Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kontribusi kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) Kontribusi harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) Kontribusi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan kontribusi secara bersama-sama kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan expost facto dengan rancangan kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 93 orang, sampelnya diambil dengan metode purposive sampling, dan penentuan jumlah sampel (n) yang diambil berdasarkan table Krejcie dan Morgan (1970) pada taraf toleransi sebesar 5% adalah 75 responden dari jumlah populasi (N) sebanyak 93 responden. Jadi total sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 75 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis datanya dengan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda dan determinasi atau sumbangan efektif Hasil analisis ditemukan sebagai berikut. 1) Kualitas produk berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan kontribusi sebesar 88.74% dengan r=0.942, dan Fhitung = 20,25 > Ftabel 0,05=3,98. 2) Harga berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan kontribusi sebesar 92,35% dengan r=0.961 dan Fhitung = 83.010 > Ftabel 0,05=3,98. 3) Kuaalitas pelayanan berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan kontribusi sebesar 97,42% dengan r=0,987 dan Fhitung = 39,338 > Ftabel 0,05=3,98. 4) Kualitas Produk, Harga dan pelayanan secara bersama-sama berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 97.45% dengan Fhitung = 905,4209 > Ftabel 0,05=2,74. Sumbangan efektif X1=4,98%, X2=15,67% dan X3=76,80%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan: 1) Variabel kualitas produk, 2) Variabel harga, 3) Variabel kualitas pelayanan masing-masing dan secara bersama-sama berkontribusi positif terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. So the total sample in this study was taken by 75 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques with simple regression, multiple regression and determination or effective contribution. Analytical results are found as follows. 1) Quality of products contribute positively to customer satisfaction with a contribution of 88.74% with r = 0.942, and Fvalue = 20.25> Ftable 0.05 = 3.98. 2) Price contributed positively to customer satisfaction with a contribution of 92.35% with r = 0.961 and Fvalue = 83.010> Ftable 0,05 = 3.98. 3) The services contribute positively to satisfaction with a contribution of 97.42% with r = 0.987 and Fvalue = 39.338> Ftable 0,05 = 3.98. 4) Product quality, price and service altogether contribute positively to satisfaction with the effective contribution of 97.45% with Fvalue = 905.4209> Ftable 0,05 = 2.74. Effective contribution X1= 4.98%, X2 = 15.67% and X3= 76.80%. Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dengan strategi modeling pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV b SDN 4 Alas dalam berbalas pantun. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dengan tahapan-tahapan yang dilaksanakan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi kegiatan guru, lembar observasi kegiatan siswa, tes kemampuan berbicara melalui praktik berbalas pantun dan tes kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab soal uraian pada akhir KBM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I ketuntasan klasikal dalam praktik berbalas pantun adalah 69,75%, sementara hasil ulangan siswa secara klasikal mencapai ketuntasan 80%. Pada siklus II dalam praktik berbalas pantun ketuntasan secara klasikal mencapai 75%, sementara hasil ulangan siswa secara klasikan mencapai ketuntasan 100%. Kata kunci : Strategi Modeling, kemampuan berbicara, berbalas pantun. Abstract. The objective of the research is to increase the ability to speak using Bahasa Indonesia learning modeling strategy at 4th Class students of SDN No 4 Alas in berbalas pantun activity. The research was an action research which was done using two circles with four stages: plan, action, observation, and reflection. The data were collected using observation lists for teacher and student, test on the speaking ability through berbalas pantun activity, and the test on the students’ ability to answer essay questions at the end of teaching learning process. The result of the research shows that on the 1st Cicle, classical achievement on berbalas pantun practice was 69.75%, the achievement on answering essay question was 80%. On the 2nd Circle, classical achiement on berbalas pantun was 75%, and classical students’ achievement on answering the essay questions was 100%. Key words: modeling strategy, speaking ability, berbalas pantun.

Abstract

Responding to students’ low-ranking achievements in the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia introduced a School Literacy Movement (SLM) to schools in an effort to improve students’ reading competence. Despite such an effort, the implementation of SLM in schools still undergoes hurdles. The present study aims to (a) investigate how SLM is implemented in junior high schools in West Lombok Regency; (b) identify the good practice of SLM; (c) promote models of evaluation that supports the implementation of SLM. The research employed a qualitative research method. Data were collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires from 10 junior high state schools in West Lombok Regency. Results of the study show thin schools employed different approaches to the implementation of SLM due to unavailability of clear guidance to run SLM. Also, schools did not have evaluation tools to assess students’ reading competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar guling depan dan guling belakang senam lantai melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kontekstual pada siswa kelas VIII J SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang melibatkan subyek sebanyak 36 orang siswa kelas VIII J semester satu SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan guru sebagai peneliti. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, evaluasi dan refleksi.Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII J SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasidan tes. Hasil data yang terkumpul dan dianalisis dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian aktivitas belajar senam lantai mengalami peningkatan sebesar 39 % dari data awalmenjadi menjadi 64 % pada siklus I dan meningkat 28% dari 64% siklus I menjadi 92% siklus II. Hal ini berdampak pada Ketuntasan hasil belajar senam lantai meningkat sebesar 33% dari 25% data awal menjadi 58% pada siklus I, dan meningkat 36% dari 58% siklus I menjadi 94% siklus II. Dengan kata lain telah terjadi Peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Kontekstual. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar senam lantai meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kontekstual pada siswa kelas VIII J SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the profile of Subak Buaji and to identify the inhibiting factors in maintaining the continuity of Subak Buaji, Kesiman Sub-District, East Denpasar District. The selection of research sites conducted intentionally and the determination of respondents conducted by the method of quota sampling with the number of respondents who set 30 people. The result of the discussion of Subak Buaji Profile is the only subak in Kelurahan Kesiman Denpasar Timur with the number of 147 members, with 140 farming area and the production of rice plant in Subak Buaji reaches 100,28 ton in one harvest season, subak Buaji divided into four farmer group among others Munduk Padang Gambu, Munduk Pak Sale, and Munduk Buaji. The inhibiting factors in maintaining the continuity of Subak Buaji are technical aspects related to inhibiting factors, namely lack of irrigation water supply and the rampant transfer of land function in Subak Buaji and lack of administrative or cooperative members of subak to ease the burden of farmers to grow crops. Suggested Concept Tri Hita Karana in Subak Buaji must continue to run and in make the guidelines for the farmers, make the farmers aware of the importance of water for life that should be on guard and preserved so that Subak Buaji survival remains steady. Establish different cropping patterns each year such as rice crops or rice crops, to overcome the shortage of water availability that occurs throughout the year in Subak Buaji.

Abstract

As an international lingua franca, English plays an important role for students of health for both academic and career success; however, it is often neglected in its planning and implementation. The present study aims at redesigning the teaching of English for midwifery students using an ESP approach by analyzing present situations (PSA), target situations (TSA), and learning situations (LSA) as the basis for designing English programs. The research was conducted at Midwifery Department, Polytechnic of Health (Politeknik Kesehatan henceforth POLTEKES) Mataram, Indonesia involving students, English lecturers, subject specialists, and management. Data were collected using triangulation techniques -- ECSCS Test, questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation – and were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively based on the characteristics of data. The research found that (i) the students’ level of English was still low (84.6% in Basic); (ii) the target needs (necessities) are to be able to communicate both spoken and written in carrying out the duties in workplaces and professional development; (iii) from those results mentioned above, there were conflicts among aspects of needs in designing courses, that is, the high target does not correspond to entry behavior, the number of credits allocated, and facilities. Considering the results of NA, it is suggested that the English programs can be designed using Necessities (TSA)-based Approach, PSA-based Approach, or Mixed Approach with its own advantages and disadvantages

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik klarifikasi nilai terhadap minat belajar dan hasil belajar IPS pada siswa kelas VI SD. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pola dasar The Posttest Only Control Group dengan jenis eksperimen semu. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah minat belajar dan hasil belajar IPS. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan MANOVA berbantuan SPSS 17.00 for windows. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, minat belajar siswa yang mengikuti teknik klarifikasi nilai secara signifikan lebih baik daripada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional (F = 60,474; p < 0,05). Kedua, hasil belajar IPS siswa yang mengikuti teknik klarifikasi nilai secara signifikan lebih baik daripada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional (F = 18,344; p < 0,05). Ketiga, secara simultan minat belajar dan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti teknik klarifikasi nilai secara signifikan lebih baik daripada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Abstract. This longitudinal study aims to seek for solutions concerning the teaching and learning English at the Faculty of Medicine University of Mataram (UNRAM). The first year of the study is emphasized on the outcomes of needs analysis, which encompasses the Present Situation Analysis (PSA), the Target Situation Analysis (TSA), and the Learning Situation Analysis (LSA). Various data were collected form the documents of Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia (SKDI) a.k.a. Competency Standards of Medical Doctors in Indonesia, the Graduates Profile of Faculty of Medicine UNRAM and the documents of student English proficiency levels within the last 5 years. Other sources of data were taken from a number of focused group discussions and in-depth interviews with students, alumni, subject specialists, management of Block, and various techniques. The data were then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. Findings of the study show that the level of English of students at Medical Faculty was still far from being adequate to meet the SKDI. As such, three learning goals were generated from this study, i.e. the short-tem, mid-term, and long-term goals. The study suggests that to bridge the gap, the Faculty of Medicine needs to develop a number of language programs to prepare these students to achieve competencies that meet the standard of Graduate Profile and SKDI.
