Abstract

Proses perlakuan permukaan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperbaiki tampilan dari sebuah logam, satu diantaranya adalah proses pelapisan (electroplating). Untuk mendapatkan tampilan yang bagus dengan waktu yang efektif, parameter pelapisan sangat menentukan. Untuk itu dilakukan penentuan parameter ketebalan lapisan logam paduan aluminium AA5051 dengan waktu pencelupan 30, 40, 50 dan 60 menit dengan tegangan 3 dan 10 Volt. Sedangkan logam plain carbon steel dengan waktu pencelupan 30, 40, 50 dan 60 menit dengan tegangan 3 dan 8 Volt. Dari parameter di atas diperoleh rata-rata laju ketebalan pelapisan untuk logam paduan aluminium AA5051 yang tertinggi 1.40 μm per menit (30 menit pada 10 Volt) dan terendah adalah 1.00 μm per menit (40 menit pada 3 Volt). Dan untuk logam plain carbon steel yang tertinggi 1.77 μm per menit (60 menit pada 4 Volt) dan terendah adalah 0.35 μm per menit (40 menit pada 4 Volt).

Abstract

Sufism is a very essence to form a person's attitude or morals in the service of God. when running every human activity can not be separated from the two forces of influence namely lahiriyah and batainiyah. When the two forces are equally sharpened then the power of batiniyah will be greater in affecting one's life. So in the science of tasawuf more emphasis on the spiritual aspect of the body because many scholars tasawuf assess kebehagiaan will be felt when the condition of the heart is clean from the influence of lust until every activity is always worth worship. Achievement of the highest level in running a worship of course must follow several methods to achieve makrifat. In this case the author takes the point of thinking lived by Ibn Athaillah who can lead someone to know his Lord more closely. He is a mursid in the greatest line of Sadziliyah tatekat. His thinking is easily accepted by all circles because it is easy to understand and not contrary to shariat or the circumstances of a person. The tarekat must be disciplined in running the shariat which has been led by the Prophet, A disciple should not abandon his profession when running the path, A disciple may be a billionaire origin of the treasure is not busy his heart to always dzikir to Allah SWT, always train the soul by constantly multiply fasting, , alms and Zuhud apply to the world means emptying the heart from other than Allah and not be deceived by the world. It is easy to understand the tashawuf Ibn Ataha Allah that is to do Taqwa to Allah SWT is inward and inward, Says and acts in accordance with As-Sunnah, Rejects the power of beings in creation and arrangement, Whether in a state of little or much thanks to God.

Abstract

Pada perkembangan sekarang ini orang telah berfikir inovatif dalam  penggunaan pompa air dan pipa-pipa untuk mempernudah pengaliran  air yang berada pada tempat yang sulit dijangkau dan memindahkannya  ke tempat yang mudah dijangkau. Namun pada umummnya  dalam membuat jaringan pemipaannya orang  tidak/ belum memperhitungkantingkat kerugian yang dapat terjadi oleh ketidak tepatan pemilihan  ukuran diameter pipa yang digunakan, dimana ukuran pipa ini sangat  berpengaruh terhadap kerugian daya yang digunakan untuk memindahkan air tersebut. Fokus pembahasan ini adalah padapermasalahan pemilihan ukuran diameter pipa jenis PVC yang banyak  digunakan masyarakat untuk memberikan dampak ekonomis yang  paling optimal pada suatu jaringan pimipaan pompa  air.Adapun tujuan yang diharapkan adalah memperoleh gambaran  yang  pasti untuk menentukan ukuran diameter pipa jenis PVC yang optimal berdasarkan debit air. Dan dari ulasan pemilihan diameter pipa yang  optimal dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa untuk pipa PVC ukuran diameter  yang mempunyai nilai Ct terendah adalah diameter 1,25 inch.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limitations and problems of academic supervision of PAI supervisors at State Senior High Schools in Purworejo Regency. This causes the implementation of supervision to be less effective, while supervision is needed to guard educational goals. Improving the quality of teachers has an impact on improving the quality of education. Thus, teachers as one of the determinants of educational success need to get special attention in the form of services and assistance from supervisors. The type of research used is field research and Research and Development (R&D). The research was conducted in eleven public high schools in Purworejo Regency in semester 1 of the 2016/2017 academic year with the research subjects being PAI teachers and PAI supervisors. Data were collected using validation sheets, interviews, questionnaires and observation sheets. The supervision tools and research instruments used have gone through a series of validation stages by experts and trials in limited groups. The supervision tool that has been validated is applied to a population of 26 public high school PAI teachers in Purworejo Regency and one GPAI supervisor. The results showed that the resulting academic supervision tool was valid and ideal, with an average score of 3.6 with good criteria. The calculation results show that the effectiveness increases, with an N-gain of 0.7. This increase is quite high. With these results, it is suggested to GPAI supervisors to develop ideal academic supervision tools according to their respective conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of discipline and creativity of teachers on student learning motivation in MI se Sub Punggelan Banjarnegara District. This research includes field type using quantitative approach where the analysis used is statistical analysis. Based on the analysis with the help of SPSS 16 program can be obtained constant equation of 22.569, teacher discipline coefficient of 0.304 and teacher creativity coefficient of 0.448. Thus the equation of the regression line is Y = 22,569 + 0,304X1 + 448X2. The equation of positive regression line indicates that the better the discipline and creativity of the teacher hence can improve student's learning motivation. Based on table model summary out put SPSS 16 computer above can be explained that obtained value Adjusted R Square of 0.433. It means that teacher discipline variable and teacher creativity influence to student learning motivation together equal to 43,30% and equal to 56,70% determined by other factor. So the conclusion there is influence of discipline and creativity of teacher to motivation learn student equal to 43,30% is significant, and can be generalized to entire population.
