Abstract

Penerapan Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) PT. Sinar Sosro merupakan bagian dari strategi penguatan internal bisnis perusahaan dan pilihan yang cukup penting dalam konteks, karena tidak sedikit berbagai implementasi ERP oleh perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia yang mengalami kegagalan, baik disebabkan oleh over budget, over time dalam pengerjaan proyek, kinerja sistem yang kurang maupun keuntungan yang tidak sesuai harapan (Dantes & Hasibuan, 2011). Pilihan investasi ERP ini bukan tanpa sebab, berbagai pengaruh lingkungan internal maupun eksternal telah menjadi dorongan tersendiri bagi PT. Sinar Sosro. Dalam tahap inisiasi, implementasi ERP dilakukan secara bertahap dimulai dengan modul SAP kemudian modul FICO (Financial Controlling) dengan memperhatikan kesiapan infrastruktur dan pengembangan aplikasi-aplikasi existing (in-house development) agar nantinya dapat diintegrasikan dengan basis data pada ERP.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan suatu bencana bagi beberapa kalangan masyarakat yang pekerjaannya terlibat dalam operasi lapangan, oleh karena itu jika tidak berhati-hati dalam melakukan produktivitas sehari-hari akan berdampak buruk bagi masyarakat sekitarnya jika tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan terutama bagi mahasiswa UMRI yang terjadwal secara akademik melakukan sebuah program pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan dari artikel ini yaitu mahasiswa memberikan pemahaman dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat untuk tetap melakukan hal yang produktif walaupun di dalam masa pandemi ini, serta membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di lingkungan RW 09 Kelurahan Perhentian Marpoyan melalui program kerja yang telah disusun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam mengetahui permasalahan yang ada, metode yang digunakan yaitu mengamati dan juga melakukan wawancara dengan masyarakat RW 09 Kelurahan Perhentian Marpoyan.

Abstract

Review on effective leadership both theoretically and empirically has been done, ranging from aspects of cognitive, affective, and conative. But studies that explore aspects of leadership spirituality are rarely. This study aims to explore spirituality dimension of leadership and how the relationship between dimensions of spirituality with personality traits, such as core self evaluation. The study had used quantitative approach. The results of correlation analysis of data collected from SMEs in Banyumas, indicate that is positive relationship between core self-evaluation with leadership spirituality. It proved that the core self-evaluations can be a predictor of spirituality dimension of leadership. Leaders who have spiritual values appeared positive aspects of the motivational and behavioral, which is expected to spread in the work environment so that it can create a positive organizational climate.

Abstract

Abstract: The recearch entitled “ The Effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyality with Relationship Quality as an Intervening Variable ( Study on Arcon Concrete Tile Consumers in Purwokerto Region)” The Purpose of this study .was to investigate and analyze the effect of relationship marketing on relationship quality and customer loyality, to know and analyze the effect of relationship quality on customer loyality, and to find out and analyze the effect of relationship quality as an intervenig variable in mediating the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty. Analysis techniques using linear regression and Sobel test. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis of the first and second models, the t- value of relationship marketing variables is greater than the value of the table. From the results of multiple regression analysis obtained t count value of relationship quality variable is greater than the value of t table. Furthermore , based on the results of the mediation variable test with the Sobel test, the t Sobel value is greater than the t table value. Management need to implement a variety of marketing policies relating to relationship marketing and relationship quality in order to continue to increase the loyalty of its customers.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Dimensions of Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction (case study at PD BPR Purwokerto). The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the significance of the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice on job satisfaction of employees of PD BPR BKK Purwokerto. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of regression analysis, it is obtained that the tcount of the variable of distributive justice is greater than the t-table, the t-count of the procedural justice variable is greater than the t-table, and the t-count of the interactional justice variable is greater than the t-table value. The implication is that management needs to prioritize various policies related to variables of Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice and Employee Interactional Justice. One way to do this is by conducting job training programs for employees on a regular basis, creating a work atmosphere that is able to encourage employee self-confidence related to their ability to exercise control over themselves and the environment around them, and strive to meet various needs and expectations. employees related to the implementation of their duties and jobs effectively and efficiently

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in every business activity, so that every form of business activity or organization requires the support of reliable human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine whether workload, work discipline and compensation have an effect on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of UD Margo Mulyo in Purwokerto. The sampling technique was simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. There were 60 respondents. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload have a negative but not significant effect on employee performance. Leaders should pay attention to workload, work discipline and employee compensation in order to be optimal in achieving their business goals
