Abstract

ABSTRACT   Accounting system for business organization is widely known by economic society, especially for those who are interest in accounting. On the other hand human resource accounting system in accounting, hasn’t been know widely. Human resource accounting system which is usually used by business organizational, both service and industrial organization, is conventional accounting. This system treats all expenses concerned with human resources as one expense, consequently this expense will be deleted directly is related period. The review of human resources accounting system need to be done basically, moreover it must be based on human resource treatment properly. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study took place in SMK Pancasila. Its population is a vocational teacher Purwodadi Pancasila and the sample is the entire population of the 56 teachers. The purpose of this study was to 1) analyze the significance of differences in teachers certified and not certified in terms of the motivation of teachers in vocational Purwodadi Pancasila. 2) analyze the significance of differences in teachers certified and not certified in terms of employment in vocational loyalty Purwodadi Pancasila. 3) analyze the significance of differences in teachers certified and not certified in terms of the performance of teachers in vocational Purwodadi Pancasila. Results of data analysis, certified teachers tend to be more on work motivation high and moderate, but not yet certified teachers tend to be more on the low work motivation. While working on the loyalty of certified teachers tend to be more moderate and low, but not yet certified teachers tend to be more on the loyalty of high employment. And the performance of teachers who have been certified tend to be higher, but not yet certified teachers tend to be more on the performance of medium and low. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the effect of leadership on employee motivation, (2) the effect of leadership on employee performance, (3) the effect of motivation on employee performance, (4) the indirect effect of leadership on the performance of the Civil Service Bureau for Women's Empowerment, Protection children And Family Planning Grobogan through motivation. Sampling with proportional cluster random sampling. The samples used 104 respondents . Data analysis using path analysis . Results showed: (1) leadership significantly influence employee motivation, (2) leadership have a significant effect on the performance of employees, (3) a significant effect of motivation on employee performance, (4) leadership has no direct influence on the performance of the Civil Service Bureau for Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Grobogan through motivation. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyses: (1) effect certification, academic supervision, internal locus of control to teacher performance; (2) role of academic supervision as moderator effect certification to teacher performance; (3) role of internal locus of control as moderator effect certification to teacher performance. Populations on this research are all of teacher’s certificated in all Public Elementary School on Bendosari Disctrict Sukoharjo Regency consist of 161 teachers. The samples of this research consist of 80 respondents taken by proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. The data analyze use the multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis through standardized residual method, and previously the researcher uses classical assumption test. The result reveals that (1) there is a significance effect between certification to teacher performance; (2) there is a significance effect between academic supervision to teacher performance; (3) there is a significance effect between internal locus of control to teacher performance; (4) academic supervision moderates the effect of certification to teacher performance; (5) internal locus of control moderates the effect of certification to teacher performance. Abstract

AbstrakSeiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan penduduk yang ada di Indonesia maka secara langsung hal ini mempengaruhi permintaan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan yang semakin meningkat. Secara tidak langsung masyarakat menuntut berbagai Lembaga Pendidikan khususnya pada tingkat Perguruan Tinggi untuk memberikan pelayanan pendidikan yang terbaik disertai dengan sistem pelayanan pendidikan yang bermutu ideal. Pada proses perancangan suatu bangunan atau kawasan, pemberian tema oleh setiap perancang adalah wajib hukumnya. Kegunaan tema sendiri untuk membantu para perancang dalam merancang bangunannya. Pada perancangan gedung Perpustakaan ini akan diterapkan tema Arsitektur Tropis. Tema akan diterapkan pada bangunan dengan mengutamakan atau memaksimalkan pencahayaan alami. Rencana pembangunan Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area beserta sarana dan prasarananya akan ditempatkan diatas tanah seluasa 675.84 m2. Secara umum perancangan Perpustakaan terdiri dari 5 ruang utama bagi umum yaitu ruang baca perpustakaan, perpustakaan elektronik, ruang auditorium, ruang penyimpanan skripsi, dan test room. 3 ruang pengelola yaitu ruang kepala perpustakaan, ruang staff pengelola, dan ruang rapat pengelola. Kata Kunci : Pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area, Arsitektur Tropis.  Abstract Along with the rapid development of the existing population in Indonesia, this directly affects the demand of the public to the ever increasing education. Indirectly the community demanded various Education Institutions, especially at the level of Higher Education to provide the best education services accompanied by an ideal quality education service system. In the process of designing a building or area, the theme by each designer is obligatory. Usefulness own theme to help the designers in designing the building. In the design of this Library building will be applied the theme of Tropical Architecture. The theme will be applied to the building by prioritizing or maximizing natural lighting. The construction plan of University of Medan Area Library along with its facilities and infrastructure will be placed on the land of 675.84 m2. In general, the design of the Library consists of 5 main space for the public library reading room, electronic library, auditorium room, thesis storage space, and test room. 3 management rooms are library headroom, management staff room, and manager meeting room. Kata Kunci : Construction of University Library Building Area, Tropical Architecture.
