Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, barriers and challenges of character education through online apples to motivate student learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research uses a qualitative case research method that describes the experience of an intensive situation. Sources of research data are school principals, PAI teachers to parents. The object of this research is to motivate the learning of Smart Global Skills Vocational High School students in Bandung. Collecting data by observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model with steps; streamlining data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Planning for character education through online apples to motivate student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic first identify and analyze character education problems, formulate goals for online apple activities, make schedules at the beginning of lessons and arrange online apple officers and religious programs, develop assessment instruments, and communicate with parents. (2) Character education through online apples during the research was carried out well by going through the stages; the teacher communicates things that are prepared by students in online learning, informs the schedule and divides online apple assignments in turns, carries out online apples, the teacher motivates with praise. (3) Evaluation is carried out during the online apple ceremony through attendance, discipline, cooperation, and maintaining the online apple situation through an assessment rubric. (4) Obstacles during online apples include; Internet access is not stable, parents do not accompany learning, students feel bored and bored. The solution is that teachers are required to master creative and innovative technology, provide internet and study quotas, and respond quickly to learning difficulties.

Abstract

The oldest Indonesia Islamic educational institutions until today has a strategic role as one of the institutions of education transformation. This paper attempts to describe the character of the development efforts of the students among the students. Pesantren which is identical with the yellow book in their work have given the considerable influence for Indonesian. Even boarding in method always apply wisdom values ​​lokn applies traditional education pattern surrounding communities. In Indonesia, there are so many boarding schools, which number in the thousands. In general, the existing boarding schools to implement a traditional education and modern education pattern. However, despite the different patterns of educational learning patterns, but in substance likely to have similarity. One thing that does not seem to be separated from the school that the educational pattern using yellow book as a study. This research method is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. There are several local moral values ​​that can be used as a boarding school a learning model that can be adopted by our education today, one of which is a pattern of education that emphasizes the moral values ​​of learners. Such as : courtesy, discipline, exemplary, manners, patience and gratitude, cooperation, faith, responsibility, wisdom, faith. If these values ​​can be applied in all lines of education in Indonesia, then bunalah an impossible thing if the country of Indonesia will experience a period of glory in the future.

Abstract

Du'a Poetry is one of the Poems written by Diaspora poets. One work that was born of four modern-century poets, Gibran Khalil Gibran, Mikhail Naimah, Fate of Aridhah and Abdul Masih Hadad. Du'a's poetry is the material object in this paper. Characteristics of Du'a Poetry which is a modern poetry of Mahjar (migrant) not only presents the beauty of its poetic structure and language, it also represents other characters of Mahjar's poetry such as the selection of romantic diction and the acculturation of two Eastern and Western cultures. Mahjar's poetry is also known for its uniqueness in loading philosophical and spiritualist thoughts. Its formal object is Riffaterre's Semiotics. This poem will be analyzed through reading heuristics or mimesis based on the meaning of the dictionary and hermeneutical or retroactive reading. Riffaterre's semiotics believes that in the form of textual poetry, there is a non-textual empty space which is the core of the poem called the hypogram. In the hypogram will be found the central meaning of poetry or matrix. The matrix of this poem is the nature of man in a philosophical perspective. Hypogramatically, this poem is based on the philosophical thought texts of spiritualism about humans. This is seen in the model of poetry, the first actualization of the matrix, in the form of one sentence أنا ما لي وللورى فارفعيني (What am I to myself and others, then lift me). In the end, Ana in poetry Dua transitioned to find a destination where she lived, then anchored on the throne of heaven, the throne of God.

Abstract

This article analyzes the dialectical problem of educational leadership models from various perspectives in the disruptive era. Leadership is one of the crucial issues in the management of education. The uneven quality of education at both the central and regional levels is a homework that still needs to be completed by the world of education. National Education Standards that have been formulated explicitly to be achieved as School or Madrasah thresholds are still stuck on administrative fulfillment only. The planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up plans of the School Work Program do not yet reflect the needs of the school community. It takes an educational leader who has the appropriate qualifications and competencies to bring schools or madrasas to excel in this disruptive era. A complete understanding of the proper leadership model of educational leaders is one of the important knowledge for a leader to be able to improve the quality of the education of the institution he leads. Based on the background above, this paper presents various models of educational leadership from a theological perspective, a philosophical psychological perspective, sociology in order to improve the quality of educational leadership in the disruptive era.

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan : (1) pandangan siswa terhadap internalisasi nilai tauhid melalui materi termokimia (INTMMK); (2) kesediaan siswa untuk menerima internalisasi nilai tauhid dalam materi pelajaran IPA (INTIPA). Penelitian melibatkan 18 subjek siswa SMA Plus Al-Azhar Medan semester 3. Setelah pembelajaran termokimia selesai siswa diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner yang terdiri dari 4 pernyataan untuk mengungkapkan pandangan siswa dan 3 pernyataan untuk mengungkapkan tingkat kesediaan siswa. Kuesioner dengan rubrik 5 skala, telah direview oleh 2 orang ahli dan diuji coba. Hasil menunjukkan : (1) pandangan siswa terhadap INTMMK sanga tpositif dengan skor rata-rata 87,2 (skala 100). Perolehan skor rata-rata untuk masing-masing pernyataan : 82,2; 85,6; 88,9; dan 92,9 berturut-turut untuk pernyataan bahwa INTMMK dapat memberikan : Pemahaman agama; Pemahaman yang lebih baik pada isi/materi termokimia dan pada nilai-nilai agama; Pemahaman bahwa materi termokimia merupakan bagian dari tanda-tanda kekuasaan Allah; Dorongan kesadaran untu kmeningkatkan ibadah kepada Allah. Rata-rata sebanyak 16 dari 18 siswa (88,89%) memiliki pandangan positif terhadap INTMMK dengan tingkat internalisasi “mendalam” dan “sangat mendalam”. (2) kesediaan siswa untuk menerima INTIPA sanga tpositif, perolehan skor rata-rata 90. Perolehan skor rata-rata untuk pernyataan “nilai tauhid perlu dijelaskan saat guru mengajar materi pelajaran” : kimia, fisika, dan biologi berturut-turut : 88,9; 86,7; dan 94,4. Rata-rata ada 16 dari 18 siswa (88,9%) menyatakan INT perlu dilakukan pada materi pelajaran IPA. Dengan kategori tingkat penerimaan “sangat perlu” dan “perlu”.

Abstract

Philosophy is a science that can never be separated from human life without exception. Philosophy comes from the Greek words Philos which means love and Sophia or Shopos which means knowledge or wisdom. Philosophy is very developed, especially Greek philosophy which gave birth to the great philosophers in the world to be able to influence Islamic philosophy. However, because there are so many pros and cons regarding this influence, several things need to be emphasized so that there are no misunderstandings. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the influence of Greek philosophy on Islamic philosophy which is then implemented in the teaching materials of Kalam at the Madrasah Aliyah level. The research method used is literature study. Sources of data used come from books and related journal articles. The results of his research are Greek philosophy has a great influence in the development of Islamic philosophy, but not as the basis or foundation of Islamic philosophy itself. As for what is implemented in the Kalam Science teaching material, it is Islamic philosophy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa kinerja karyawan karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan suatu organisasi dan perusahaan. Gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan profesionalisme merupakan salah satu faktor dalam menghasilkan kinerja yang berhasil, khususnya pada PT. PERWIRA ADIKA TRIA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan karena data yang dikumpul berdasarkan hasil kuesioner langsung dari responden  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. PERWIRA ADIKA TRIA, yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan profesionalisme tidak semua berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja secara parsial. Secara parsial hanya variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tidak berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan karena nilai dari signifikansinya lebih besar dari 0.05 yaitu sebesar 0,087. Pengujian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan profesionalisme berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Hal berarti korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam model regresi sebesar  63,3% dan kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi variabel bebas gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan profesionalisme, sisanya 36,7% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Planning is not a guarantee of success. It may be that a plan ends up failing, one of the reasons is because it is too focused on the preparation of documents, but is weak in execution or implementation. Planning is also not just an event at the beginning of an activity, but an ongoing process and will only stop when goals are achieved. There are at least two approaches to implementing strategic planning, firstly Distinctive Competence or actions taken by an institution to be able to perform activities better than its competitors, secondly Competitive Advantage, namely specific activities developed by an institution to be superior to its competitors. Strategic Planning (strategic planning) is a management tool used to manage current conditions to project conditions in the future. The urgency of strategic planning can be reviewed from various perspectives. This study tries to look at it from four perspectives, namely theological, philosophical, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Theologically Allah SWT and the prophets as educational leaders have provided examples of how to carry out strategic planning. Philosophically, humans are born as Khalifah fil ard who are given the potential to think as strategic planning capital. Psychologically, humans as educational leaders must see their students as creatures grow and develop dynamically so that strategic planning is needed to prepare it. From a sociological perspective, humans cannot be alone in leading education, there must be a collaboration with various parties and of course, this requires strategic planning so that every element involved has one vision of one goal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how educational leaders make decisions based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The wheels of educational organization will not run smoothly if the decision making does not pay attention to these foundations, especially on complex problems. This study uses a literature method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Islam has provided guidance for an educational leader in making the right decisions, namely through deliberation and obeying government regulations (Laws, Government Regulations, Ministerial Regulations, Regional Regulations etc.). Philosophically, leaders must be able to think critically about the problems at hand, determine problems and root causes accurately, analyze and conclude so that they can be accepted logically by all interested parties in education. Psychologically, the decisions taken must be believed to be true so that they can be accepted and carried out happily by members and stakeholders. Sociologically, the decisions made can establish better ties of cooperation between internal organizations and external organizations, both as users of educational services or as supporters of the educational organization itself. Intakes that use a variety of bases will be more acceptable to all parties. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pengambilan keputusan pemimpin pendidikan berlandaskan agama, filosofi, psikologi dan sosiologi. Roda organisasi pendidikan tidak akan berjalan mulus jika dalam pengambilan keputusan kurang memperhatikan landasan-landasan tersebut terutama pada masalah yang komplek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Islam telah memberikan petunjuk bagi seorang pemimpin pendidikan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat yaitu melalui musyawarah dan mentaati aturan pemerintah (Undang-undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri, Peraturan daerah dsb). Secara filosofis, pemimpin harus mampu bernalar kritis terhadap masalah yang dihadapi, menentukan masalah dan akar masalah secara akurat, menganalisa dan menyimpulkan agar dapat diterima secara nalar oleh semua pihak yang berkepentingan dalam pendidikan. Secara psikologi, keputusan yang diambil harus diyakini kebenarannya agar dapat diterima dan dijalankan dengan senang hati oleh para anggota dan stakeholder. Secara sosiologis, keputusan yang dibuat dapat menjalin ikatan kerjasama yang lebih baik diantara intern organisasi, dengan ektern organisasi baik sebagai pengguna jasa pendidikan ataupun pendukung organisasi pendidikan itu sendiri. Pengambilan yang menggunakan beragam landasan akan lebih dapat diterima oleh semua pihak.
