparing employment opportunities is at the lowest level compared to other provinces with the fact that the unemployment rate is 8.11%. This research offers a breakthrough in the form of resource sharing innovation between manufacturing companies and training institutions in the form of models. The research location was conducted in the three largest industrial areas in Banten Province; Serang Regency, Cilegon City and Tangerang Regency. These areas have the highest number of unemployed among other areas in Banten. The data collection method used purposive sampling technique. Where the sample is selected from the apprenticeship population. The questionnaire in this study was distributed to all employees who took 3 in 1 program who had graduated and worked. There were 250 questionnaires distributed to all employees, and 217 employees filled out the questionnaire and it was managed appropriately. Data and hypothesis testing were carried out through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the IBM AMOS version 22 application program. The results of this study found that the Skill Development Fund has a significant positive effect on Workforce Competence, the Skill Development Fund has a significant positive effect on the Skill Development Center, the Workforce Competence has a significant positive effect on the Skill Development Center, Workforce Competence has a significant positive effect on Resource Sharing Innovation, Resource Sharing Innovation Has a significant positive effect on Skill Development Center, Skill development center has a significant positive effect on Human Resource Industries Competitiveness, Resource Sharing Innovation has a significant positive effect on Human Resource Industries Competitiveness.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan empat pilar kebangsaan yang meliputi Pancasila, undang-undang Dasar 1945, NKRI, dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, tanya jawab, dan webinar. Pengabian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 bertempat di Kantor DPD Partan Nasdem Pakupatan Serang Banten. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman empat pilar kebangsaan yang berarti antara sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Peningkatan yang terjadi sebesar 35% dari rata-rata nilai 42% menjadi rata-rata 77%. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, dapat dilakukan tindak lanjut, sehingga empat pilar kebangsaan tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy for achieving superior accreditation of higher education institutions (excluding study programs). The research design used is a descriptive-quantitative study. The research was conducted at Bina Bangsa University during the institutional accreditation field assessment (AL) on August 13-14, 2021. Data analysis used nine criteria for university accreditation assessment assessed by BAN-PT. The results of the study found that the design of superior accreditation in higher education can be done by: 1) compiling a Self Evaluation Report (LED) that is congruent with the Higher Education Performance Report (LKPT) without any discrepancies with each other, 2) universities need to form institutions and carry out quality assurance seriously, 3) maximize the value of each item of accreditation fromCriteria A, B, C1--C9, and criteria D; 4) trying as much as possible to fulfill all the physical evidence needed to meet each of the existing criteria, 5) trying to provide answers to assessors during interview sessions both to the Foundation, Chancellor, middle leaders, lecturers, students, employees, alumni, cooperation partners and users .The novelty of the research is shown from the superior accreditation design related to the difficulty in meeting the accreditation criteria for colleges and study programs. This study suggests that every university should continue to make improvements in order to obtain superior accreditation by implementing good design.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pertukaran pemimpin-anggota guru SMK swasta di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian merupakan 20% dari populasi yang terdiri dari 17 sekolah dan 183 guru berdasarkan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian dalam kuesioner menggunakan dimensi dan indikator yang dikembangkan ahli. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang kuat antara kompetensi guru dan leader-member exchange; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dan leader-member exchange; (3) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru; (4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange terhadap kinerja guru; (6) Melalui leader-member exchange terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; serta (7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kinerja guru ditinjau dari leader-member exchange. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dan sertifikasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui leader-member exchange

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the leadership style of principal in improving the quality of education at MA Al-Inayah Cibeber and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu Cilegon City. (2) Describe the obstacles to the leadership style of principal in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Inayah Cibeber and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu Kota Cilegon, (3) describe the results of the leadership style of principal in improving the quality of education at MA Al-Inayah Cibeber and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu, Cilegon City. The method in this research is using the qualitative-descriptive method. The choice of this method will make it easier to understand the data exposure that has been described because it is arranged accurately and systematically. This data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the strategy adopted by the principal of MA Al-Inayah and MA Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu refers to the quality theory of education which includes input, process, and output. The leadership style of the head of MA Al-Inayah Cibeber, Cilegon City, turns out to lead to democratic leadership and administration. Meanwhile, the leadership style of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu Kota Cilegon leads to a democratic leadership style. This can be seen from the interference and thoughts of the parties involved in issuing Madrasah policies.

Abstract

The main problems in this study are: (1) Is there a significant effect of transformational leadership on the quality of education services ?; (2) Is there a significant influence of organizational culture on the quality of education services? (3) Is there a significant influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture together on the quality of education services in Islamic Elementary School in Serang City? The method used in this research is a correlational quantitative method with a questionnaire research instrument. This research was conducted at Islamic Elementary School in Serang City, with a population of 207 and 82 respondents as the sample in the study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership can influence the formation of the quality of education services, with a correlation coefficient of "rx1y" of 0.51; (2) Meanwhile, the influence of organizational culture on the quality of education services has a correlation value of "rx2y" of 0.48; (3) The result of multiple correlation test shows the number Rx1x2y of 0.78, so the results of this study indicate acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejection of the null hypothesis (H0).

Abstract

Human resources in a company greatly affect the performance of the company, this can be seen from the performance produced by employees in the company. Providing appropriate compensation for their work can spur employees' enthusiasm to work better from time to time. Work discipline greatly affects employee performance, this is because discipline is a form of training for employees in implementing company rules, the more disciplined employees are, the more disciplined employees will be. also high employee work productivity and performance at the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Construction Bojonegara either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. With the total population used in this study were 34 employees of the engineering division. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique with a sample of 34 employees of the engineering division. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is an influence between compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Construction Bojonegara partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the Islamic boarding school principal and motivation on discipline and its implications for the performance of ustadz in Islamic boarding schools in the city of Serang. The research method used is descriptive, (descriptive method definition). This study prioritizes in-depth analysis of the data and facts found. This type of research is intended to raise facts, circumstances, variables, and phenomena that are happening now and present what they are. The population in this study were all teachers/ustadz or teaching staff in boarding school-based educational institutions in the city of Serang as many as 444 people. The samples used were 215 people. So the author made the decision to use a sampling technique, namely the analytical method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are as follows. Hypothesis testing is carried out based on the results of testing the Inner Model (structural model) which includes r-square output, parameter coefficients and t-statistics. To see whether a hypothesis can be accepted or rejected, among others, by paying attention to the significance value between constructs, t-statistics, and p-values. The hypothesis testing of this research was carried out with the help of the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 software. These values ​​can be seen from the bootstrapping results. The rule of thumb used in this study is t-statistic > 1.96 with a significance level of p-value 0.05 (5%) and a positive beta coefficient. The value of this research hypothesis testing can be shown in the table and the results of this research model can be described as shown in the hypothesis testing carried out on all samples that have been obtained from the questionnaire

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi dan perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap efektivitas tim kerja serta implikasinya pada produktivitas kerja karyawan industry petrokimia di Kota Cilegon. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta pendekatan survei. Penelitian ini populasi  berjumlah 1.500 karyawan, dan sampel sebanyak 160 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan petrokimia di seluruh Kota Cilegon, diambil menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument yang dikembangkan peneliti serta berpedoman pada beberapa dimensi dan indikator yang relevan dengan penelitin terdahulu . Data yang didapat dianalisa mengguakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), dan menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Dari hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan: 1) Dengan R2 sebesar 0,285 dan t hitung sebesar 2,293 > 1,96, terdapat pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi terhadap efektivitas tim kerja. 2) Dengan R2 sebesar 0,597 dan t hitung 11,998 > 1,96, terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap efektivitas tim kerja. 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan efektivitas komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dengan R2 sebesar 0,080 dan t hitung sebesar 1,931 1,96, 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang cukup besar antara perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap efektivitas tim kerja, dengan R2 sebesar 0,738 dan pada hitungan 8.990 > 1,96.5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas tim kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan R2 sebesar 0,611 dan t hitung 3,611 > 1,96, 6) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara efektivitas komunikasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan variabel intervening efektivitas tim, didapatkan R2 sebesar 0,338 dan t hitung 3,888 > 1,96, dan 7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan antara perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap produktivitas karyawan melalui efektivitas tim kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan R2 sebesar 0,754 dengan t hitung sebesar25.248  > 1,96.

Abstract

This study investigates the role that innovative capacity plays in the functioning of glass manufacturing businesses. A behavioral approach is taken toward leadership skills, as well as employee training, in the design of the research method. The employees of the production divisions of PT. Fortuna Inti Talenta (140 respondents) and PT. Maruni Daya Sakti makes up the research sample (140 respondents). The results of study 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity and employee performance (0.002 and 000). 2. Job training positively and significantly affects innovation capacity and employee performance (0.000 and 0.017). Finally, 3) innovation capacity positively and significantly affects employee performance. (0.001). Limitations of the research, the number of participants in this study's sample was lower than the minimum required (560 respondents). As a result, the subsequent researcher will be able to analyze based on the total number of samples from respondents
