Abstract

Student data and recapitulation data passing grade school students Regional State Police South Kalimantan each year increases, resulting in data that is very abundant in the form of the profile data of graduates and academic value data. The rapid growth of data accumulation has created conditions data-rich but minimal information. Data mining is a mining or the discovery of new information by looking for certain rules of a number of large amounts of data are expected to tackle the condition. By utilizing the students master data and data recapitulation of the value of the State Police School students Regional South Kalimantan in 2014, is expected to yield information on the classification of students passing through data mining techniques. The algorithm used within the classification graduation is K-Mean algorithm. The clustering of the results of the analysis carried out in the form of graduate classification based on the group. Group 1 with a recapitulation of the value of graduates being, group 2 with a recapitulation of the value of high graduates and group 3 with a recapitulation of the value of graduates is low. Group 1 with a value of clusters in the data center intellect 72.93 value, the value of personality 71.52, and 62.63 value physical health as much as 45%. Group 2 with a value of clusters in the data center intellect 73.33 value, the value of personality 73.79, and 70.80 value physical health as much as 35%. Group 3 with the center of the cluster in the data value 72.92 intellect, personality value of 69.95 and 53.64 value physical health as much as 20%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengklasifikasikan pemerintah desa mana yang baik dan buruk dalam pengelolaan dana desa di kab Tolitoli untuk menjadi acuan untuk pemerintah daerah untuk mengontrol kinerja pemerintah desa dalam mengelolaan dana desa.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah naïve bayes klasifikasi berbasis pemrograman PHP dengan komputerisasi  diharapkan dapat membantu penilaian kinerja pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa agar lebih cepat dan tepat dalam mengklasifikasikan kinerja pemerintah desa.Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan yang sudah dilakukan, penerapan metode naïve bayes klasifikasi dalam penilaian kinerja pemerintah desa yang sudah di lakukan terhadap 2(dua) desa dengan kreteria yang digunakan : jumlah anggaran, anggaran bidang pemerintahan, anggaran bidang pembangunan, anggaran bidang pemberdayaan, anggaran bidang pembinaan, anggaran tak terduga dan sisa anggaran sehingga hasil akhir penilaian kinerja pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa yakni desa dengan nama desa Teluk Jaya dinyatakan baik  karena memiliki nilai likelihood baik 3.57921 > nilai likelihood buruk 3.39635    sedangkan desa dengan nama desa Salumpaga dinyatakan buruk karena memiliki nilai likelihood baik 2.421 <  nilai likelihood buruk 3.20355

Abstract

Communication without wires / wireless (wireless) has become the basic needs or new lifestyle of society, especially in the field of information. Wireless LANs are better known as Wifi networks to be an alternative technology and relatively easier to implement in familiar working environments such as schools, colleges, offices, cafes and companies and other agencies. Installation of Wifi network devices is more flexible because it does not require a cable connector between computers. Access point is a device commonly used in wireless networks where users or users connect to the internet using the air media through the access point device. In addition, with wireless-based network that makes the community especially RT / RW easier to access the internet, Implementation of this network installation consists of installation of RJ-45 connectors on UTP cable, repeater configuration, Access Point configuration, HotSpot Server configuration and others . Keywords: Wireless, MikroTik, HotSpot, and Access Point.

Abstract

Hospitals as one of the health care facilities are part of the health resources that are needed in supporting the implementation of health efforts. The provision of health services in hospitals has very complex characteristics and organization. The danger of fire risk in the hospital building is sourced from several activities or equipment that exist in the hospital itself, such as the use of large-capacity electric appliances (radiology room), this study aims to Detect facilities of fire protection equipment in supporting fire disaster prevention at General Hospital The area of dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh and know the readiness of officers / employees of the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in the face of fire disaster. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research type with data acquisition through observation, interview, observation and direct examination. Dr Zainoel Abidin General Hospital is a Class A Type Hospital in Education with Basic Decision of Minister of Health RI Number: 1062 / MENKES / SK / 2011 dated February 22, 2009. With a bed capacity of 740 beds. With 40 buildings in two locations. Fire safety hazard in dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh has been very good. This is obtained from the results of the audit as follows: Completeness of the site with the value of condition 9.00 of total weight Reliability of Building Safety System (KSKB) of 26%. Rescue facilities with a condition value of 6.57 of the total Reliability of Building Security System (KSKB) of 25%. Elements were found in the absence of helicopter field facilities. Passive protection system with value of condition 7,704 from total of Reliability of Building Safety System (KSKB) equal to 26%. Passive protection system is good. An active protection system with a condition value of 5,342 of the total reliability of the Building Safety System (KSKB) of 24%, the element that has not functioned optimally is the extinguishing system, sprinkler and operational control room.
