Abstract

The development of technology in the world of education brings various positive and negative impacts. In connection with this, the use of technology in learning in the modern era has led to various kinds of innovations, one of which is the use of video as a medium of learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of video learning media in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. This research was conducted with quantitative methods, collecting data obtained from filling out pre-test and post-test questionnaires to students at SD IT YASIFA. The results showed an increase after being given a learning video. Based on this, the research found findings that the implementation of video as a learning medium received a good response from teachers and students, one of which was an interesting activity. However, not all teachers can make these video learning media independently, and these media often produce unstable audio and low resolution, causing the student learning process to be uncomfortable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the reading interest of elementary school students. By using data collection through a google form. COVID-19 turns out not to create students ' interest in reading to decrease. After a given material was directly distributed, it raises students ' interest in reading. By providing the material in individuals then the presentation of the rose to 44.4%. The presentation rise students’ interest in reading. This happens because there is little research regarding the reading interest of 4th-grade elementary school students. The rising reading interest will bring up students’ interest. COVID-19 does not become a barrier to the students to keep reading.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a student with intellectual disabilities who have difficulty in the ability to develop themselves in wearing and folding clothes. This study will have an impact on activities of daily life. The purpose of this study was to develop a self-development program in improving motor skills in students with intellectual disabilities. The research subjects were three 9-year-old students with intellectual disabilities who had difficulties in self-development skills. The research method used is qualitative using descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the three students were able to achieve fine motor and gross motor indicators completely. The results of this study are self-development programs to wear and fold clothes in improving the motor skills of the student with intellectual disabilities. The results of the implementation test showed a change in the child's objective condition, an increase in motor skills. With the right and effective self-development program, it is hoped that it can help students with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.

Abstract

The role of parents is needed when students with special needs study from home. However, when accompanying children to learn online, parents find it difficult due to various factors. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyze how difficult it is for parents to accompany elementary school children with special needs during online learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the population and the research sample are parents of elementary school students as many as 20 people. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey in the form of a questionnaire, observation notes, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general the obstacles for parents in assisting children with special needs to study online at home during the Covid-19 pandemic are the lack of understanding of the material by parents, the difficulty of parents in growing their children's interest in learning, not having enough time to accompany their children because they have to work, parents are impatient in accompanying children while studying at home, parents have difficulties in operating gadgets, and obstacles related to internet service coverage.
