Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Bina Kasih Pekanbaru is located on Jl . Saman Hudin No. 3-5 Pekanbaru Riau , which is a company engaged in medical services . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fulfilling the needs of the achievements of the hospital paramedics morale building pekanbaru love . The research methods include the location of the research conducted at the Hospital Bina Kasih Pekanbaru , types and sources of data used is primary data , where the data is obtained directly from the company , among others, the achievement of meeting the needs of the hospital paramedics performed bina love pekanbaru and secondary data annual data obtained from the company include data on the number of patients from the years 2008-2012 , and a general overview of the company , while the analysis of the data using descriptive statistical analysis method that uses a simple linear regelasi analysis , correlation test , test coefficient of determination .Based on the research that has been done can be obtained correlation r = 0.714 it is stated veriabel free and bound variables correlated Strong , after test results and the results of determination coefficient R Square of .510 . That is the fulfillment of a variable contribution of achievement by 51 % while the remaining 49 % is influenced by other variables not included in this study . And do t test results are t ( 7.286 ) > t table ( 2,008 ) dansig . ( 000 ) < 0.05 . This means meeting the needs of achievement variables were significant affects on morale paramedics .From the research, leaders should be cultivated Hospital Bina Kasih pekanbaru further enhance efforts to meet the needs of achievement paramedics, the paramedics achievement expectations need to rise and will be a positive influence and boost morale paramedic , so the paramedics have high perfomance .Keyword : need achievement, motivation , business competation.work Performance

Abstract

This study aims to look at the Effect of Corporate Reputation and Quality Service Patient Satisfaction (Case Islam Ibn Sina Hospital Pekanbaru). The study was conducted with descriptive analysis method, by collecting 100 questionnaires data then tabulated into a table that is further described systematically and to determine which variables are most dominant in determining patient satisfaction by using SPSS 21:00 as data processing tools. Rated R Square of 0.667 which indicates that customer satisfaction is able to be explained by the company's reputation and the quality of services by 66.7% while the remaining 33.3% is explained by other causes. The influence of the company's reputation and quality of service to positive patient satisfaction, which means that every increase in the implementation of the company's reputation and the quality of service it will cause an increase in the patient satisfaction.Keywords: Corporate Reputation, Quality Service, Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of quality of work life and work motivation to job satisfaction nurse RSUD Petala Bumi Riau Province. The method of this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is non-civil servants with respondents 48 people. For sampling technique used census method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The result of analysis using validity test, reliability test, test of determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test so that it can be seen that the variable of quality of work life have a significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, that work motivation significantly influence job satisfaction nurse, and have a significant effect between quality of work life and work motivation to nurse job satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to understand The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation to The Employee Job Satisfaction (study at PT.Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru). Transformational leadership style as X1 variable, work motivation as X2 variable, and job statisfaction as a Y variable.The methods of this research are descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20. The samples that had been used as many as 29 employees. The samples were determined by considering proportional sampling way which involved simple random sampling. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires.The result of the analysis by using multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. It’s known that transformational leadership style has significant effect to the employee job statisfaction, work motivation has significant effect to the employee job statisfaction, and Transformational Leadership style and work motivation have significant effect to the Employee Job Statisfaction.Key words : Transformational Leadership Style, work environment, job statisfaction.

Abstract

Problems in research is the atmosphere or work environment that is less comfortable that occurs during working hours. Where there are some late employees returning to work during the day after the end of the break, as well as employees returning home before business hours. This of course will affect the satisfaction of other employee's work as well as the task of the leader according to its area to create a comfortable atmosphere by eliminating the gap on job satisfaction itself. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Payakumbuh Area.The method in this research is quantitative descriptive, using SPSS program to analyze the influence of each variable of transformational leadership and work environment to employee job satisfaction. In the sampling method used census, which is as much as 40 respondents or all employees at the office of PT. PLN (Persero) Payakumbuh area with data collection techniques through questionnaires.The result of research using multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient test (R) and coefficient of determination (R2), where it can be seen that transformation leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work environment has significant effect on employee job satisfaction and transformational leadership and work environment significantly Employee job satisfaction.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Work Environment, and Employee job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence organizational culture and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The sample in this study was taken as many as 56 respondents and the measurement technique used was simple random sampling technique. The data in this study used a survey through questionnaires diidi by employees. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. And simultaneously organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention. Further researchers are advised to use other methods in researching turnover intention, for example through in-depth interviews with respondents.  Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Turnover intention

Abstract

This research did at RSUD Bengkalis which is located on St Kelapapati Tengah No 90, Bengkalis. The problem in this study is nurse’s take attendence level during lastest five years. Case assumption there is problems from job satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to detect the effect of organization culture, quality of work life to nurse’s Non-PNS job satisfaction of RSUD Bengkalis. This research used quantitative descriptive methode with SPSS program. Sample of this research was 57 people wich is taken from total population. Data obtained from questionnare then process to tested by means of SPSS 23 program. Testing analysis from this research are Y= -1.695 + 0,376 X2. Research that has been done show the result that the responden’s response to prganizarion culture and quality of work life in the category is good., whereas jpb satisfection on the category good enough. While the t test has been carried out show that organization cultur and quality of work life variables partially have a significant effect to job satisfaction. The F test result show that simultanteous organization culture and quality of work life habe a significant effect to job satisfaction. As for caculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R Square are 0,861. This show that organization culture and quality of work life an effect of 86,1% on the nurse’s job satisfaction of RSUD Bengkalis. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance office section at PT.PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon City East.This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21,where sample used is employee part office PT.PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon City East with respondents as many 41 people. For sampling technique used census method. Abstract

This study uses 3 variables of internal communication, work motivation and employee performance. In internal communication variables have 5 dimensions of downward communication, upward communication, horizontal communication, diagonal communication, and informal communication process. In the variable of work motivation have 3 dimension that is motive, expectation, and incentive. In the variable Employee Performance has 3 dimensions of quantity, quality, and timeliness. Objects in this study are employees of PT. Riau Media Television (Rtv) Pekanbaru which amounted to 63 employees. The analysis used in this research is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Test (R2), Individual Significant Test (t test) and Significant Test (F test).The results showed the Influence of Internal Communication And Work Motivation Against Employee Performance. The better Internal Communication that occurs within the organization and employee work motivation in the company is increasing, the better level of Employee Performance in the company. So also with the motivation of work, the more we motivate employees the better the performance of the company. Results Data from the results of further questionnaires processed and tested with statistics through the help of SPSS program. The calculation results are known R Square is the coefficient of determination. And obtained R Square value of 0.350. The meaning is that the contribution of the variable of Internal Communication, Work Motivation to Employee Performance variable is 35.00%.Keywords: Internal Communication, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PERUMDA Tirtauli Pematang Siantar, Jl. Porsea no. 2 Pematang Siantar, North Sumatra. The problem in this study is that employee loyalty at PERUMDA Tirtauli Pematang Siantar is still relatively low, which can be seen from some employees who are less focused at work, or seem not sincere in mobilizing their energy in working in the company, and can also be seen from some employees who are negligent in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee loyalty at PERUMDA Tirtauli Pematang Siantar.In this study, the method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis using the SPSS program. This population is the employees of PERUMDA Tirtauli Pematang Siantar, totaling 78 people. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis and multiple linear analysis.The research conducted shows that the results of the t test with organizational culture and work environment variables partially have a significant effect on employee loyalty. And the F test results show that simultaneously organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee loyalty at PERUMDA Tirtauli Pematang Siantar with an R Square value of 0.703. This shows that organizational culture and work environment have an effect of 70.3% on employee loyalty in the Good Enough category, while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: organizational culture, work environment, loyalty
