Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to knew 1) influence watering intervals towards generative growth of soybean (Glycine max L. Meriil) on Ultisol soil, 2) influence paclobutrazol concentrate towards generative growth of soybean (Glycine max L. Meriil) on Ultisol soil, 3) interaction between watering intervals and concentration paklobutrazol towards generative growth of soybean ( Glycine max L. Merrill ) on the ultisol soil. This research is an experimental factorial design using RAL (Complete Randomized Design) with two treatments: watering intervals (Once time in a day, once time in two days, once time in three days) and paclobutrazol (0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm) with three replications. Growth parameters measured were generative growth include early flowering plant, total of pods, total of seeds, seed weight and carcass weight. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and followed by Tukey's test. The results was showed that an own treatment of watering intervals did not significantly to affect toward early flowering but significant effect on the total of pods, total of seeds, seed weight and carcass weight. Paclobutrazol treatment significantly to delay the onset of flowering and decrease the number of pods, number of seeds, seed weight and carcass weight. The interaction between the both were not significantly affected all of these parameters. Tukey test results showed that the watering interval once time in two days the most optimum conditions to result pods, total of seeds, seed weight and carcass weight soybean plants. Paclobutrazol treatment without giving the best results to accelerate early flowering and increase the total of pods, total of seeds, seed weight and carcass weight compared with paclobutrazol treatment.Keywords : Watering interval, Paclobutrazol, Generative growth, Soybean, Ultisol soil

Abstract

AbtractThis study aims to analyze and prove the existence of influence ketahanmalangan and creativity to the ability of problem solving math. The research method used is survey method with correlational analysis. Population in this research is all students of class X SMK Kharismawita 2, South Jakarta. While the sample of 30 students class X SMK Kharismawita 2, South Jakarta registered in the academic year 2017/2018. The instruments used in this research data collection consisted of: a questionnaire about resilience and creativity, and a written test of mathematics subjects. Test data analysis requirements consist of: normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The result of three data analysis requirement test obtained by conclusion that the three groups of data come from normal distributed population, the two regression models formed are linear pattern, and there is no relation between the independent variables. Hypothesis testing is done by correlation test and regression test. Results of hypothesis testing and analysis, it concluded that there is influence ketahanmalangan and creativity to the problem solving ability of mathematics. This means that variable ketahanmalangan and creativity play a role in learning mathematics, which affects the variable problem solving skills of mathematics. So in the learning, educators are concerned about the factors ketahanmalangan and creativity of learners and make efforts to improve both these factors through interesting math learning. Keywords: Adversity Quotient, Creativity, Learning Mathematics

Abstract

This experiment is to know the understanding of the mathematical concept students are reviewed from a model of cooperative learning and motivational learning. The research Model uses a 2 x 2 factorial design. The research sample is 60 Grade 9 students from first junior high school, South Jakarta academic year 2018--2019. The two-way Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used in this study. The effectiveness of the learning management is determined by the calculation of effect size, while the results of the study are as follows: There is a influence of cooperative learning model interaction and motivation to learn to understand mathematical concepts, Influence of cooperative learning model to understand the concept of mathematics, the influence of motivation to learn to understand the concept of mathematics, and learning model of cooperative learning the type of Student Teams Achievement Devision (STAD) has High effectiveness towards understanding students ' mathematical concepts. With the conclusion that understanding the concept of mathematics in junior high school is influenced by the use of cooperative variation and learning motivation of students. This research is expected to be beneficial for further research to improve the mastery of students ' mathematical concepts.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of accounting information systems, internal supervision, and the completeness of tasks on the performance of employees in the Aceh Cultural and Tourism Office. The object of this research is all employees of the office of the Aceh Culture and Tourism Bureau, as many as 186 employees, 36 employees use Sloven technology to draw samples as the result. The sample used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the research, the accounting information system, internal supervision, and completion of tasks simultaneously and partially affect the performance of employees at the Aceh Cultural and Tourism Office.The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.595 shows that the correlation (relationship) between free variables and bound variables by 59.5% is that the performance of employees in the work of the Aceh Cultural and Tourism Office has a moderate and positive correlation with the system of accounting issues, internal supervision and task complement age of 87.6%. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.445, is that any changes in employee performance variables can be explained by changes in accounting information system variables, internal supervision, and task completeness of 0.445 or 44.five% and the remaining 55.five% explained by other variables beyond the origin of this study can affect employee performance such as leadership style, financial accounting system, internal control system, financial management, and others. Abstract

 Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kaingintahuan mengenai aspek manajeman dalam berwirausaha dan sejarah berdirinya suatu usaha yaitu Zalona Store. Zalona Store merupakan usaha di bidang fashion muslimah yang sudah berjalan selama lima tahun dan sekarang berdiri sebagai PT. Ezana Jaya Nusantara. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk Mengetahui aspek manajemen produksi dan pemasaran pada usaha di bidang fashion Muslimah serta untuk mengetahui sejarah berdirinya Zalona Store. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kulitatif yaitu dengan cara pengumpulan data. Teknik yang digunakan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen berupa brosur dan proposal bisnis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Zalona Store memproduksi berbagai macam pakaian muslimah dan setiap tahunnya terdapat peningkatan terhadap model atau jenis pakaiannya.

Abstract

During distance learning activities, the role of parents is very important in helping and supporting their children's learning activities while at home. Therefore, this community service activity aims to introduce the concept of Physics to parents starting from its application to daily activities in a place that is common in daily life, namely the kitchen. The introduction method was carried out online for partners of Kader Dasawisma Pademangan, in North Jakarta, and was carried out in three stages. The first stage began with providing an understanding of the basic concepts of physics, followed by the second stage by preparing the participants to the atmosphere in the kitchen, then showing the activities that often occur in the kitchen. The third stage ends with an analysis and evaluation of the activities that occur in the kitchen related to the concepts of Physics. The result of this activity was that parents begin to recognize the basic concepts of physics in activities that occur in the kitchen, so that with this result parents can support their sons and daughters in studying at home, especially in studying physics and allowing their children to do physics experiments with facilities available in the kitchen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa peluang usaha yang dijalankan bisa dimulai dari hobi yang biasanya kita lakukan. Melalui hobi yang dimiliki dengan mengembangkannya bisa dijadikan sebuah usaha yang menghasilkan pendapatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data primer. Hal ini dikarenakan data diperoleh melalui hasil observasi langsung dengan objek yang penulis teliti serta memperoleh sumber data dari wawancara secara langsung dengan pihak terkait pemilik usaha Garlid Adventure. Dalam mengembangkan hobi diperlukan adanya Percaya dan yakin bahwa usaha dapat dilaksanakan, Mau menerima gagasan, semangat kerja yang tinggi, Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, Bertanya pada diri sendiri, Mau mendengarkan saran orang lain. Peluang usaha juga harus dipersiapkan dengan matang. Jangan sampai peluang usaha hilang begitu saja hanya karena kecerobohan semata. Beberapa persiapan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain meneliti luas usaha yang dipilih, bentuk usaha, jenis usaha yang ditekuni, mengenal informasi usaha yang diterima, dan memiliki peta peluang usaha yang menguntungkan. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan pada usaha Garlid Adventure meskipun tergolong UMKM tetapi,  usaha ini terbilang sukses hingga mempunyai beberapa cabang di berbagai kota, yakni Garlid Yogyakarta, Garlid Depok, Garlid Bojong, Garlid banten, Garlid Depok dua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) pada UMKM “Donatochi” yang digeluti oleh Ibu Farah yang bertempat tinggal di Pondok Kopi, Jakarta Timur. Usaha “Donatochi” adalah salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, khususnya roti dan juga donat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Penelitian ini diharap dapat memenuhi rasa ingin tahu penulis terhadap analisis SWOT pada usaha “Donatochi”.Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT, UMKM
