Abstract

The isolation and identification of toxic compound on sponge from BPPT collection sub P3-TFM derivedfrom Gili Sulat, Lombok waters has been conducted. The extraction applied was maceration method, which wastotally conducted using three kinds of solvents namely, methanol, dichloromethane, and n-hexane. The total extractobtained was then partitioned into liquid using ethyl acetate and n-butane respectively. The most toxic extraction wasseparated by chromatography column with sephadex LH-20 as the stationary phase and methanol as the mobilephase. Identification of the active isolate was conducted by gas chromatography - mass spectroscopy with the aim ofWiley 275.L. database.Toxin test to sponge of BPPT collection sub P3-TFM showed that SL2 sponge was proved to be the mosttoxic one. The most toxic fraction of SL2 sponge at LC50 at 100 ppm was assumed to be the combination of 7compounds, namely benzene acetatic acid (8.9%), dioktil hexadioate (4.5%), bis (2etilheksil) 1.2-benzeneboksilat(53.1%), 2, 6, 10, 15, 19, 23 hexamethyl 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22-tetracosahexene, (17.1%), nonacosane (7.8%),cholesterol (3.8%) and eicosane (4.8%).

Abstract

Finding on research result is as follow: First; investment on economic sector of basis in sub- region of Madura Island, sub-region of Madura Gulf and also Kabupaten Sumenep as well as Sidoarjo, either in the period of before and after regional autonomy has relatively good role in encouraging development of regional economy, particularly in encouraging export sector to outer region. Second; investment on economic sector of basis in City of Surabaya, Pasuruan and Probolinggo either in the period of before and after regional autonomy has relatively good role in encouraging development of regional economy, particularly in encouraging the development of export sector to outer region. Third; investment on economic sector of basis in sub-region of Madura strait and also in Kabupaten Bangkalan, Sampang, Pemekasan, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, as well as Situbondo, either in the period of before and after regional autonomy had caused the increase of demand for production in the economic sector of non- basis. Abstract

Computer devices are a unit that is useful both now and in the future, not the device, but the data stored in it is very valuable both master data, transactions and reports. One of the factors that causes damaged computer components is the room temperature that exceeds the provisions, namely 21-230 celsius. The sensors used are 3 DS18B20 temperature sensors and MQ2 smoke sensor. Both types of sensors are placed inside the server room, besides that, a buzzer is also added to produce sound if the temperature is more than 250 Celsius. The whole program is connected to Raspberry Pi and uses the python program language. It is expected that with the presence of temperature and smoke sensors, the server room will be monitored so that problems regarding damaged devices can be avoided.
