Abstract

Abstract Study was to determine the effect of Influence Organizational Culture and Work Motivation Employee Performance Against Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) Cirebon with variable research is Organizational Culture (X1), work motivation (X2), which allegedly Performance Working (Y). In this study the use of two (2) test the hypothesis that the t test and f test. research method used is the method Asosisatif. While the data collected in the literature study and dissemination of questionnaires. Sample this study 60, Based on data analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows tcount obtained at 5.648, while the F table with degrees (df) = 57 at the 0.05 significance level of 2.002. Based on the analysis of the data with the help of calculations 16.0 for Windows obtained the influence of organizational culture, motivation to work together is 56%. Conclusion The results of this study suggest that organizational culture, motivation are the two most influential and important factor in improving the performance of the employees at Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) Cirebon. Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Koperasi Pegawai Telkom (KOPEGTEL) Cirebon dengan variable penelitiannya adalah Budaya Organisasi (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), yang diduga Prestasi Kerja (Y). Dalam penelitian penggunakan 2 (dua) uji hipotesis yaitu Uji t dan Uji f. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Asosisatif. Sedangkan data dikumpulkan secara studi pustaka dan penyebaran angket. Sample penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang, Berdasarkan analisis data dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 5,648, sedangkan ftabel dengan derajat (df) = 57 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,002. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan bantuan perhitungan 16.0 for Windows diperoleh besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama adalah 56%. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini mengisyaratkan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja merupakan dua faktor yang berpengaruh dan penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai pada Koperasi Pegawai Telkom (KOPEGTEL) Cirebon.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at SMPN 12 Cirebon City. This research uses accidental sampling method with a sample of 37 employees. Data collection is done by filling out questionnaires for the work environment with employee performance. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 for Windows with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results showed there was an influence of the work environment looking at the t-count of the work environment variable (X) of 12,993 _tt_table (0.68188). And based on the F test the independent variable is 168,189 or there is an influence because the Sig level is 0.00 or smaller than 0.05 (p <0.05) which means that the Work Environment variable together has a significant effect on Employee Performance. From these results Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai di SMPN 12 Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 37 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner untuk lingkungan kerja dengan Kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0 for Windows dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja melihat dari nilai thitung variabel lingkungan kerja (X) sebesar 12.993. Dan berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas sebesar 168.189 atau ada pengaruh karena tingkat Sig sebesar 0,00 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p<0.05) yang berarti variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Abstract. the purpose of this research is increasing the teacher’s performance in teaching through class visitation in academic supervision in Weton Elementary School, Sub district of Rembang, Regency of Rembang with School Action Research. The techniques of collecting data are using the documentation study, observation and interview. Test of data validation are using resources triangulation and techniques triangulation. The data analyse is using qualitative analyzing. The academic supervision in Weton Elementary School begins with the planning. In planning, the researcher makes the program, prepares the supervision instrument;in the form of sheet of scoring in planning the learning or sheet of the lesson planning and sheet of scoring in implementation the learning or instrument of scoring the teacher’s performance. In implementation, the researcher observes the learning. The results of scoring the teacher’s performances are only on Grade IV, V and VI. In planning the learning, in the pre-cycle the average is 61%, after the action in the First Cycle the average is 72,23% and after the action in the Second Cycle the average is 81%. About implementation the learning is using scoring the teacher’s performance. The result is increasing, in the pre-cycle the average is 73, after the action in the First Cycle the average is 79 and after the action in the Second Cycle the average is 83.
