Abstract

To achieve company goals, human resource management which has the potential to affect the performance of employees which will ultimately affect the performance of the company. To be able to show the performance of the employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province, the company is required to uphold the motivation and work discipline of the employees. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero)  Kebun Tanah Putih Provinsi Riau. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero)  Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province, amounting to 162 people. While the sample in this study was 62 employees distributed in each section. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously motivation and work discipline variables had a positive and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province. Based on the partial test it is known that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih Riau Province, while work discipline has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of the quality of service, Relational Marketing and corporate image against the loyalty of Suppliers in PT Putra Manggala King. Research methods the research done is associative, where variables are measured by Likert scale. Method of data collection is done with the now list of questions and interviews. The population in this research is the entire supplier (the supplier) on the PT Raja Putra Manggala totalling 66 people. Withdrawal of samples with the method of saturated sample. In this study the number of samples as many as 66 people. Data processing using the software SPSS version 16, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis of hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) partially variable positive effect the quality of service and Loyalty towards Suppliers may at PT Raja Putra Manggala; (2) partial variable positive effect of relational Marketing and Loyalty towards Suppliers may at PT Raja Putra Manggala; (3) partially positive influential corporate image and Loyalty towards Suppliers may at PT Raja Putra Manggala; (4) simultaneous variable service quality, Relational Marketing and influential positive corporate image and Loyalty towards Suppliers may at PT Raja Putra Manggala.

Abstract

This article intends to look at how Islamic radical (ISIS) is represented in the Thai media. The method used in this study is critical discourse analysis method proposed by Theo van Leuwen which focuses on how actors in the inclusion and exclusion in the news media. This study concluded on: first, The Bangkok Post, represents ISIS identical and just as dangerous as Muslim rebels in southern Thailand. ISIS issue be a way to marginalize the Muslim rebels in southern Thailand region of the country bordering the Malay Peninsula. Second, the Pattaya Mail purposely did not link the issue of ISIS in southern Thailand among the Muslim fighters because they would only weaken efforts to build integration and large associations vis a vis ISIS. Abstract

Bertambahnya aplikasi e-government serta kebutuhan komunikasi data berbasis teks, suara dan video pada pemerintah daerah menuntut tersedianya jaringan intranet berkapasitas bandwith yang besar. Pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, kebutuhan bandwith intranet untuk melayani 38 kantor adalah sebesar 3,314 Gbps. Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) merupakan salah satu teknologi jaringan fiber optik yang mampu mentrasfer data hingga 2,48 Gbps, serta minim biaya modal (CAPEX) dan biaya operasional (OPEX). Penelitian ini merancang dan menguji kelayakan GPON pada pemerintah daerah tersebut. Perancangan menghasilkan bandwith intranet sebesar 4,96 Gbps, dengan nilai analisis Power Link Budget sebesar -26,24 dBm, Rise Time Budget sebesar 0,42927 ns, Signal to Noise Ratio sebesar 34,77 dB, dan Bit Error Rate sebesar 1,24x10-19.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the debt policy on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2011-2013. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling. The sample in this study as many as 34 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis began with descriptive statistical test, followed by the normality of the data, the classical assumption test, and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partial insider ownership structure, a set of investment opportunity, asset structure, and free cash flow do not affect debt policy. Only the size of the company and partially affecting profitability debt policy. Insider ownership structure, a set of investment opportunity, asset structure, the size of the company, free cash flow and profitability simultaneously affect the debt policy.

Abstract

This article dscribes the importance of Indonesian Islam Reasoning Program (PPII) as the supplement of Islamic Education (PAI) materials bringing peace for the universe and counter radicalism movement in UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Data was collected through observation, intervoews, and documentation. Findings shows that PPII established Islamic foundation based upon contextual Islamic theology, Sufism expression, contextual Islamic law, and genealogy of Islamic civilization in Indonesia. Therefore, peace Islamic attitudes, highest endeavor, and Islamic reasoning can be internalized into disciplines that students take. Observing more visible radical Islamic movement in public sphere, PPII takes important position in countering radicalism. Materials in PPII are synergic to Islamic Education materials with rational-empirical reasoning, which is epistemologically aligned with Burhani approach.

Abstract

Abstract: This Research aims to understand about the simultant and partial influence of the services quality which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible in against community satisfaction at Health Center of Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito The Population of these research are the people who sought services At Health Center of Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala who totaled more than 5.000. While the sample is only 100 people. The instruments that use to collect data are through questionnaires and hypothesis testing which is done by using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, through the help of SPSS version 17. It is concluded that the Quality of service consisting of variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible simultaneously and partially has significant effect on people’s satisfaction at Health Center of Rantau Badauh Barito Kuala with emphatic variable has the dominant influence. Keywords: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Tangible, Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan tangible secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Puskesmas Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang pernah meminta pelayanan pada Puskesmas Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala yang berjumlah lebih dari 5.000 orang, sedangkan sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 100 orang. Instrument pengumpulan data kuesioner dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f melalui bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan tangible secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Puskesmas Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala dengan variabel Emphaty sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh dominan Kata kunci : Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Tangible, Kinerja

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor jasa pengiriman bahan konsumsi makanan dan minuman. Saat ini banyak perusahaan ekpedisi tidak mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan pegawai untuk mencatat seluruh aktivitas kegiatan pengiriman meski ketika tidak terdapat koneksi internet dan tidak dapat merekam lokasi pegawai ketika melakukan transaksi delivery and dropping. Oleh karenanya, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi baru yang dapat menyimpan data sementara diperangkat mobile pegawai ketika terkedala pada koneksi ataupun jaringan dan sehingga pegawai dapat bekerja secara offline. Pada jurnal ini akan dirancang dan dibangun sebuah aplikasi Android yang dapat memfasilitasi pegawai ekspedisi melakukan transaksi pengiriman dan menyimpan data secara offline pada perangkat. Aplikasi juga akan mendukung fitur GPS untuk melakukan tracking pencatatan lokasi pegawai ketika melakukan delivery and dropping. Hasil akhir dari jurnal ini adalah aplikasi ekpedisi berbasis mobile Android yang dapat membantu pegawai untuk melihat data – data sinkronisasi antara basis data local (room database) dengan server yang diperlukan dan aplikasi dapat melakukan proses transaksi yang dibuat baik ketika terdapat koneksi internet maupun tidak.

Abstract

The Citama Clinic, the Pitara Branch, is a company in the field of health services, and the Citama Clinic, the Pitara branch, also provides health care facilities specifically to provide outpatient services. Where in this case makes the Citama clinic the Pitara branch have many purchase transactions every day and is accompanied by increased operational costs that support the company. While the recording of cash receipts and disbursements transactions is still simple, where cash flow data processing is still carried out using Microsoft Excel, and in storing data on computers it is vulnerable to security because it is not given a password on the document file. For this reason, the author tries to make research on the design of cash flow accounting information systems, the design of this information system is the right solution to solve the problems that exist at the Citama clinic of the Pitara branch, namely by using a Java-based program desktop, with this program the cashier and supervisors will be facilitated in the input and output process and the owner will easily observe the development and improvement of his company without the need for many documents that make data analysis difficult.

Abstract

Organisasi harus secara proaktif menerapkan kerangka pengelolaan layanan TI yang sehat seperti ITIL v3 sehingga dapat mempertahankan Quality of Service (QoS) yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini menguji kematangan proses manajemen kejadian dari sebuah organisasi. Salah satu proses yang menjadi perhatian STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma dalam meningkatkan layanan TI adalah proses manajemen Insiden terkait teknologi informasi pada Pusat Komputer (Puskom) menggunakan ITIL v3. Untuk merancang model kedewasaan kami untuk ITIL v3, kami menerapkan model yang dipilih ITSCMM dan CMMI-SVC dengan Metode Penilaian dalam umpan balik setiap orang yang diwawancarai dari satu organisasi masuk ke dalam alat penilaian. Dalam penelitian ini mengadopsi alat penilaian diri oleh UCISA, yang terdiri dari 42 poin dari skala dari (1-5), dipetakan secara kualitatif ke dalam lima tingkat kematangan dan dikelompokkan menjadi 4 penilaian utama komponen.
