Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan adalah suatu produk yang dijadikan sebagai panduan pengambilan keputusan pendidikan yang legal-netral dan disesuaikan dengan lingkugan hidup pendidikan secara moderat. Fungsi kebijakan pendidikan yaitu kebijakan pendidikan dibuat untuk menjadi pedoman dalam bertindak, mengarahkan kegiatan dalam pendidikan atau organisasi atau sekolah dengan masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Implikasinya adalah pemberian kewenangan yang lebih besar kepada kabupaten dan kota untuk mengelola pendidikan dasar dan menengah sesuai dengan potensi dan kebutuhan daerahnya. Juga, melakukan perubahan kelembagaan untuk memenuhi dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan, serta memberdayakan sumber daya manusia, yang menekankan pada profesionalisme. Pentingnya pendidikan yang berkualitas semakin disadari, sebab terciptanya kualitas manusia dan kualitas masyarakat Indonesia yang maju dan mandiri hanya dapat diwujudkan jika pendidikan masyarakat berhasil ditingkatkan. Namun demikian, mutu pendidikan dan kualitas SDM di negara kita masih jauh tertinggal dibandingkan dengan negara-negara ASEAN, terlebih jika dibandingkan dengan negara-negara maju. Sampai saat ini, lemahnya kualitas SDM masih menjadi permasalahan utama dalam pembangunan dan daya saing bangsa. hal tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya daya saing global bangsa Indonesia. Padahal, akselerasi arus globalisasi dan semakin terbukanya pasar dunia, Indonesia dihadapkan pada persaingan yang semakin luas dan ketat.

Abstract

Abstrak Nabi Muhammad SAW. adalah manusia, tapi lain dari manusia. Beliau laksana batu intan permata, sedangkan kita ibarat batu biasa. Banyak hal yang bisa kita sebagai umat muslim untuk mencontoh Beliau agar dijadikan panutan dalam bertindak dan bertanduk ketika kita melakukan kegiata keseharian. Penelitian ini berasal dari intisari kajian surat Al-Ahzab ayat 21 dengan menggunakan studi literature dalam ceramah dimana kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW dapat dijadikan teladan bagi masyarakat madani dewasa ini. Dikarenakan Akhlak Rasul adalah pengejawantahan dari seluruh ajaran yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an. Maka pantas kalau Allah memuji akhlak Rasulullah SAW. Dari kajian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa teladan yang dapat dijadikan cerminan bagi seorang pemimpin adalah 1) Ucapan (Qauli) dimana Meneladani sifat baginda nabi Muhammad Saw. yang senantiasa berkata lembut, jujur, dan mengandung banyak hikmah serta tuntunan. 2) Perbuatan (Fi’li) dimana kita Senantiasa mengikuti apa yang beliau ajarkan dengan kesungguhan. Nabi Muhammad Saw. sangat terjaga dalam melakukan apapun. 3) Penetapan (Takriri) artinya Meneledani penetapan beliau yang bijaksana dan adil dalam memutuskan segala perkara dengan penuh pertimbangan dan tidak berat sebelah. Ahklah pemimpin menurut ajaran Rasulullah 1) Linta lahum. Rasulullah Saw. senantiasa bersifat lemah lembut, baik terhadap kawan maupun lawan. 2) Fa’fu ’anhum wastagfirlahum. Rasulullah. senantiasa bersifat lapang dada, mudah memaafkan dan memohonkan ampunan bagi setiap kesalahan. 3) Wa syawirhum fil amri. Rasulullah senantiasa mentradisikan sikap bermusyawarah dalam setiap mengambil keputusan. Abstract Prophet Muhammad SAW is human, but different from humans. He is like a gemstone, while we are like ordinary stones. There are many things that we as Muslims can imitate him so that he can be used as a role model in acting and having horns when we carry out daily activities. This research comes from the essence of the study of Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21 by using literature studies in lectures where the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad can be used as an example for civil society today. Because the character of the Apostle is the embodiment of all the teachings contained in the Qur'an. So it is appropriate that Allah praises the character of the Prophet Muhammad. From this study, it can be seen that the example that can be used as a reflection for a leader is 1) Speech (Qauli) which imitates the nature of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. who always speak softly, honestly, and contains a lot of wisdom and guidance. 2) Actions (Fi'li) where we always follow what he teaches with sincerity. Prophet Muhammad SAW. very awake in doing anything. 3) Determination (Takriri) means following his wise and fair decision in deciding all matters with full consideration and impartiality. Ahklah leader according to the teachings of the Prophet 1) Linta lahum. Rasulullah SAW. always be gentle, both towards friends and foes. 2) Fa'fu 'anhum wastagfirlahum. Rasulullah. always open-minded, easy to forgive and ask forgiveness for every mistake. 3) Wa syawirhum fil amri. Rasulullah always has a tradition of deliberation in every decision making.

Abstract

The oldest Indonesia Islamic educational institutions until today has a strategic role as one of the institutions of education transformation. This paper attempts to describe the character of the development efforts of the students among the students. Pesantren which is identical with the yellow book in their work have given the considerable influence for Indonesian. Even boarding in method always apply wisdom values ​​lokn applies traditional education pattern surrounding communities. In Indonesia, there are so many boarding schools, which number in the thousands. In general, the existing boarding schools to implement a traditional education and modern education pattern. However, despite the different patterns of educational learning patterns, but in substance likely to have similarity. One thing that does not seem to be separated from the school that the educational pattern using yellow book as a study. This research method is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. There are several local moral values ​​that can be used as a boarding school a learning model that can be adopted by our education today, one of which is a pattern of education that emphasizes the moral values ​​of learners. Such as : courtesy, discipline, exemplary, manners, patience and gratitude, cooperation, faith, responsibility, wisdom, faith. If these values ​​can be applied in all lines of education in Indonesia, then bunalah an impossible thing if the country of Indonesia will experience a period of glory in the future.

Abstract

Learning planning, implementation, evaluation/assessment, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as solutions that are often applied are not in accordance with curriculum guidelines at the Raudhatul Athfal level. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to field research (field research) which takes the research location in RA Bany Radhiya, Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show, (1) that preparation is always carried out with head and teacher meetings to prepare the curriculum. Implementation is carried out every day fifteen minutes before the main activity and evaluates each activity completion by conducting a checklist assessment, as well as minimizing inhibiting factors by finding solutions, showing that this memorization habit has many benefits, as a solution. (2) the habit of memorizing short letters of the Qur'an through technological media can take place anywhere, in the classroom, outside the classroom, offline or online. The introduction of technology from an early age can support the achievement of educational goals that make graduates fear God Almighty. The implication of this habit is to increase academic and non-academic achievements and recommendations for all foundations, institutions, heads, teachers and parents to straighten their intentions in guiding as a field of worship.

Abstract

The performance problems of Islamic religious education teachers in an effort to improve the quality of the learning process according to legislation such as the implementation of monotonous learning, teachers do not use learning media, low teacher performance motivation. This study aims to identify and analyze the planning, implementation, organization, evaluation as well as the obstacles and solutions faced in the development of supervisors through the working group of Islamic religious education teachers to improve teaching skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found that supervisory development through teacher working groups to improve teacher skills was in accordance with the supervisory development function which included planning, implementation, evaluation and components that were directly involved. Natural barriers include supervisor figures who have limited time intensity, the number of school locations that must too many targeted areas were visited. The solution to minimize obstacles was carried out for supervisory figures by scheduling coaching in collaboration with the working group organization of Islamic religious education teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, barriers and challenges of character education through online apples to motivate student learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research uses a qualitative case research method that describes the experience of an intensive situation. Sources of research data are school principals, PAI teachers to parents. The object of this research is to motivate the learning of Smart Global Skills Vocational High School students in Bandung. Collecting data by observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model with steps; streamlining data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Planning for character education through online apples to motivate student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic first identify and analyze character education problems, formulate goals for online apple activities, make schedules at the beginning of lessons and arrange online apple officers and religious programs, develop assessment instruments, and communicate with parents. (2) Character education through online apples during the research was carried out well by going through the stages; the teacher communicates things that are prepared by students in online learning, informs the schedule and divides online apple assignments in turns, carries out online apples, the teacher motivates with praise. (3) Evaluation is carried out during the online apple ceremony through attendance, discipline, cooperation, and maintaining the online apple situation through an assessment rubric. (4) Obstacles during online apples include; Internet access is not stable, parents do not accompany learning, students feel bored and bored. The solution is that teachers are required to master creative and innovative technology, provide internet and study quotas, and respond quickly to learning difficulties.

Abstract

In connection with descriptive data analysis, this research will describe from the results of documentation and field observations from the analysis of learning management in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency The results of the analysis documentation carried out by researchers on the management of learning in the process of social emotional development aged 4-5 years of 17 children at PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency. There are several indicators in learning management 1) Planning 2) Implementation of learning, namely activities before entering class, preliminary activities, core activities, eating and resting activities, closing activities 3) Evaluation, namely Assessment, Reporting and follow-up. So it can be concluded that the management of learning in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka Bandung Regency has been done by the teacher well according to the indicator although there are still two indicators that have not been implemented, the success of the teacher can be seen from the level of achievement of emotional social development a good boy.

Abstract

Abstract

The background of the problem shows that some students have not been able to demonstrate proficiency in the practice of tabligh which has an effect on the unrealized achievement, namely growing mentally tough students. This study aims to determine and analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation of kyai's learning through tabligh training to cultivate tough santri mentality. The results of the study found that the learning of tabligh exercises to foster students' mental self-confidence was in accordance with the learning management function which included planning, implementation, evaluation and the components involved in it, obstacles/obstacles in learning tabligh exercises to foster students' mental self-confidence. namely the leadership figure factor as the main figure, the incompetent ustadz mentor in his field and infrastructure. The solution to minimize these obstacles was carried out on the leader's figure, namely scheduling the leader to always witness tabligh activities as student motivation, while the competence of the mentor teacher was carried out on an ongoing basis, and infrastructure facilities were gradually fulfilled as needed.
