Papan Nama Jalan/Wilayah sangat penting untuk menunjukkan alamat di suatu wilayah, sebagai papan informasi penunjukan alamat rumah warga, nama jalan, dan sebagai identitas sebuah wilayah tempat tinggal. Tidak adanya Papan Nama Jalan di lingkungan RT 05 RW 16 Desa Ngenep menyebabkan sulitnya menemukan alamat tertentu. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mendesain, membuat dan memasang Papan Nama Jalan di Desa Ngenep, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di RT 05 RW 16 Perumahan Tirtasani cluster Park Royal, mulai tanggal 04 Maret sampai 30 Oktober 2020. Metode PkM yaitu mendesain, membuat dan memasang Papan Nama Jalan. Konstruksi Papan Nama Jalan terdiri dari tiang, papan nama dan tulisan. Tiang didesain terbuat dari besi profil kotak 3x3 cm setinggi 1,5 meter. Papan nama didesain berukuran p x l x tebal = 30 x 20 cm x 1,2 mm, terbuat dari besi plat, sedangkan tulisan didesain dengan software komputer dan dibuat dengan metode cutting sticker. Tiang besi dan landasan papan plat dilas menjadi satu bagian menyerupai huruf T. Pengerjaan Papan Nama Jalan meliputi pemotongan, pengelasan, penggerindaan, pengeboran, dan pengecatan besi dan pelat. Tulisan Papan Nama Jalan terdiri dari nama blok dengan huruf kapital berukuran besar pada bagian atas, diikuti nomer rumah berupa huruf kapital berukuran lebih kecil pada bagian bawahnya Kedua jenis huruf tersebut dipisahkan dengan garis horizontal. Tulisan cutting sticker selanjutnya direkatkan pada plat papan nama yang telah dicat. Plat papan nama jalan dirakit pada tiangnya menggunakan mur baut. Papan nama jalan selanjutnya dipasang di setiap depan gang/jalan di wilayah RT 05 RW 16, ditanam sedalam 30-50 cm dan dicor semen. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan papan nama jalan sangat bermanfaat bagiwarga RT 05 RW 16 Desa Ngenep, dimana warga merasa puas karena memiliki infrastruktur lingkungan yang baik dan lebih mudah untuk menemukan alamat di wilayah tersebut.

In the context of Islamic education, morality occupies an important position, both conceptually and practically. In it there are many normative Islamic contents and examples of good-character leaders. No wonder if Islam is very concerned about morals and places them as an important field of education. It can even be a vital foundation in forming human beings who are noble. So that in time, every human being can occupy his behavior wisely and wisely and be supported by deep Islamic knowledge. Besides that education and morals are integrally possessed of a mandate to prepare humans to be able to understand their position and responsibilities as servants of Allah and the Caliph on earth at the same time.

Principals as educational administrators are responsible for the smooth running of education and teaching in schools, therefore specifically school principals must have the ability to manage the curriculum, manage student administration, personnel, infrastructure, and financial administration. A school principal has a role in leadership that is very influential in the school environment for which he is responsible. Research on the habitat preferrence by Changeable hawk-eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus) (CHE), Crested serpent-eagle (Spilornis cheela) (CSE), and White bellied sea-eagle (Haliaeetus leucogaster) (WSE) was conducted at Nature Recreation Park of Lake Buyan and Lake Tamblingan and Surrounding area between February and July, 2016. Data collection was conducted through field observation using the “look down method” and the “look up method” combined with placement of observation points. Data collection was analysed by principle component analisys (PCA) method. Research results related to preferenced habitat were as follows: (1) the CHE prefered fragmented forest, secondary forest, and cultivated forest types habitat. (2) The CSE prefered habitat types of farming land, residence, and sosial forest. (3) The WSE prefered just one habitat type, that was the wet land habitat type. AbstractThere is an understanding that some of sufi orders to find h{aqiqah through the sufi t{ariqah no longer need the shari’ah. Shari’ah is seen as the outer skin of religion, and h{aqiqah is the core. Because of getting the core of religion, the skin has no use anymore. This understanding is a rasionable understanding of the sufi mystics of the past that most no longer pay attention to the rules of shari’ah in its suluk. Most sufis, at that time, preferred a more philosophical sufism which emphasize thinking to achive rather than the worship of god and morality. It can be seen from the popularity of the doctrine of wah{dat al-wujud which so dominates the teaching of classical sufism. This phenomenon invites the attention of Ahmad Sirhindi, on of sufi and mursyid of naqshabandi order. He moved to reform of the sufi orders who was then filled with heretical practices and doctrines which dominated wah{dat al-wujud. This study aims to discover and develop ideas of Sirhindi to reform the sufi orders. This research is a qualitative form of research library in using the instrument, so that the resulting data are in the form of data analysis, presentation and writing of the main source, namely al-Maktubat that’s magnum opus of Sirhindi. This study is descriptive-exploratory study. The data analysis technique used in this study was content analysis. The results of this study revealed that are some basic things are the focus sirhindi in revision, among others: first, the synchronization shari’ah, t{ariqah, and h}aqiqah; second, purification sufi orders of deviant practices; third , rejection of the theory of wah{dat al-wujud; fourth, applying the theory wah{dat al-shuhud. Pokok-pokok Ajaran Aswaja Menurut KH. Ma'ruf Irsyad Kudus Fathur Rohman

AbstractKH. Ma'ruf Irsyad is one of the Kiai from Kudus city who is very consistent and eager in fighting for the teachings of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah. Besides being active in the PCNU management of Kudus Regency, he also actively campaigned aswaja teachings through madrasa and majlis ta'lim. According to him, Aswaja is the best way to carry out Islamic teachings because Aswaja was pioneered by the Salaf scholars whose scientific sanad continued to the Prophet and his companions. Kiai Ma'ruf refused propaganda “back to the Qur'an and Hadith” because digging Islamic teachings from its immediate source is not an easy matter that can be done by just anyone. Without the tools of science and high integrity, exploring Islamic teachings directly from the source will actually leadto being lost and misleading. Therefore, the safest way to practice Islam is by following the salaf scholars. This article discusses the important points of the teachings of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah according to KH. Ma'ruf Irsyad Kudus. There are nine points presented by KH. Ma'ruf Irsyad about the Aswaja teachings, namely: using mizan al-syar'i, consistent with the truth, maintaining unity, following the salaf scholars, prioritizing the Shari'a rather than reason, the Shari'ah as a measure of good and bad, taqwa in all conditions, benefiting humans, doing sincerely.Keywords: Principles of teaching, Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, KH. Selain aktif dalam kepengurusan PCNU Kabupaten Kudus, ia juga aktif mengkampanyekan ajaran Aswaja melalui madrasah dan majlis ta’lim. Menurutnya, aswaja adalah jalan terbaik dalam melaksanakan ajaran Islam karena aswaja dipelopori oleh para ulama salaf yang sanad keilmuannya bersambung kepada Rasulullah dan para sahabat. Kiai ma’ruf menolak propaganda “kembali kepada al-Qur’an dan Hadits” karena menggali ajaran Islam dari sumbernya langsung bukanlah perkara mudah yang bisa dilakukan oleh sembarang orang. Tanpa perangkat keilmuan dan integritas yang tinggi, menggali ajaran Islam langsung dari sumbernya justru akan menyebabkan tersesat dan menyesatkan. Oleh karena itu, jalan yang paling aman dan selamat dalam menjalankan Islam adalah dengan mengikuti para ulama salaf. Artikel ini membahas tentang poin-poin penting ajaran ahl al-sunnah wa al-jama’ah menurut KH. Ma’ruf Irsyad Kudus. Ada sembilan poin yang disampaikan oleh KH. Ma’ruf Irsyad tentang ajaran Aswaja a ntara lain menggunakan mizan al-syar’i, konsisten pada kebenaran, menjaga persatuan, mengikuti ulama’ salaf, mendahulukan syariat daripada akal, syari’at sebagai ukuran baik dan buruk, taqwa dalam segala kondisi, memberikan manfaat bagi manusia, berbuat dengan ikhlas.Kata kunci: Prinsip-prinsip pengajaran, Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, KH. This study discusses the Gerakan Furudul Ainiyah (GEFA) which was conducted in Madrasah of East Java. To value its effectiveness, a comprehensive evaluation of the program and the process of program implementation needs to be conducted, and different evaluations need to be approved. There are several models that can be used to measure the effectiveness of the programs and the implementation processes such as the CIPP model, Stake Countenance, and the others. This study offers a program evaluation model that is the Kirkpatrick model that will evaluate in deeply levels, with four levels namely reaction levels, impact program level, learning change level and outcome level. From those various levels, they are equipped with instruments of assessment.

ABSTRACT : Logistics is art and science, goods, energy, information, and other resources, such as products, services and people, from sources of production to markets with the aim of optimizing the use of capital. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience to the making of documents and make it easy to monitor document making activities. The problem that exists at this time is the creation of documents manually which causes the documents to be not neat and difficult to find, so that with this application can facilitate the creation of documents and become faster. Key Word : Dokuments, Manuals Logistik merupakan seni dan ilmu, barang, energi, informasi, dan sumber daya lainnya, seperti produk, jasa, dan manusia, dari sumber produksi kepasar dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan penggunaan modal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan terhadap pembuatan dokumen dan memudahkan untuk memonitoring kegiatan pembuatan dokumen. Abstract : Optimizing the performance of an organization or government agency requires productivity. Productivity is important as a measure of the success of optimizing the resources of an organization or agency. The problem faced by most government agencies is that the administrative process is carried out through recordings in ledgers or file storage in the form of dossiers. It requires so many books and makes it difficult to dig up information. The employee management information system functions to facilitate managing employee data from rank, job- position data and family data. Employee management information system (SIMPEG) can play an important role in facilitating data collection, submission and reporting of information as the basis for employee management decision making. Key Word: employee management, information system, Simpeg Pengoptimalan kinerja suatu organisasi atau instansi pemerintahan membutuhkan produktivitas. Produktivitas penting sebagai ukuran keberhasilan pengoptimalisasian sumber daya suatu organisasi atau instansi. Masalah yang dihadapi kebanyakan instansi pemerintahan yaitu proses administrasi dilakukan melalui pencatatan-pencatatan di buku besar ataupun penyimpanan berkas dalam bentuk dosir maka membutuhkan begitu banyak buku dan mempersulit untuk menggali informasi. Sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian berfungsi mempermudah dalam mengelola data pegawai mulai dari data kepangkatan hingga data keluarga. Sistem informasi manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) dapat berperan penting untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pendataan, pengajuan dan pelaporan informasi sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan manajemen pegawai.
