Abstract

This research aims to identify the level of student satisfaction on STIKES Payung Negeri Pekanbaru. The population is the student STIKES Payung Negeri Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research, to analyze the data used the importance performance analysis (IPA) method with the help of SPSS. The number of samples used as the object of research was 135 student using the purposive sampling method. The results of the study show that the student expectations bigger than reality obtained directly, This is caused by the ability of the campus that does not meet all student requests. However his hopes have not been fulfilled students feel satisfied with services that have been provided by STIKES Payung Negeri Pekanbaru.Keywords: Satisfaction, Students, STIKES Payung Negeri Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the Effect of Product Quality on CustomerSatisfaction and Loyalty at Jeber Platinum Cafe in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation in this study included all customers who had visited Jeber CafePlatinum whose numbers were not known with certainty. The sample used in thisstudy is 100 customers and has a minimum 2x visit criteria. Primary data iscollected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, totest the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis. The results showed thatproduct quality has a positive effect with a strong level of influence on customersatisfaction, store atmosphere has a positive effect with a strong level of influenceon customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a positive effect on the level ofinfluence that customer satisfaction has a positive influence on a strong level ofcustomer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on the level of customerloyalty through customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a positive effect onthe level of customer loyalty through satisfaction customer. The better the qualityof the product provided, the satisfaction will increase, the better the storeatmosphere is given, the satisfaction will increase, the stronger customersatisfaction will be obtained, the customer loyalty will increase. The better thequality of the product provided, the customer satisfaction through loyalty willincrease, the better the store atmosphere is given, the greater customersatisfaction through loyalty.Keywords: Product quality, store atmosphere, customer satisfaction, customerloyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived product quality, promotion and price on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction of Honda matic in Pekanbaru City. Sample in this study was 160 people with conditions, aged over 17 years and purchased a Honda matic in Pekanbaru City in 2015-2019. Sampling using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling. To test the hypothesis in this study, researchers used SEM-PLS analysis with the help of the WarpPLS 6.0 software program. The results showed that: 1) Perceptions quality product and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda matic in Pekanbaru City, 2) Promotion has a positive and not significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda matic in Pekanbaru City, 3) Purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction for Honda matic in Pekanbaru City, 4) Perceptions quality product and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions for Honda matic in Pekanbaru City, 5) Promotion has a positive effect and not significant to consumer satisfaction through the decision to purchase Honda matic in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Perception Quality Product, Promotion, Price, Purchase Decision and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Reference Group and Brand Image on Buying Decision and Customer Satisfaction Rexona brand deodorant among teenagers in Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes all consumers who buy and use Rexona in Pekanbaru City, while totally samples in this study is 100 people. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is the selection of samples based on certain criteria. Data taken from respondents using questioners. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) aplication. The result show that : (1) Reference group influences the decision to buy deodorant rexona products among adolescents in Pekanbaru City (2) Brand image influences the decision to buy deodorant rexona products among teenagers in Pekanbaru City (3) Purchasing decisions affect consumer satisfaction of deodorant rexona products among adolescents in Pekanbaru City (4) Reference group influences consumer satisfaction of deodorant rexona products among adolescents in Pekanbaru City through the purchasing decision variable (4) Brand image affects consumer satisfaction of deodorant rexona products among adolescents in Pekanbaru City through the Purchasing Decision variable.Keywords : Refererence Group, Brand Image, Buying Decision and Customer Satisfaction
