Abstract

Dunia anak adalah bermain, sedangkan permainan adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh semua orang termasuk anak-anak. Anak-anak menyukai jenis permainan yang menantang dan melibatkan banyak teman sebagai bentuk interaksi sosial dengan teman sebayanya. Kids’ athletics adalah suatu bentuk permainan yang berasal dari pengembangan atletik yang dilakukan oleh orang dewasa, kemudian di kembangkan sebagai model permainan anak-anak untuk mengenalkan atletik sesuai dengan usia pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Melalui berbagai model pengembangan permainan atletik inilah maka anak-anak akan menyukai permainan Kids’ athletics yang disesuaikan dengan peralatan dan kebutuhan anak-anak. Peralatan yang digunakan juga mudah didapat di sekeliling kita, sehingga permainan ini dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan dengan berbagai peralatan yang ada di sekitar kita, murah dan menyenangkan bagi anak-anak. Playing is naturally a childrens’ world, while the game is an activity that is done by everyone, including children. The kids love type of games which is challenging and involves a lot of friends as a form of social interaction with their peers. Kids’ athletics is a form of the game developed  from  track and field which is usually done by adults. Kid’s athletics  of childrens games to introduce age-appropriate athletic growth and development of children. Through various athletic games development model of this that the kids will love playing Kids athletics and equipment tailored to the needs of children. The equipment used is also easily available all around us , so the game can be done anywhere and with a variety of equipment that is all around us , cheap and fun for children .

Abstract

Pembinaan prestasi olahraga di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Jawa Tengah merupakan wadah pembinaan prestasi atlet-atlet yang memiliki potensi olahraga di Jawa Tengah. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi optimal perlu adanya SDM pengelolaan yang kompeten. Di samping itu faktor penunjang seperti pendanaan dan sarana prasarana yang memadai akan menjadi efek samping dalam meraih prestasi yang tinggi. Melalui manajemen pembinaan yang baik prestasi olahraga di PPLP dapat ditingkatkanThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of the traditional game of rounders repetition techniques to increase gross motor skills of children SLB N Ungaran mild mental retardation. The method used in this study is the experimental method. This research is pretest posttest One Group Design. Methods of data analysis using the t test. Population and sample is a random sample of mild mental retardation children SLB N Ungaran totaling 7 children. All samples were given treatment repetition rounders game techniques.Gross motor research results with the t test there is the influence of the average results of a calculation using a mild mental retardation child hypothesis tests to run 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test), running 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test) , throws 1:29 (pre-test) and 2.71 (post-test), capturing 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:43 (post-test), hit 1:29 (pre-test) and 2:14 (post-test). Aspects that there is no influence, namely jumping 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:57 (post-test), jump 1:43 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test), kicking 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test) , In addition to every aspect of the average in the overall gross motor tests increased by an average of 1:44 (pre-test) and 2:07 (post-test). Abstract

Kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sprinter terletak pada teknik berlari, yaitu posisi badan pelari rendah dan tubuh terlalu tegak, jangkauan panjang langkah pelari terlalu pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan koordinasi dan kecepatan reaktif (quickness), pengaruh bentuk latihan kontras dan non-kontras, dan kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Penelitian menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2x2. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 sprinter pelajar putra usia 13-17 tahun dari kabupaten Pati dan kendal. Hasil penelitian adalah: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode koordinasi dan kecepatan gerak reaktif, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bentuk latihan kontras dan non kontras, terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kelompok sampel kelincahan cepat dan lambat terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter. Disarankan kepada pelatih sprint, dapat mengembangkan kecepatan sprint melalui metode latihan kecepatan gerak rektif dengan bentuk latihan non-kontras.Mistake that often occur in the short-distance runners (sprinters) in particular student sprinters lie in the running technique, which are the hips tend to lean forward while running, the stride length is too short. This study aimed to determine the difference between: the effect of coordination and reactive movement speed (quickness) training methods, the contrast and non-contrast running form practice, the influence between fast and slow agility, and the interaction between training methods, form speed training, and agility on the student sprinters’ at 100 meters. This research is an experiment study with 2x2x2 factorial design. The research sample was consisted of 58 sprinters, aged between 13-17 years old from Kendal and Pati. The data were analyzed by Multivariate Analysis of Variane (MANOVA). The results are as follows: There is a significant difference between coordination training methods and reactive movement speed (quickness) against stride frequency, optimal stride length and average stride length, There is a significant difference between the form of contrast exercise and non-contrast exercise, There is a significant difference between fast agility and slow agility, and There is a significant interaction effect between training methods, the form of training and the agility to 100 meters. Based on these results, it is recommended to: the athletic trainers for a short length or sprint, and be able to implement the reactive speed training (quickness) and the form of non-contrast training as one of the alternative method for developing running speed (sprint).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah peningkatan hasil belajar tema berbagai pekerjaan dapat diupayakan melalui pendekatan discovery learning siswa kelas 4 SDN Kutoharjo 01 Pati semester 1 tahun ajaran 2014-2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Model PTK yang digunakan model spiral dari C. Kemmis & Mc Taggart dengan menggunakan 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 3 tahap yakni, 1) perencanaan tindakan 2) pelaksanaan tindakan dan observasi dan 3) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4 SDN Kutoharjo 01 Pati Kabupaten Pati yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik tes dan teknik non tes. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan butir soal dan lembar observasi.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif komparatif yakni membandingkan hasil belajar tema berbagai pekerjaan berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar, skor minimal, skor maksimal dan skor rata-rata pra siklus, siklus 1dan siklus 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar tema Berbagai Pekerjaan dapat diupayakan melalui pendekatan discovery learning siswa kelas 4 SDN Kutoharjo 01 Pati Kabupaten Pati semester 1 tahun ajaran 2014-2015 terbukti. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh meningkatnya hasil belajar tema berbagai pekerjaan dari pra siklus, siklus 1 ke siklus 2. 1) Hasil belajar berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar dengan KKM ≥ 80 meningkat dari pra siklus ke siklus 1 dan siklus 2 yakni dari 0%, 69,23% dan 88,46%; 2) Hasil belajar berdasarkan skor minimal dari pra siklus ke siklus 1 dan siklus 2 yakni dari 20: 53: 66; 3) Hasil belajar berdasarkan skor maksimal dari pra siklus ke siklus 1 dan siklus 2 yakni 45; 92; 100; 4) Hasil belajar berdasarkan skor rata-rata dari pra siklus ke siklus 1 dan siklus 2 yakni dari 37,1: 78,5: 88,0. PTK ini dikatakan berhasil, yang ditunjukkan oleh besarnya persentase siswa yang mencapai hasil belajar tema berbagai pekerjaan tuntas belajar dengan KKM ≥ 80, mencapai 88,46% lebih tinggi dari 80 % dari 26 siswa yang ditetapkan dalam indikator keberhasilan PTK.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perlunya metode pembelajaran resiprokal dalam penguasaan teknik dasar memukul agar kemampuan memukul dapat lebih spesifik dalam melakukan evaluasi karena terdapatnya observer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan dengan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis logis yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa pada materi hitting softball dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 80 dan tingkat kesesuain teknik  gerakan adalah 4.05 dengan kategori sangat sesuai. Kata kunci: resiprokal, hitting, softball ABSTRACT The need for reciprocal learning methods in mastering the basic techniques of hitting so that the ability to hit can be more specific in conducting evaluations because of the presence of observers. This research is an applied research with data analysis used in this study is a descriptive quantitative analysis. Abstract

Purpose of this study to know who owned sporting talent early childhood in State ElementarySchools in Cepu Blora Academic Year 2015? Data collection technique used (1) the documentationused to obtain data about the names of members of the population who took the testsport search and photo test execution sport search, (2) questionnaire was used to determinethe extent of the role of the teacher penjasorkes related to coaching and talent developmentparticipants students, (3) aptitude tests are used to determine the student sport giftedness. Theresult showed that the Search Talent Sports Childhood In public elementary school in CepuBlora academic Year 2015 is 33% (38 of 115 children) talented in sports sprint, 13% (15 of115 children) talented in sports high jump , 16% (18 of 115 children) talented in sports longjump, 14% (16 of 115 children) talented at the sport of distance running, 11% (13 of 115children) talented in gymnastics, 9% (10 of 115 children ) talented in the sport of table tennis,4% (5 out of 115 children) talented in sports weightlifting. Based on the results of the researchcan be concluded that the public elementary school students in Cepu potentials or talents in thefield of sport based on test results sport scouting talent search conducted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce learning tools penjasorkes middle school studentsthrough the development of long jump landing tub. This research is a development. The datacollection was conducted using questionnaires obtained from the evaluation experts and kueionerstudents and use the results of field observations. Technical analysis of the data used isdescriptive percentage. The average yield on the expert validation trials small group obtaineda percentage of 85%, the average yield of the student questionnaire on small group trial wasobtained by 82.37%. Of the average yield of expert validation in a large group trial was obtainedby 94%, while the average yield kueioner students in a large group trial was obtainedby 93.36%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the development of thelong jump landing tub is suitable for use in penjasorkes learning for students of SMP N 1Ajibarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make product design development of stick and ball sports in gateball. The approach used in this study is a method of Research and Development. The subject of this research is the Central Java on gateball club event gateball in Semarang and Yogyakarta. Experts and expert expert gateball expert in mechanical engineering. The data analysis phase the work field, and the data analysis stage include observation, observation, interviews, and documentation of the test kefektifan products, expert judgment expert expert gateball and expert mechanical engineering expert. The results of this research are stick and ball exercise for beginner players gateball gateball. The result of the validator 3 expert expert from the expert gateball and expert mechanical engineering product validation data beginning the first phase obtained a score above 73 definitions of the criteria of “good”, on the second stage of the product validation data obtained a score above the 81 criteria for “excellent”. The results of the interviews to the development of gateball players 19 stick and ball gateball can not be used to play in a match and can be used for subsequent exercises but for beginners a product development tool model stick and ball gateball “ INC. “can be used to enhance the ability of basic techniques in motion game for players, gateball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan sistem perencanaan dari kepengurusan, program kegiatan, pendanaan, sarana prasarana dalam  kompetisi Sumsel Super League, 2) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan sistem pengorganisasian dari kepengurusan, program kegiatan, pendanaaan, sarana prasarana dalam kompetisi Sumsel Super League, 3) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan sistem pergerakan dari kepengurusan, program kegiatan, pendanaan, sarana prasarana dalam kompetisi Sumsel Super League, 4) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan sistem pengawasan dari kepengurusan, program kegiatan, pendanaan, sarana prasarana dalam kompetisi Sumsel Super League, 5) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan sistem evaluasi dalam kompetisi Sumsel Super League. Hasil penelitian : 1) sistem kepengurusan dikategorikan baik, 2) sistem program kegiatan dikategorikan baik. 3) sistem sarana prasarana dikategorikan baik, 4) sistem pendanaan dikategorikan sedang, dan 5) sistem evaluasi dikategorikan baik. Simpulan penelitian : sistem kepengurusan dikategorikan baik, sistem program kegiatan dikategorikan baik, sistem pendanaan dikategorikan sedang, sistem sarana prasarana dikategorikan baik, dan 5) sistem evaluasi dikategorikan baik.
