Abstract

Saat ini kecanggihan teknologi menghadirkan terobosan ide baru dalam aktivitas pendidikan. Webinar menjadi solusi untuk efektifitas penggunanaan media belajar online. Kolaborasi online dan bermedia teknologi informasi saat ini sangat relevan untuk dilakukan. Salah satu metode pelatihan yang tetap dapat diaplikasikan di tengah pandemi Covid-19, yakni metode pembelajaran seminar online melalui webinar. Oleh karena itu pelatihan tata kelola webinar bagi pengurus dan anggota UKK KSR PMI Unit IAIN Pekalongan sangat perlu disampaikan dengan metode yang menarik disesuaikan dengan generasi Z internet generation. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan tentang tata kelola webinar sebagai program pengenalan bagaimana melaksanakan webinar secara online dan untuk mendalami program digital pada masa pandemic covid-19 untuk melangsungkan kegiatan secara online. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada hari Minggu tanggal 14 Februari 2021 di Kampus 2 IAIN Pekalongan dengan peserta 40 orang pengurus dan anggota UKK KSR PMI Unit IAIN Pekalongan yang notabennya generasi Z internet generation. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini yaitu training atau pelatihan serta pendampingan secara langsung. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini telah berjalan lancar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari tiga aktivitas ini yaitu pelatihan membuat landing page pendaftaran, pelatihan pembuatan sertifikat secara cepat, dan pelatihan tata kelola zoom. Para peserta pengabdian sangat antusias mengikuti acara pelatihan tata kelola webinar, hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil post test kegiatan ini yang menunjukan bahwa 40 peserta atau 100% para peserta senang mengikuti acara pelatihan tata kelola webinar. Hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian juga menunjukan bahwa hampir semua peserta 87% (35 peserta) mampu membuat landing page pendaftaran, mampu membuat sertifikat dan e-sertifikat secara cepat, dan mampu mengoperasionalkan aplikasi zoom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the tourist destination “Masjid Kapal” as a medium for aesthetic expression of the people of Semarang City. This study used a qualitative method with an interactive model consisting of three activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study concluded that the establishment of the “Masjid Kapal” in Podorejo village has a large enough potential as a religious tourism destination in the city of Semarang. “Masjid Kapal” is also an alternative choice of religious tourism in the city of Semarang. The architectural art of “Masjid Kapal” as an aesthetic expression of the people of Semarang City can be found through the uniqueness of mosque architecture and the beauty of its ornaments. The symbolic aesthetic shows that mosque managers and visitors view the “Masjid Kapal” as a place of worship as well as a tourist destination in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

Traditional halal culinary is a culinary that needs to be developed because traditional halal culinary needs encouragement, because the culinary business is very promising. The purpose of this research is to find out how traditional halal culinary opportunities can survive and a good strategy so that traditional halal culinary can compete with today's modern culinary. It can be seen that the culinary business still has high resilience and is growing rapidly, especially food that is labeled and certified halal. Culinary is one of the characteristics of the identity of a region and most regions in Indonesia have it. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely by conducting a library research method. The results of this study are to produce an understanding that traditional halal culinary has opportunities in developing its business today, and has several strategies that can develop traditional halal culinary businesses that can compete with modern culinary arts today. The strategy used is the 7P marketing mix strategy and digital strategy.

Abstract

Postmodern is a breeding effort, epistemological innovation, so anthropology becomes more adaptive and productive. This can be demonstrated through the application of his theory in practice and philanthropy models. This paper aims to describe the history of philanthropy in terms of the perspective of postmodern theory. The results of the literature review indicate that at first the emergence of the philanthropy movement was the way of the rulers of the time to maintain the stability of public security by providing assistance to the community, but in the postmodern period turned into non-profit social institutions or institutions that serve as mediators of donors to the needy. Philanthropy, initially only in the form of goods aimed at relieving and meeting the needs of a deficient society, in the postmodern era can develop into donor body parts, smiles and even empathy can be referred to as philanthropy. Alms that were originally human goods, the postmodern expanded that spread the science, moving the masses can also be called philanthropy.

Abstract

The research is to know and examine the thoughts of Fatima Mernissi about the role of women and how the critics of Fatima Mernissi thought. The research method used literature research where the data obtained from literatures related to Fatima Mernissi thinking about the role of women in Islam. The result of this research is that Fatima Mernissi tried to reconstruct thinking about the role of Fatima woman by exploring the values and teachings in al-Qur’an that affirm equality of men and women. Fatima Mernissi quotes several verses of the Qur’an, which assert that the vision and mission of Islam uphold and provide absolute certainty related to sexual equality. The moment of migration of a political action involving men and women, should be interpreted as an affirmation and justification of Islam for public participation of women in the social and political sphere.

Abstract

Today, the development of digital technology is very easy and fast. The strategy that can be done by entrepreneurs is to do marketing through social media, besides that price creativity and decoration are one of the considerations in increasing the success of a business. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, price, and decoration creativity on interest in renting MUA services. The object of this research is the consumer of MUA services. The study used primary data by distributing questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used the analysis of the characteristics of the respondents, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the determinant coefficient. The results of the study have a coefficient of determination of 0.815. This means that the independent variable is very influential on the dependent variable by 82%, the remaining 18% is explained by other variables not examined.
