Abstract

The research objective was to evaluate and determine how far the application of information system academic that are running (including management controls and application controls) have been able to provide reliable information and where time and reduce risk to an acceptable level by the Polytechnic also provides recommendations for Polytechnic in order to minimize the risk that existed at themoment. This research describes the IT governance maturity level analysis of the Polytechnic X Academic Information System using COBIT 5.0 framework. This research will find the value of the IT governance maturity level current conditions of STMIK Lombok’s Academic Information System management. This maturity level value as a measure of the alignment of the implementation of the Academic Information System to Improve customer orientation and service and Services. Base on the maturity level average calculation results of Implementation the Polytechnic Academic Information System using DSS Domain are at level 3. The results of this study was to determine the academic of information system applications can provide adequate and reliable information and timely, thus simplifying the management to make sound decisions related to academic policy.

Abstract

he development of the industry requires an effective and efficient accountingsystem of revenue to be used during the pandemic to minimize direct contect withicm ( a small medium industry) at the disposal of machine-services, current systemsusing a miscrosoft word for record keeping and data strorage, running systems alsohave no such directly intergrated databases that when creating an income statement,it has to manually enter the data to address revenue issues and make icm easier. Abstract

Large and complex computer networks have a high risk of failure, so they require monitoring and mapping to maintain service availability. An information system must monitor and map computer networks so that supervision is not done manually and problem handlings can be done quicker. This study aims to design and implement a computer network monitoring-information system at the Department of Communication and Informatics of Kebumen Regency by utilizing the waterfall software development method. UML modelling language used in the design of computer network monitoring information system and implemented with the JavaScript programming language on Node.js runtime environment. This system utilizes the interval function in JavaScript and the system utility from Node.js to check the network devices. This system sends notifications of the network client status changes to registered users. Based on the test results, this system can monitor and provide notifications as well as a map of the computer network belonging to the Kebumen Regional Government, which is managed by the Department of Communication and Information Technology of Kebumen so that the process of handling computer network problems belonging to the Kebumen Regional Government can be carried out more optimally.

Abstract

Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases are increasing now and it makes the hospital should be ready to receive patients. The problems faced made the queues of patients mixed up, between general patients and Covid-19 cases, which overwhelmed the officers in serving. So it should be a must for the hospital to upgrade the system of inpatient administration, especially for Covid-19 patients. The information system of inpatient administration for Covid-19 cases has become a very important thing to simplify the performance of officers, make reports easier to be more computerized, and simplify the administrative process to be easier and more efficient. The research method of this research is done by interview and observation, where the information system development is using the design uses data flow diagrams with the implementation of visual studio 2010 programming language and the database is using Microsoft Access. based on the results obtained from Covid-19 inpatient admission system, the system input consists of log-in form, new patient data entry form, inpatient registration form, and doctor form. Testing using the Black box, which results in a successful test for each form. The test results in the input that generates an as-expected output. The design has created an information system for receiving inpatients for COVID-19 cases according to needs which are obtained from the interview with the IGD registration officer at the hospital "X" in Bandung. This information system is very helpful for hospital management and improves the quality of service of the hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pelaporan rujukan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 di Puskesmas Cicalengka DTP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penulis melakukan penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi di Puskesmas Cicalengka DTP. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan penulis dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan pelaporan rujukan pasien, diantaranya adalah masih manualnya sistem pengelolaan pelaporan rujukan pasien, penginputan data dengan Microsoft Excel memperlambat pekerjaan petugas karena harus mencatat dahulu data yang akan diinput dan dijadikan laporan, kurangnya keamanan seperti halnya buku register rusak, sobek atau bahkan hilang yang mengakibatkan kurang keakuratan data yang akan di input.Oleh karena itu, dibuat perancangan dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dengan implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman Microsoft Visual studio 2010 di Puskesmas Cicalengka DTP dan Database Microsoft access sebagai media penyimpanannya. hasil yang didapatkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini yaitu sangat membantu petugas dalam menginput data rujukan dan mengelola pelaporan rujukan dengan lebih mudah dan efesien.

Abstract

Rekam medis pasien rawat jalan merupakan catatan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, diagnosa, dan pengobatan yang diberikan kepada pasien rawat jalan. Pencatatan transaksi rekam medis di RSUD Pasaman barat pada bagian pendaftaran sudah menggunakan komputerisasi namun pada bagian poliklinik masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga dokter harus menunggu petugas rekam medis yang mengantarkan berkas rekam medis pasien dari rak penyimpanan berkas, ini menyebabkan sering terjadi keterlambatan pelayanan jika berkas pasien belum dikembalikan ke bagian rak penyimpanan berkas. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membuat kerangka data rekam klinis rawat jalan elektronik modern yang dapat mempermudah petugas dan spesialis untuk melihat informasi rekam klinis pasien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data pengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan untuk metode pengembangan sistem mengunakan metode waterfall, tools yang digunakan dalam bentuk diagram UML, pelaporan mengunakan crystal report, pengujian mengunakan BlackBox,bahasa pemograman PHP, dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Sehingga  adanya sistem ini di harapkan kualitas pelayanan meningkat karena petugas dan dokter dapat melihat rekam medis pasien dengan cepat di komputer.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of information technology is one of the competitive factors in the business world that the company or business people are competing to get customers and inform their sales by selling online using the website. E-commerce is the transaction of buying and selling goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet. This study aims to find out and find solutions to the constraints that exist in the current sales accounting information system. According to observations and interviews that the author did, Garmenesia convection often experiences problems in the sales system, whether it's difficulties in archiving documents, unstructured sales reports, damage, and loss of files due to the system still being done manually. This research uses a method of observation, interviews, literature study, analysis, design of information systems, continued with system development and the testing author gets the results, namely an E-commerce-based Sales Accounting Information System. Garmenesia convection requires an online store or website, makes a solution to minimize the problem in data collection or sales reports, and maximizes service to a customer. Keywords: Sales, website, information system

Abstract

The lack of information needed to fulfill the claim requirements of Indonesia Case-Based Group (INA-CBGs) for Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) outpatients caused claim disputes, thus hampering the claim process for Covid-19 patients at Hospital. The existence of an electronic medical resume is believed to be a solution and make the claim process more effective. This study aimed to produce an electronic-based outpatient medical resume that fits the needs of Hospital X. The prototype method was chosen because it is suitable for developing systems quickly, and the results are easier to adjust because Hospital X can provide input in the system development process. Based on system testing using the black-box method, the medical e-resume system developed has overcome dispute claims at Hospital.

Abstract

The hospital is a place to organize health efforts, namely every activity to maintain and improve health and aims to realize optimal levels of health for the community. This study aims to design an information system for inpatient medical record retention using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at the Jasa Kartini Hospital, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are using observation, interviews and literature studies related to the subject matter of the research. As for the software development method using the waterfall. Based on the research conducted, various problems were found, including the medical record files that had been retained were not well organized at the time of storage so that they were not sequentially according to the medical record number, the lack of storage racks so that the medical records were not well organized and the retention process was slow. Therefore, it is necessary to design a medical record retention information system in the form of an application. The system design method uses Flowmap, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) and is implemented with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language with Microsoft Access database. Testing is done using the black box with the results of each successful form according to the design procedure.

Abstract

Sulaiman Air Force Base Hospital is a hospital that organizes service activities for members of the Indonesian Air Force and family members, as well as serving the general public, especially in terms of health. The medical record distribution information system is needed to support services to patients and assist the process of searching and monitoring medical records out and back from the patient's destination polyclinic. The distribution of medical records at the Sulaiman Air Base Hospital has not been computerized in terms of recording and reporting. Thus, the purpose of this research is to design a medical record distribution information system that facilitates the process of recording reports and searching for medical records as well as monitoring the distribution of medical records. The research method using a qualitative descriptive approach, as well as data collection based on field observation techniques, also uses library research techniques by analyzing several references. The system development method uses the waterfall, as well as the stages of system design with Data Flow Diagrams programming language VB.NET . It is hoped that the medical record distribution information system designed in this study can help the medical record distribution process so that it can run well and efficiently.
