Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Qanun on the implementation of Islamic values-based education and to interpret the obstacles and supports for implementation. Implementation referred to the content concept and context of Grindle's policies. The research method used a case study approach that was explanatory, with the type of research being descriptive qualitative data analysis. The research findings were: (1)—the implementation of the Qanun based on the principles of national policy. The specific policies of Aceh still guided it, and these principles were squeezed into educational goals and curricula. (2) the supporting factors for implementing the contents of the Qanun represent the interests of the target group, the types of benefits obtained, the type of change desired, and the elite actors in power. In contrast, the obstacles to implementation were the lack of adequate resource support, the absence of derivative policies, the degree of change that had not provided significant results, and the low compliance and responsiveness of implementing agencies.

Abstract

Exploration studies conducted in reality show that the implementation of equality education at the Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) is still not in accordance with the demands of the curriculum and National Standards for Early Childhood Education and Community Education. The purpose of this study are: 1) to find out how the steps in the preparation of equality education modules in the PPKn Package A equivalent to SD / MI, 2) Testing the effectiveness of learning by using modules in the learning process. 3) Test the validity and reliability of equality education module products in PPKn Package A courses equivalent to SD / MI. The target in this study was grade VI students at PKBM Putri Gina which consisted of one class with 15 learning residents. This study uses a sampling technique is purposive sampling that is deliberate sampling in accordance with the requirements of the composition of sample members based on the type of treatment. Based on the results of the. This is also supported by the preparation of modules that are independent and contextual so as to facilitate citizens to learn packages that have limited, time to attend teaching and learning activities can continue to follow module-based learning independently.Discussion, it was concluded that the model A education model is equivalent to SD / MI PPKn subjects. After testing, learning by using the equivalency module A package SD / MI PPKn subjects have effectiveness in the learning process

Abstract

The Lhoksukon sub-district office is a government agency that provides services to the community. Good service must be supported by professional, responsible, and competent employees, able to understand and carry out their main duties and functions in accordance with the given field. - Move in and take care of letters of recommendation. The reason is that some people who take care of incoming and outgoing letters of recommendation complain that they have to wait a few days to get a letter at the Lhokukon sub-district office. The approach used by the author in this study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The first step in optimizing public services at the Lhoksukon District Office is to utilize technology, namely the use of social media as a forum for managing incoming and outgoing letters and letters of recommendation. This is intended so that the services provided by the apparatus are maximized and can reduce management time to be faster, moreover the costs needed by the community will be more efficient, one of which is the cost of looting transportation between villages and community homes to the Lhoksukon Sub-District Office, North Aceh Regency. Barriers to the implementation of public services in Lhoksukon District, among others, residents do not understand population administration, lack of village employees, low Human Resources (HR), lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of electronic devices, because of public service standards.
