Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh promosi melalui media sosial dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di wilayah Karawang baik secara parsial ataupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 konsumen MS Glow dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling serta teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi menggunakan media sosial dan word of mouth secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan konstribusi bagi Pemasar MS Glow terkait strategi promosi di media sosial dan word of mouth yang efektif sehingga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Promosi, Social Media, Word Of Mouth,dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain whether or not brand loyalty and digital marketing influence purchasing decisions simultaneously. The approach taken in this research method is quantitative. Through the use of the Google form link, questionnaires were distributed in order to collect the data used in this study. A purposive sampling strategy was used to collect samples from 110 @Scarlett_Whitening customers in Malang City. The hypothesis was tested using the t test (partial), the F test (simultaneous), and the determination test (R2) in the multiple linear regression analysis method. Digital marketing has a significant positive impact on @Scarlett_Whitening's purchasing decisions, and brand loyalty has a significant positive impact as well, according to some of the study's findings. Digital marketing and brand loyalty have a significant positive impact on @Scarlett_Whitening's purchasing decisions, according to the study's findings simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for coffee promises soul. Purchasing decision is one of the company's business goals that can have an impact on the continuity of the company's operations. The population used in this research is consumers who have purchased and used the product of Jiwa Jiwa coffee. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling method, with 100 respondents as a sample member. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The test results show that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and lifestyle has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thus, it is expected that copy of the soul promise can maintain and improve quality and strategy in conformity with lifestyle, product quality, promotion and brand image because this has an influence on consumer purchasing decisions in making purchases.

Abstract

The success of an organization, both large and small, is not solely determined by the available natural resources, but much is determined by the quality of human resources whose role is to plan, implement and control the organization concerned. However, the continuity of development currently being carried out in our country can only be maintained if the quality of existing human resources receives serious attention from the government. A hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Along with the increase in education and social economic growth in society and in welcoming the era of globalization, the understanding of health has also increased, this is indicated by the increasing criticality of the community towards the services provided by a hospital, it is necessary to improve efforts, including oriented to patients including patient satisfaction. patients for hospital services. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely analyzing HR data and information obtained from the hospital. The sampling technique used in this study, namely snowball sampling, is a sampling technique that is initially carried out in small quantities, then the first selected sample is asked to choose the next sample, which in the end the number of samples will increase, like a rolling snowball that gets bigger and bigger. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was compiled based on the indicators of the research variables. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers that can be calculated relating to the problem under study, namely hospital HR reports and qualitative data, namely data that cannot be counted or is not in the form of numbers obtained from the results interview. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of hospital human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, employee involvement and organizational culture on staff performance. The Central Java Provincial Cooperative Micro-SME Office has an important role and task in the formation or leadership of small and medium-sized micro-cooperatives, the scope of factors that can improve the efficiency of human resources in carrying out their tasks must be looked at 162 officials of small and medium-sized cooperatives in Central Java Province participated in this study, and 110 respondents participated in this study. The analysis results using multiple linear regression showed that motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment and improving employee performance, and commitment has a positive effect on improving staff and applying the influence of organizational culture to moderate the current structure to achieve staff improvement. performance of resources.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) examine the effect of career development and rewards on employee performance. (2) to examine the effect of career development on worker performance. (3) to examine the effect of rewards on worker performance. This study uses a research method that is multiple linear regression analysis. The population and sample used by researchers is a sample of 48 permanent workers. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique where all members of the population are used as samples. The results of the study show that career advancement and rewards have a positive and significant effect on the performance of public relations workers. The career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The reward variable has a positive and significant effect on worker performance. That means, the higher the career development and rewards in later life, the better are the two variables that affect performance in the industry. For future researchers, it is suggested to develop other factors that affect performance beyond the factors that have been studied, for example work motivation, work environment, work discipline, or anything that can make a high contribution in improving worker performance in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetic products and analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers of Wardah cosmetic products in DKI Jakarta and West Java. In this study the sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total of 73 respondents. The research method used is a survey method and this research approach uses a field research approach. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 for windows to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products. The results showed that partially all the independent variables had an effect on the dependent variable. The influence of the two independent variables is positive and significant, meaning that the better the quality of the product and the more affordable the price offered, the higher the purchase decision made by consumers.

Abstract

Fintech lending in Indonesia has developed very advanced, this is due to the ease of use and effectiveness in terms of finance that makes Indonesian people interested. One of the Fintech lending, namely kredivo, Kredivo is a P2PL application which provides the first fast credit loan solution in Southeast Asia that allows consumers to shop online with credit directly without the need to use a credit card. The implementation of Brand Positioning in this study was measured from the respondents' knowledge of Attributes, Benefits and Beliefs and Values. Respondents were also asked about their perceptions about the decision to use Kredivo. The results of this study indicate that brand positioning has an effect on the decision to use kredivo. This can be seen from the high level of correlation and also the results that show the relationship between Brand Positioning and the decision to use is in a strong relationship

Abstract

There is a lot of competition in the business world that requires every entrepreneur to be able to compete in the business world, especially in an Outdoor Store, and there are several complaints from some customers about the high price of Eiger products, the quality of Eiger products, inconvenience in the Eiger Store, not appropriate. This type of research is research using a quantitative approach. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were visitors and buyers of Eiger products, totaling 100 people. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained by using the questionnaire method. The sample selection method is purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula, and data processing using SPSS software. The results contained in this study are Price, Quality, Store Atmosphere, simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger products by 0.000 or 0.10. Another result is that the Quality Variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Eiger Store which has a value of 0.007 0.10, then the Price Variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Eiger Store which has a value of 0.008 0.10 and the Store Atmosphere variable partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Eiger Store which has a value of 0.016 0.10. It is concluded that all of these factors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Eiger Store.

Abstract

The growth in the number of internet users encourages competition for business people to be able to win market competition, especially electronic transaction trading. Customer satisfaction for a company is one of the most important things to consider in the process of building a company's business, especially in terms of service quality and trust. This research was conducted to find out how much influence e-service quality and e-trust have on e-customer satisfaction (study on OVO digital wallet users). This research is in the form of descriptive and verifiable research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 385 respondents, namely OVO digital wallet users. In this study, a test of the validity of the data and a test of classical assumptions were carried out. The data analysis techniques used are Scale Range Analysis and Path Analysis techniques with the help of Microsoft excel and SPSS. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-customer satisfaction.
