Abstract

The need for electricity in this global era is increasing, so that a more reliable electrical system is needed. A reliable system cannot be separated from interference, so there needs to be a system reliability analysis and power loss to the feeder by configuring the network. This research was conducted to find the reliability index value in the form of interference frequency and duration of interference (SAIFI and SAIDI). In one Tabanan feeder the results obtained exceed the standard so reconfiguration is performed Based on the analysis obtained before reconfiguration, the reliability index for SAIFI is 6,7456 (failure / year) and SAIDI is 11,4767 (hour / year) and power loss by 6,27 %. After reconfiguration of Tabanan feeder, the reliability index was better, for SAIFI is 5.2475 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI is 9,8798 (hour / year), the power loss was 2.82%. Sanggulan feeder is a new feeder reconfiguration result from Tabanan feeder, where the analysis was carried out to find out the reliability index of Sanggulan feeder, it was obtained the SAIFI value of 4.5753 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI of 9.5297 (hour / year) and power loss of 4,80%.

Abstract

Kecerdasan interpersonal adalah kemampuan manusia untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dan manusia sekitar. Fokus kajian artikel ini ialah membahas konsep pendidikan kecerdasan interpersonal remaja awal dalam perspektif Mahmud al-Mashri dalam buku beliau yang berjudul Adab al-Thifli al-Muslim Lishigor Walkibar. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa konsep pendidikan kecerdasan interpersonal menurut Mahmud al-Mishri menekankan pendidikan adab dengan priorotas pendidikan adab kepada orangtua, adab kepada guru, adab kepada teman, adab berbicara, adab bercanda dan adab bertemu dan berjabat tangan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the tradition Mappasikarawa in the marriage of the Bugis community from the perspective of Islamic law. The problems studied in this research are; First, how is the marriage tradition of the Bugis community, Second, what is the view of Islamic law on the Mappasikarawa tradition in Kaballangan Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi. To find the answers to the above problems, the writer used the qualitative method (field research) by using normative, historical, and sociological approaches. The results of the research found are as follows: First, the Mappasikarawa tradition in the marriage of the Bugis Pinrang community is one of the activities performed before the marriage contract with the aim that the bride and groom get happiness, peace, prosperity, physically and spiritually in their life. Second, in the view of Islamic law, the Mappasikarawa tradition is not permissible in reference to a process that violates the rules of Islamic law in its implementation where the bride and the groom in direct contact before being a legal partner since Mappasikarawa is performed before the marriage contract. It means that there is an illegal interaction between two people who are not yet included in the mahram category

Abstract

Abstract: Modern Islamic boarding schools are also called pesantren kholaf (modern) as acronyms of salaf or ashriyah. The model of integration of Islam, science and culture is contained in the conditions of the Islamic boarding school, the methods, traditions and intellectual spirit of the santri in the pesantren Khalaf with all the combination of Islamic values ​​and culture, having challenges that must be overcome in facing challenges in the global era. With its very integrated the slogan, al muhafadhah 'ala al qadim al shalih wa al-ahdz bi al-jadid allashlah (holding good old things and taking new things better. This slogan can be the key to reconciling tradition and modernization: Modernization in Islamic education is a renewal that occurs in Islamic boarding schools, at least it can erase the image of some people who consider Islamic boarding schools to be traditional educational institutions, now they want to produce true scientists who are able to produce ulama. protect the people and advance the nation and state. Abstract

Lazada adalah situs e-commerce yang menawarkan beberapa alat keperluan seperti handphone/tablet, peralatan rumah tangga, kesehatan dan kecantikan, fashion pria dan wanita, peralatan bayi dan anak, elektronik, makanan dan minuman, otomotif, media musik dan buku. Banyaknya fasilitas yang dihadirkan oleh Lazada semakin membuat konsumen menjadi tertarik untuk melakukan pembelanjaan di Lazada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce lazada dan menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce lazada. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasli penelitian ini faktor-faktor minat beli dari 6 faktor yang ada mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce lazada, dan faktor-faktor minat beli dilihat dari 15 indikator yang ada, hanya 9 indikator yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen di e-commerce lazada.

Abstract

Education and Training Center so that the results can provide a general picture regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of the training program. In addition, it is also hoped that the results of this research can be input and improved in the context of improving the implementation of similar training programs that will be implemented in the future. In particular, the focus of this research is directed at measuring the level of effectiveness in three aspects; reaction aspects, learning aspects, and aspects of potential changes in training participants' behavior related to aspects of teacher performance, pedagogic, social, professional, and personality competencies. This research method uses a quantitative approach and a descriptive evaluative method. A quantitative approach is used in collecting information and data needed in research. Then, the research findings are described and interpreted using a descriptive evaluative method. The results showed that the reaction aspect (level 1) of the training participants to the materials, facilities, and infrastructure of the education and training organizers, and Widyaiswara was included in the good category. However, there are still some improvements related to the level of difficulty of the training material, learning support media, and variations in the use of models and learning approach according to the characteristics of the material and problems. The learning aspect (level 2) based on the learning outcomes of the pre-test and post-test scores showed an increase in understanding of the material for the acquisition of an N-gain score of 0.51 in the medium category, while the skills and attitudes of the training participants during the training were in a good category. Potential aspects of behavior change (level 3) related to teacher performance in pedagogic, professional, personality, and social aspects were obtained in a category. However, the results of this study also show that there is still a low level of confidence in several indicators such as the indicator of utilizing ICT for the benefit of PAI learning development and taking reflective action to improve the quality of learning, developing and creatively guided learning materials and sustainably developing professionalism. through reflective action. The low behavior change in these indicators is due to the low understanding and skills of using ICT because they are not accustomed to using it, and the heavy workload of teachers is the reason for not having time to make self-development efforts.
