Abstract

 AbstractThis research was conducted at SMAN 1 Sambas, the aim of this research were to develop electronic learning media using edmodo; analyze the feasibility of learning media and to analyze the effectiveness of learning media using edmodo in improving students' concept comprehension. The research method was Research and Development (R&D) using ADDIE development models, namely: "Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation". The techniques of data collection were indirect communication techniques, measurement and documentation. The techniques of data analysis were qualitative data and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study: (1) The development of electronic learning media using edmodo through 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (2) The results of the study showed that the feasibility of electronic learning media using edmodo from the assessment of material expert obtained a score 45 which was categorized as excellent; the assessment of media expert obtained a score 55 which was categorized as excellent and the assessment of the economics teacher obtained a score 43 which was categorized as very good. (3) Electronic learning media using edmodo was effective in improving students' concept comprehension, where the students’ concept comprehension of mean score was 6.4 in the pre-test before the implementation of developed learning media, then it increased to 7.2 in the post-test after the implementation of the developed media. Keywords: Electronic Learning, Edmodo, Understanding Concepts

Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this research was to determined the teacher creativity in the use of question and answer method in economic subject at eleventh grade students IIS 4 of MAN 1 Pontianak. In this research the researcher used descriptive method with a qualitative approach and observation form. The subject in this research were 1 (one) teacher of economic subject and 4 students of elevent grade students IIS 4 of MAN 1 Pontianak. Data collection was obtained through observation guidelines and interview guidelines and then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and verification / drawing conclusion, then the validity of the data in this research used triangulation techniques. This research conducted by 3 times to observed and 1 day for interviewed. The results showed that the creativity of the teacher in the used of question and answer method in economic subject at eleventh grade students IIS 4 of MAN 1 Pontianak was good, but still needed improvement. The result in this research indicated that the creativity of the teacher in faced the problems and motivation to increase the teacher?s creativity in the implementation of the question and answer method was good. Abstract

AbstrakThis study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with lecturing services at the FKIP UNTAN Pontianak Economic Education Study Program. The form of this research is using descriptive method. The technique used is the distribution of questionnaires to customers (students) as research samples and tracking documentation. Based on data analysis Student responses about reliability services 35.0% are in accordance with 5.0% very appropriate, there are 40.0% less appropriate, responsiveness can be said to be very low there are 52.0% of respondents that responsiveness is less appropriate, 8.0% is not appropriate. While only 18.0% are appropriate. Assurance can be said to be 61.0% that the elements of Guarantee are appropriate only 1.0% are not appropriate and 15.0% are not appropriate, empathy can be said to be still lacking and needs to be improved because 63.0% of respondents based on quality based on empathy are not suitable and another 19.0% are not appropriate. While the other 20.0% are suitable and 8.0% are very suitable. Physical evidence can be said to be lacking this can be seen that the majority of respondents (53%) in the form of physical evidence are less appropriate. Keywords: Assurance, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, Service Quality

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in the welfare of the community in the Entogong village. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive form. The data sources in this study were 3 village staff and 10 beneficiaries of village as an informant to conduct interviews. The results showed that 1) the PKH planning in the village was categorized as well according to the government's pre-determined enlisting. 2) The implementation of PKH with 5 aspects of a) well-categorized education(10 informants able to finance education), b) well-categorized health (8 people able to fulfill the need for health) c) the housing and environment are not well categorized (10 informants have not been able to improve the welfare of families), d) aspects and consumption patterns are not well categorized(10 informants have not been able to enhance the welfare of the family), e) poverty is categorized not good (6 have not been able to reduce poverty). 3) evaluation from the implementation of PKH in the village has been functional through education and health but has not been able to improve the prosperity through housing and environment, the level and pattern of consumption and poverty Keywords: Community Welfare, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH)

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis aims to determine the influence of members empowerment on the attitude of saving members on the coastal CU Muare in District Sungai Kakap. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the research form of relationship studies. The population in this study was 847 members and samples of 42 members. The data collection used are direct communication techniques, indirect communication, and documentary studies (member data). So researchers concluded that, 1) the empowerment of the Credit Union Muare members of the coastal district in Sungai Kakap subdistrict amounted to 74.30% belonging to the high category, 2) The attitude of saving the Credit Union Muare members of the coastal bank in the District River Kakap of 82.30% including In very high Ketagori, 3)) Thitung of 3.988 which is greater than the value of 2.201 so that it can Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) indicates a figure of 0.285, thus the percentage influence of member empowerment of the member's saving attitude of 28.5%. So the conclusion contributes the influence of the empowerment of members to the attitude of saving members of CU Muare Coastal District in Sungai Kakap of 28.5%. Keywords: Empowerment Of Members, Attitude Of Saving, CU

Abstract

Seacara konseptual maupun empirik, diyakini bahwa afektif memegang peranan penting terhadap tingkat kesuksesan seseorang dalam bekerja dan kehidupan secara keseluruhan. Meskipun demikian, pembelajaran afektif justru lebih banyak dilakukan dan dikembangkan di luar kurikulum formal sekolah. Namun hingga saat ini dalam praktiknya, proses pembelajaran di sekolah lebih cenderung menekankan pada pencapaian perubahan aspek kognitif yang dilaksanakan dengan berbagai pendekatan, strategi dan model pembelajaran tertentu. Sementara pembelajaran secara khusus mengembangkan kemampuan efektif masih kurang mendapat perhatian serius hanya dijadikan sebagai efek pengiring atau hidden curriculum yang disisipkan pada pembelajaran utama. Sesungguhnya keberhasilan siswa kelak ditentukan 80% dari kecerdasan emosi dan 20% dari kecwerdasan intelektual. Oleh karena itu, hendaknya guru mampu merancang program pembelajaran dalam satuan pendidikan dengan memperhatikan ranah afektif yang merupakan salah satu karakteristik manusia sebagai hasil belajar, walaupun memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Nilai, Pembelajaran Afektif

Abstract

Salah satu pilar terdepan untuk mengarahkan sasaran sistem pendidikan yang dibangun lembaga pendidikan tinggi adalah peran dosen yang secara langsung membentuk karakter kepribadian dan kompetensi mahasiswa. Dosen sebagai salah satu anggota civitas akademika perguruan tinggi memiliki peran dan fungsi yang sangat strategis. Dosen adalah pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan dengan tugas utama mentransformasikan, mengembangkan dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni melalui pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kinerja dosen pada suatu perguruan tinggi merupakan perilaku nyata yang ditampilkan setiap dosen sebagai prestasi kerja yang dihasilkan oleh dosen sesuai dengan peranannya. Untuk dapat menentukan kualitas kinerja dosen perlu adanya kriteria yang jelas meliputi aspek kualitas pekerjaan, ketepatan waktu, prakarsa, kemampuan, dan komunikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa masih sangat kurang dosen melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang ditawarkan pihak Dikti.

Abstract

Kehadiran lesson study sebagai sebuah strategi pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu langkah baru dalam memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Selama ini lesson study hanya dikenal dalam pembelajaran MIPA. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana lesson study diterapkan pada pembelajaran IPS yang sudah memasuki semester kedua. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS di perguruan tinggi, banyak keunikan yang muncul selama pelaksanaan lesson study, sehingga banyak harapan yang terungkap dari pelaksanaan lesson study di Jurusan Pendidikan IPS. Sejumlah karakteristik yang melekat dalam proses pembelajaran berkualitas seperti menyenangkan, aktif, memotivasi, menantang, efektif, mampu menggali berpikir kritis, mampu membangkitkan keberanian mengungkapkan pendapat, dan sebagainya dapat muncul secara bersamaan dalam pelaksanaan lesson study, terutama pada pembelajaran IPS yang kompleks dengan persoalan persoalan sosial dewasa ini. Dosen memunyai otonomi akademik, namun dalam pelaksanaan lesson study ini, dosen memiliki sikap terbuka menerima masukan dari para dosen lainnya, dan saran membangun dari semua pihak yang pada akhirnya model itu sendiri mampu meningkatkan profesional dosen dalam mengajarnya. Abstract

 AbstrakThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational activities and academic pretensions on the work readiness of FKIP Untan Economic Education students. Research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are organizational activity, academic achievement, and work readiness. The source of data in this study were Economics Education students who served as Hima administrators and UKM in the FKIP Untan 2017 period of as many as 65 people. This study uses a saturated sample technique. Determination of the sample in this study must meet the active criteria in the management of the organization so that the students as many as 65 people were all sampled. The research data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of organizational activity and academic achievement together on the work readiness of economic education study program students with a calculated F value of 48,133 and a significance of 0,000; there is a significant positive effect of organizational activity on the work readiness of students in economic education study programs with a tcount of 9.001 and a significance of 0.000; there is a significant positive effect of learning achievement on the work readiness of students majoring in economic education with a tcount of 2.149 and a significance of 0.036. Keywords: Organizational Activity, Academic Achievement, Work Readiness

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to. 1) Knowing the income of the Sintete Port workers. 2) The level of expenditure on Port workers. 3) The state of residence of the Sintete Port workers. 4) Knowing the health insurance in the members of the Sintete Port worker?s family. 5) Ability to send children to school. In this study the author uses a type of qualitative research that is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words and explain the data through reasonimg based on logic to draw logical conclusions about the data analyzed,so that it can describe the situation systematically in accordance with the phenomenon being researched. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) The income of workers to meet their daily needs was still very lacking (2)The expenditure of port workers was still insufficient (3)The state of the dockers? living quarters could be concluded that they had decent homes. (4) assurance the health of family members of dock workers is guaranteed from the workplace institution.
