Abstract

Kantor Desa Sukabumi bertugas menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan kemasyarakatan, serta melaksanakan pelayanan publik di bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Barat Nomor 10 Tahun 2014 salah satunya dalam melayani administrasi masyarakat. Proses pendataan keluarga miskin saat ini dilakukan oleh masing-masing RT secara manual pada kertas tulis, untuk selanjutnya diberikan kepada staff Desa, terdapat kendala dalam proses terkait lamanya penginformasian data masing-masing RT dan pembuatan laporan perekapan data. Selain itu, terdapat kendala lain terkait proses penentuan pemberian dana miskin karena tidak adanya simulasi metode perhitungan.Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode extreme programming dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML. Implementasi sistem ini menggunakan Dreamwever dan MySQL sebagai database, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing.Hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemberian dana bagi masyarakat kurang mampu menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang nantinya dapat mendukung dalam penentuan bantuan untuk masyarakat. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemberian dana PKH yaitu pendidikan, pekerjaan, status,umur, dan jumlah anak. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Extreme Programming, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Abstract

The sentiment analysis used in this study is the process of classifying text into two classes, namely negative and positive classes. The classification method used is Support Vector Machine (SVM). The successful classification of the SVM method depends on the soft margin coefficient C, as well as the σ parameter of the kernel function. Therefore we need a combination of SVM parameters that are appropriate for classifying film opinion data using the SVM method. This study uses the Firefly method as an SVM parameter optimization method. The dataset used in this study is public opinion data on several films. The results of this study indicate that the Firefly Algorithm (FA) can be used to find optimal parameters in the SVM classifier. This is evidenced by the results of SVM system testing using 2179 data with nine SVM parameter combinations resulting in 85% highest accuracy, while the FA-SVM system with nine population and generation combinations produces the highest accuracy of 88%. The second test results using 1200 data using the same combination as the one test, the SVM method produces the highest accuracy of 87%, while the FA-SVM method produces the highest accuracy of 89%.

Abstract

The Support Vector Machine (SVM) method is a method that is widely used in the classification process. The success of the classification of the SVM method depends on the soft margin coefficient C, as well as the parameter  of the kernel function. The SVM parameters are usually obtained by trial and error, but this method takes a long time because they have to try every combination of SVM parameters, therefore the purpose of this study is to find the optimal SVM parameter value based on accuracy. This study uses the Firefly Algorithm (FA) as a method for optimizing SVM parameters. The data set used in this study is data on public opinion on several films. Class labels used in data classification are positive class labels and negative class labels. The amount of data used in this study is 2179 data, with the distribution of 436 data as test data and 1743 data as training data. Based on this data, an evaluation process was carried out on the Firefly Algorithm-Support Vector Machine (FA-SVM). The results of this study indicate that the Firefly Algorithm can obtain the optimal combination of SVM parameters based on accuracy, so there is no need for trial and error to get that value. This is evidenced by the results of the FA-SVM evaluation using a value range of C=1.0-3.0 and =0.1-1.0 resulting in the highest accuracy of 87.84%. The next evaluation using a range of values ​​C=1.0-3.0 and =1.0-2.0 resulted in the highest accuracy of 87.15%.

Abstract

Diengva is a shop that sells various kinds of goods such as household items, household appliances, accessories, flower buckets, clothes, bags, shoes, cosmetics, and others. The large number of purchase transaction data in diengva can be used to analyze customer behavior in purchasing goods. Apriori algorithm is one of the algorithms in the field of data mining for extracting association rules. This study applies the apriori algorithm to find customer buying patterns in diengva store sales transaction data using rapid miner. The rules resulting from the application of the apriori algorithm can be used as a basis for stocking items that meet the minimum support and minimum confidence values. Items that meet these rules are eyelashes, eyelash glue, soft lens, and soft lens water. The confidence value of the relationship between two items can be high so that the results of these rules can be used as the basis for stocking.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi sekarang ini telah berkembang pesat bahkan dunia pendidikan tak luput dari sentuhannya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya sekolah mulai mengoptimalkan website untuk menyajikan informasi secara online, tetapi sekarang ini masih banyak penerimaan siswa baru dilaksanakan secara manual. Dari perkembangan teknologi yang demikian pesat berdampak bagi seluruh kehidupan khususnya penyediaan informasi bagi suatu organisasi/instansi yang membutuhkan sistem pengelolaan data secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Untuk menunjang efektifitas, produktifitas dan efisiensi dalam suatu organisasi/instansi dalam menyelesaikan masalah manajemen, terutama memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yaitu khususnya kepada calon siswa baru SMKN 1 Terbanggi  Besar. Sistem ini dapat lebih efisiensi dari segi biaya, tenaga dan waktu, sehingga efektif dalam mencapai tujuan. Dalam pengaksesan sistem yang selama ini yang terkadang mengalami hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan informasi, seperti penerimaan siswa baru. Penelitin ini adalah berjudul “Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru Mengunakan Metode Web Engineering” Untuk itu perlunya sistem informasi khusus untuk mengatasi masalah ini ini yaitu sistem informasi pendaftaran secara online. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode web engineering. Metode digunakan untuk menciptakan suatu sistem aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan ilmu rekayasa, prinsip-prinsip manajemen dan pendekatan sistematis sehingga dapat diperoleh sistem dan aplikasi web dengan kualitas tinggi.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Pendaftaran, Web, Internet

Abstract

The Corona virus is growing rapidly throughout the world, including in Indonesia. The development of the virus causes many activities related to humans to be stopped first. One of the activities that is not allowed is Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu), even though posyandu is very important to do. Due to the importance of the posyandu, the posyandu cadres conduct a mobile posyandu (sweeping). The problem that arises from sweeping is that people who have toddlers are not at home. Even though they are at home, they usually don't want to meet with posyandu cadres because they are afraid of the spread of the Corona Virus. Technological developments can help prevent the spread of the Corona Virus to humans. Any activity related to other people can be done online. In this study, trying to design a system that can monitor the growth of toddlers without having to meet directly with posyandu cadres. The system design is also expected to help Poskeskel (Pos Kesehatan Kelurahan) and Puskesmas (Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat) to view and print weighing reports without having to ask for monthly weighing data reports for toddlers to Posyandu in Bandar Lampung. In addition, this system is expected to make it easier for posyandu cadres to report every posyandu activity and to report the growth and development of toddlers who are registered at the Flamboyan 9 Posyandu.

Abstract

Scholarships are the provision of assistance in the form of financial assistance provided to individuals with the aim of being used for the sustainability of the education achieved. The problem that occurs in this research is that the process of determining which is still carried out conventionally the student section must check one by one the scholarship application files submitted by students because each data will be compared one by one according to predetermined criteria, which results in the student section becoming difficult in the decision so that It takes a long time, therefore we need a decision support system that can help schools make decisions about scholarship recipients.The Naive Bayes Classifier method is a method that can be used in decision making to get better results on a classification problem. The purpose of this study is to build a scholarship recipient decision support system using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. In this study, a problem analysis was carried out using PIECES analysis and for the system development method using.The result of this research is that applying the naïve Bayes method to the scholarship recipient's decision support system can assist the school in determining the scholarship recipient more quickly and accurately. Abstract

BP3TKI Lampung has a problem in the section regarding the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) activity, namely the data processing of the survey results must be calculated manually so it takes a long time. It is expected from this research how to build a web-based community satisfaction survey system, where this system can directly calculate and display the final results of the survey in the form of graphs. In this study, data collection methods were used in the form of interviews, observation, literature review, and documentation at the BP3TKI Lampung office. . The system design is carried out using a modeling language using UML. While the programming used is PHP using the MySQL database. And for the system development method in the form of Extreme Programming. There are four stages in extreme programming, namely planning (planning), design (design), coding (coding), and testing (testing). The final result of this design produces a web-based community satisfaction survey system for BP3TKI Lampung which is expected to make it easier for agencies to conduct surveys and calculate survey results more easily and quickly.Keyword: System, Survey, Satisfaction, Society.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data hasil pertanian jagung dan singkong di Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Lampung Selatan yang bersumber dari data BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik), menampilkan beberapa daerah dengan hasil panen jagung dan singkong yang bervariasi jumlahnya. Sehubungan dengan bervariasinya jumlah lahan atau daerah penghasil jagung dan singkong, dan bagaimana pengoptimalan potensi tani jagung dan singkong untuk investor, maka diperlukan informasi daerah potensial penghasil jagung dan singkong untuk mengetahui daerah mana saja yang menghasilkan jagung dan singkong dengan jumlah banyak ataupun sedikit. Evaluasi kesesuaian lahan sangat diperlukan untuk perencanaan penggunaan lahan yang produktif dan lestari.Penggunaan teknologi berbasis computer untuk mendukung perencanaan tersebut semakin diperlukan untuk menganalisis, memanipulasi dan menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk table dan keruangan.Berdasarkan hal tersebut dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai informasi pemetaan daerah penghasil jagung dan singkong di kabupaten Lampung Selatan, sehingga dapat diketahui daerah yang menghasilkan jagung dan singkong dengan jumlah banyak ataupun sedikit. Pada penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis menentukan kelayakan tanam tanaman jagung dan singkong pada Kabupaten Lampung Selatan berbasis web. SIG yang dibangun berbasis web akan mudah digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan menggunakan pemanfaatan teknologi internet.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar sangat penting dilakukan dalam situasi apapun. MAN 1 Pesawaran adalah salah satu sekolah menengah tingkat akhir. Proses pembelajaran di MAN 1 Pesawaran saat situasi pandemi covid menggunakan whatsapp. Penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dalam proses belajar mengajar memiliki banyak kendala, diantaranya yaitu siswa tidak dapat melihat secara langsung nilai setelah mereka mengerjakan soal ujian. Selain itu dari pihak guru juga tidak dapat melihat rekap kehadiran siswa dan rekap siswa yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan tersebut, maka dibangun sistem E-Learning menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework moodle 3.9, database MYSQL, dan theme Moove. Sistem ini telah diuji dengan 6 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengujian Blackbox Testing yang menunjukan sistem yang dibangun telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.
