Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasing of a transportation that is increasingly sped up from year to year which causes an increase in a motorized vehicle which will have an impact on the increase in vehicle waste that is released by the vehicle. The waste that is released is oil waste (B3) which is dangerous if it is not managed properly by the community and government. B3 waste is the residue from the processing of raw materials containing hazardous and toxic materials which due to their nature and / or concentration can directly pollute and damage the environment, as well as endanger the environment, health, the survival of humans and other living creatures. The results of this study can find out about the amount of vehicle waste issued throughout the Sukabumi district and predict the amount of vehicle waste in the next 5 years using the modeling prediction formula Yc = a + bX. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai upaya penanggulangan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba pada masyarakat khusus nya masyarakat Tanjung Sari kota Sukabumi, tingginya penyalahgunaan narkotika merupakan suatu pertarungan berfokus yang harus segera ditangani. Bahaya narkotika dapat mengancam kesehatan bahkan nyawa orang yg menggunakannya. Narkotika mempunyai akibat negatif jika disalahgunakan pada penggunaannya, terlebih Jika seseorang telah kecanduan buat menggunakannya. Tindak kejahatan peredaran serta penyalahgunaan narkotika ini bila tidak ditindak secara tegas maka akan menyebabkan jumlah peredaran narkotika akan terus meningkat. sebagai akibatnya Bila hal ini terjadi, bisa menyampaikan dampak buruk pada rakyat. Pendekatan yg dipergunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan artinya bahan hukum primer serta sekunder. karena berbagai faktor, serta jaringan pengedar narkotika sudah masuk ke dalam masyarakat, berbaur dan menjadikan narkotika menjadi barang yang banyak dikonsumsi anak muda karena lemahnya pengawasan orang tua , dan kurang nya edukasi tentang bahaya narkoba dan cara penanggulangannya.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in Sukabumi Regency is at 6.9 percent based on data received until December 2020, this number is decreasing when compared to several years ago, based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of stunting in Sukabumi Regency is 41.35 percent. Sukabumi Regency has 365 villages where the attention is 20 villages that are the goal of researchers in conducting research, therefore it is necessary to use a methodology in research using observation and interviews. With the steps that must be taken together with the Government and the Community, where this community service aims to solve problems in handling stunting in 20 villages in Sukabumi Regency with two alternatives, namely planning to provide donations in the form of nutritious rice. The next plan is to provide socialization to posyandu officers about stunting which focuses on 20 villages that are fostered villages, then the second plan is carried out together with posyandu officers in 20 villages experiencing stunting to minimize stunting in 2025. The Sukabumi government is targeting zero new stunting according to the President's instructions

Abstract

The development of the construction industry is changing very quickly. This is evidenced by the many construction projects being built in Indonesia, such as buildings, roads, bridges, etc. However, the delay in the development process is still an obstacle that must be resolved, one of which is the delay in the design process, even according to previous research, the delay based on the shop drawing process is 22%. Therefore, how to overcome delays due to the shop drawing process. Can the process of making shop drawings be more efficient? To minimize delays caused by the shop drawing design, the author will conduct research to create designs using drawing applications. By integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) several image applications which will then be combined with estimation data and project scheduling data. Many of these applications are found on the internet, but the integration applications that I will use include Vico Office for 3D, 4D, and 5D analysis, Sketchup for architectural design, Autodesk Revit for electrical design, Tekla Structure for structural design and SAP 2000 for structure analysis. It can be concluded from this study that time efficiency can be found in making project designs and can minimize delays caused by design and planning by 30% compared to the results of design and planning that do not use the concept of integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Abstract

Sistem informasi Recruitment Online sangat berguna terhadap penyeleksian atau penerimaan anggota Polri. Dalam penyeleksian atau penerimaan anggota Polri, menggunakan Sistem Informasi Recruitment Online agar mereka memiliki kemampuan, kecerdasan dan keterampilan hal ini dikarenakan penyeleksian masuk anggota Polri sangat ketat. Dibuktikan dengan contoh siswa SMAN 5 Sukabumi, siswa yang mendaftar Polisi hanya memiliki peluang 0,1% saja. Selain itu kurangnya pemahaman mengenai rekrutmen dan teknis fungsi polisi juga berpengaruh terhadap peluang seleksi menjadi anggota Polri. oleh karena itu perlu metodologi pada penelitian dengan menggunakan kualitatif dengan survey, pengamatan dan wawancara langsung kepada kepala sekolah dengan menggunakan data primer. Dengan langkah – langkah yang harus dilakukan Bersama dengan Pemerintah daerah (Kapolres, Bupati, Walikota dan Dinas Pendidikan) dan para siswa siswi SMA khususnya SMAN 5 Sukabumi. dimana Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meminimalisir kegagalan dalam cara masuk ke polisi sekolah bintara polisi dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi rekruetmen dan teknis fungsi masuk polisi bagi sman 5 sukabumi dalam memotivasi siswa untuk masuk pendidikan. Perencanaan selanjutnya memberikan sosialisasi kepada para siswa-siswi SMAN 5 Sukabumi, , selanjutnya perencanaan kedua dilakukan bersama dengan para Serdik SIP 51 Setukpa dalam memberi sosialisasi agar para siswa siswi lebih paham dan bisa berinteraksi langsung dengan para polisi yang mengisi acara sosialisasi rekrutmen sehingga menghasilkan informasi bermanfaat bagi siswa-siswi SMAN 5 Sukabumi.

Abstract

Sekolah penggerak aims to improve the quality of learning in schools and encourage the adoption of innovations in education. The program of Sekolah penggerak needs the performance of teachers who have important tasks and determine the quality of learning and the quality of graduates. Teacher performance will likely have an impact on the performance of educational institutions and can produce quality graduates. In this study, the variables that are the focus of research as regressors are Sekolah penggerak and Teacher Performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Sekolah Penggerak and Teacher Performance on the Quality of Graduates in Elementary Schools. The research method used was a questionnaire given to teachers as a population with several statements provided. Data were analyzed statistically using descriptive methods, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results show that Sekolah penggerak and Teacher Performance significantly affect the Quality of Graduates variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara empiris menganalisis hubungan antara kinerja modal intelektual dengan menggunakan model Pulic (Value Added Intellectual Capital-VAIC™) dan good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobin's Q) sebagai metode kuantifikasi. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan sub sektor dan laporan tahunan perusahaan telekomunikasi yang diambil dari Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2016-2020. Data sekunder yang digunakan diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel menggunakan software E-views9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan modal intelektual, kepemilikan institusional dan komisaris independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara secara parsial modal intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional perusahaan menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, struktur komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research study explores the effect of promotion practices, training initiatives, and leadership style on employee career development in a start-up company. The study employs a mixed-methods research design, including quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, to gather comprehensive data. The findings from the quantitative analysis indicate a positive correlation between promotion opportunities and employee career advancement, as well as a positive relationship between the effectiveness of training programs and perceived skill development. The qualitative analysis reveals the importance of supportive and empowering leadership behaviors and the impact of specific training initiatives on employee career growth. The integration of quantitative and qualitative findings provides a holistic understanding of the factors influencing employee career development in start-up companies. The implications of the study contribute to theoretical knowledge and offer practical recommendations for start-up companies to optimize promotion practices, training initiatives, and leadership styles to support employee career development.

Abstract

Significant interest and study have been focused on the connection between job stress and employee job satisfaction in organizational psychology. This study uses a multivariate analysis technique to examine the association between workplace stress and job satisfaction among Gen Z workers in Bandung, Indonesia. A cross-sectional survey of Gen Z employees from various firms in Bandung is used as part of the study's quantitative research design. Data will be gathered using a standardized questionnaire that evaluates job stress, job satisfaction, and potential moderating factors within the organizational context. The collected data will be examined using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and multivariate analytic techniques such multiple regression analysis, mediation analysis, and moderation analysis. The research's results and conclusions will advance our understanding of organizational management and employee well-being while shedding light on the relationship between Gen Z workers' job satisfaction and workplace stress. The study's ramifications will be examined, along with suggestions for how businesses may better control employee stress and boost job happiness among Bandung's Gen Z workforce.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that operates as a financial institution, where this company only focuses specifically on serving micro-productive services, where this company has been established since 2013 and is supervised by the OJK. The company, which was founded in 2013, has problems paying employee salaries without any benefits such as incentives. The research methodology uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. Analysis using data analysis method using SmartPLS. The result of this research is the compensation given by PT. XYZ has not been implemented optimally causing turnover every month, meaning that if the compensation provided by the company is fair and equitable then the level of employee turnover intention will be low. Employment status at PT. XYZ has no effect on turnover because employee status is not a strong reason for employees to resign from the company, based on that employees are more likely to stop working if the compensation received does not match the performance made. Compensation has no effect on employment status, this shows that if the compensation at PT.XYZ increases, it will not have an effect on employment status.
