Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh website quality dan website brand terhadap minat beli online dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi dari survei yang dilakukan pada konsumen Shopee di kota Padang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini website quality, website brand, kepercayaan konsumen, dan minat beli online. Respondennya adalah masyarakat kota Padang yang pernah mengunjungi (melihat-lihat) atau bertransaksi online menggunakan aplikasi Shopee minimal satu kali transaksi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 135 responden. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa website quality, website brand, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli online, website quality dan website brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dan kepercayaan berperan sebagai mediasi parsial antara website quality dan website brand terhadap minat beli online pada konsumen Shopee.

Abstract

Keanekaragaman kuliner di Sumatera Barat membuat kuliner khas Minang menyimpan potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai jasa penunjang dalam pengembangan potensi wisata kuliner.  Wisata kuliner menjadi salah satu alternatif disamping pilihan jenis wisata lainnya seperti wisata budaya, wisata alam dan wisata bahari yang sudah terlebih dahulu dikenal oleh wisatawan yang datang ke Sumatera Barat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1). Mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis dan potensi  kuliner  khas  Minang  yang  ada  di  daerah  Kota  Padang  Sumatera  Barat,  2). Mengidentifikasi masalah – masalah yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan kuliner khas Minang dalam menunjang potensi pariwisata di Kota Padang Sumatera BaratPenelitian  ini  bersifat  penelitian  deskriptif (descriptive  research ) dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder.  Metode analisa data adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam melakukan analisa data dilakukan  dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder  maupun  data  primer.  Data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Pemerintah  Kota Padang, Dinas Pariwisata Kota Padang Sumatera Barat dan Biro Pusat Statistik. Data primer diperoleh dengan mewawancarai langsung dengan ninik mamak, bundo kanduang, pedagang atau pengusaha makanan khas Minang dan wisatawan. Data serta informasi yang diperoleh melalui penelitian lapangan kemudian dianalisa. Dalam  menganalisa  data  digunakan analisa  SWOT. Analisa SWOT merupakan analisa terhadap lingkungan eksternal dan internal. Lingkungan ekternal meliputi peluang dan ancaman yang akan mempengaruhi pemanfaatan kuliner khas Minang dalam  mengembangkan potensi wisata kuliner di Sumatera Barat. Lingkungan internal meliputi kekuatan dan kelemahan  yang akan mempengaruhi pemanfaatan kuliner khas Minang dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata kuliner di Kota Padang Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on millennial employee performance with demographic variables as moderators. This research was conducted on PT Semen Padang millennial employees with a sample of 211 people. Research data processing was carried out by SEM-PLS. The results showed that aspects of job satisfaction that had a positive and significant effect on performance in the order of the greatest influence were job characteristics, communication, coworkers, and appreciation. While variable salary, promotion opportunities, supervisors, and fringe benefits are known to have no effect on performance. As for the variable procedures and work regulations found negative and significant effect. Furthermore, demographic variables moderate the relationship between satisfaction and performance. Performance that is influenced by aspects of job satisfaction was found to be different for work location, work period, and education variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, store atmosphere and sales promotion on the impulse buying survey of cosmetics consumers at Transmart in Padang. To determine the sample in this study using simple random sampling with criteria, (a) Women who shop cosmetics at Transmart Padang, (b) Consumers of women who have jobs, so they already have income, (c) Aged 17 years and above and are considered able to provide information correctly and accurately. This study uses a sample size of 120 respondents obtained from the Hair method. This study uses quantitative methods and survey methods in collecting data about attitudes, feelings, past behavioral beliefs and planned behavior that are assisted by SPSS 16.0. The results of this study reveal that hedonic shopping motivation has a significant effect on impulse buying in cosmetic consumers Transmart Padang, store atmosphere has a significant effect on impulse buying in Transmart Padang cosmetics consumers, sales promotion has a significant effect on impulse buying in cosmetics consumers Transmart Padang.

Abstract

Batu Busuk is a village adjacent to the Andalas University campus in Padang. The village, the centre of durian production in Padang city, has a variety of tourism attraction and destination. The purpose of this activity is to inventory and to map out all tourism potential in Batu Busuk and to map out the problems faced by tourism actors community organization in developing the destination. Based on the exploration carried out, the potential tourist attraction of Batu Busuk varies diversely, consisting of nature tourism, historic site tourism, agro-tourism and cultural tourism. However, there are some problems exist, i.e. lack of accessibility, lack of supporting facilities and institutions. Therefore, immediately efforts made are to prepare human resources, secondly to strengthen tourism management institution. Tourism service and other related services of Padang City can collaborate with local people and provide support in term of developing Batu Busuk tourism into a leading tourist destination in Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality of the POS application on the loyalty of POS application users mediated by user satisfaction in the food and beverage (FnB) business sector in Padang City. The data used are primary data obtained from cashiers/baristas/owners of FnB business owners spread across the city of Padang. The sample that will be taken is 85 samples and obtained using the Hair formula, while the sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method because the FnB business sector that can be set as a sample only uses the POS application as their transaction tool. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of Partial Least Suare (PLS) software. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality does not affect User Loyalty mediated by User Satisfaction, while Product Quality has a positive effect on User Loyalty mediated by User Satisfaction.
