Abstract

Abstrak Pariwisata merupakan sebuah kegiatan dalam rangka memberikan kepuasan atau hiburan terhadap seseorang dan memiliki sifat sementara. Terdapat 5 komponen penting dalam pariwisata atau biasa disebut 5A’s tourism, salah satunya adalah Aksesibilitas. Aksesibilitas wisata merupakan segala macam kemudahan yang dapat dirasakan oleh wisatawan dalam melakukan pergerakan/ perpindahan tempat saat perjalanan wisata. Aksesibilitas wisata meliputi 5 hal yaitu Sarana penunjang pariwisata, Prasarana penunjang pariwisata, Informasi mengenai obyek wisata, Waktu, dan Managemen aksesibilitas wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan aksesibilitas wisata dalam mengintegrasikan obyek wisata dengan studi kasus di Kabupaten Karanganyar bagian timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik skoring menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara primer dan sekunder melalui survei kuisioner, observasi lapangan, studi literatur, dan studi dokumen dari dinas terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan aksesibilitas wisata di Kabupaten Karanganyar bagian timur dalam mengintegrasikan obyek wisata memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang sedang dengan perolehan skor sebesar 11,06.

Abstract

Analisis spasial terfokus pada identifikasi karakter spasial dan pola spasial. Teori Von Thunen menjelaskan hubungan antara karakter spasial yang terbentuk dalam kegiatan ekonomi pertanian. Hulu hilir pertanian padi organik meliputi karakter spasial pola pengadaan bahan baku, budidaya, dan pasar. Pertanian organik memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan ekonomi pedesaan. Perkembangan pertanian organik di Desa Gempol dari tahun 2016 - 2018 telah mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Desa Gempol. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh karakter spasial pola hulu hilir pertanian padi organik terhadap peningkatan ekonomi pedesaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial, analisis skoring, dan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis spasial diketahui bahwa, pola pengadaan bahan baku dilakukan secara terpusat dengan proses pendistribusian melalui Karang Taruna dan Wanita Tani; pola lokasi budidaya adalah pola menggerombol, dan pola pasar yang terbentuk adalah menyebar. Berdasarkan analisis skoring, karakter spasial pola hulu hilir pertanian padi organik memiliki pengaruh yang kuat. Analisis peningkatan ekonomi pedesaan dilakukan dengan teknik skoring. Peningkatan ekonomi yang terjadi di Desa Gempol dari Tahun 2016-2018 adalah peningkatan tinggi. Analisis dengan software SPSS digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakter spasial pola hulu hilir pertanian padi organik terhadap peningkatan ekonomi pedesaan. Selain itu pada peningkatan ekonomi pedesaan komponen pendapatan dilakukan analisis dengan Microsoft Excel karena data yang homogen. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa tingkat pengaruh karakter spasial pola hulu hilir pertanian padi organik terhadap jejaring ekonomi pertanian, jumlah tenaga kerja, upah tenaga kerja, biaya, serta pendapatan adalah pengaruh kuat.

Abstract

The development of modern market especially regional modern market is growing rapidly. The regional modern market is not only growing in urban areas but up to a small town like Kudus City. Regional modern market which is growing in Kudus City is Kudus Extension Mall. This modern market is the first and largest modern market in the Kudus City. The modern market is able to serve the region at the regional scale consisting of Kudus Regency society and also surrounding districts like Demak, Jepara, Pati to Rembang. In 2011 Kudus Extension Mall was growing rapidly indicated by the expansion and changes the name from Plasa Kudus to Kudus Extension Mall. The modern market developments affecting the condition of land use in its surrounding area. Based on these issues, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence brought by the development of modern markets Kudus Extension Mall in affecting land use changes in its surrounding areas. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Kudus Extension Mall developments to changes in land use in its surrounding areas. The method used to determine the level of influence the development of the Kudus Extension Mall to changes in land use in the surrounding areas is quantitative descriptive. These results indicate that the development of Kudus Extension Mall able to encourage changes in land use that has similar activities that are commercial and supporting activities such as residential and public service facilities. The emergence of these activities leads to changes in land use in the form of extensive changes in land use functions and intensity of land use.

Abstract

Kotagede as the capital city of the former Mataram Islam kingdom has potential culture and history tourism which places in two different areas, Yogyakarta City  and Bantul region. It needs contribution between Yogyakarta government, local government and local communities to protect Kotagede. The development of tourism activities also need support from all stakeholder to make the tourism sustain. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the level of integration of tourism development components as the area of sustainable cultural tourism in Kotagede. The method of research is deductive-quantitative, while the data analisys technique used is  descriptive analysis of quantitative, scoring and crosstab analysis. Results from this study is Kotagede judged to have met the criteria as a sustainable cultural tourism area with an integrated component of tourism development. However, when viewed from the stakeholder cooperation that occurred in the development of tourist areas, Kotagede showed a low value. Thus, although the components of tourism development Kotagede shows the alignment of sustainability, but the resulting relationship is still weak. Keywords:cultural tourism area, integrated tourism, sustainable tourism, tourism

Abstract

Surakarta as a city of culture and commerce services has many economic facilities to develop the trade sector. One of those economic facilities is traditional market. Traditional markets that has just been made by the government to regulate activities of street vendors, hereinafter in this research is referred to as new traditional market. Among four new traditional markets in Surakarta have different activity crowds. Since new traditional markets were established, there was development of trade and services activities around it. In addition, there is also a theory stating that economic activities will cause physical development of city, especially in terms of trade and services land use. So this research has objective to find out how the correlation between levels of activity on new traditional markets in Surakarta with changes in land use around it becomes trade and services functions. This research uses a deductive approach and classified as correlational study. Research analysis technique used is: scoring analysis to assess level of activity on new traditional markets and qualitative relationship matrix analysis to assess correlation between level of activity on new traditional markets with each changes in land use of trade and services sub-variable. The results obtained that level of activity on all new traditional markets in Surakarta has strong correlation to changes in type of trade and services land use around it, has moderate correlation to changes in basic building coefficient, also has strong correlation to changes in floor building coefficient around it. Keywords: land use, new markets, trade and services

Abstract

Abstract: Development of the urban population in Indonesia that growing rapidly these days, of course will cause impacts for the city itself, including in terms of environmental degradation. Therefore, society needs of a comfortable and livable city is getting higher, which is known as the concept of livable city. One of the key principles of the concept of livable city is the availability of public space as a place to socialize and interact. Surakarta, within 5 (five) years, being actively promote provision of public green space, as one of the public space, as evidenced by the increase of public green space area 23,16% in 2016. In a study titled Indonesia Most Livable City Index, Surakarta has a livable city index reached 69,38% above the national average. The problem in this research is how the level of conformity of the public space in Surakarta with the concept of livable city? This study aims to determine the level of conformity of the public space in Surakarta with the concept of livable city, which covers several aspects, including: availability, coverage, accessibility, comfort, amenity, and supporting activity. The method in this study using deductive research approach and scoring analysis technique. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that the level of conformity of the public space in Surakarta with the concept of livable city included into the category of medium-level conformity. Nonetheless, it needs improvement in some aspects of public space in Surakarta whose value is still low, in order to realize the public space in Surakarta according to the concept of livable city. Keywords: level of conformity, public space, livable city, scoring analysis

Abstract

Flats built as one of the alternative solutions to problems of land acquisition which is very hard to come by. There are limitations in the management of flats in Surakarta, then the resulting problems related to the condition of flats. The research problem is how to relation between condition of flats with stay occupants satisfaction in Surakarta. The method of this study is to conduct a survey of condition of flats and make the distribution of questionnaires to residents. The analysis was performed with the scoring technique and correlation analysis. Based on the analysis, found that condition of flats which has a positive correlation to the satisfaction of the inhabitants stay the distance to shopping facilities, distance to health facilities, pollution-free, the physical condition of the road and pedestrian, access to clean water, and environmental facilities. Flats for conditions that have a negative correlation to the satisfaction of the inhabitants live the ease of transportation, distance to education, distance to services and banking, distance to government services, access to the waste water, and access to electricity. Abstract

The development of traditional and modern stores is determined by several factors such as distance, accessibility and consumer behavior. Since the emergence of modern stores in Surakarta, the distance between traditional markets and modern stores are of concern to the government of Surakarta, because the distance is too close location can affect the reduction in income, traders in traditional markets that will impact the sustainability of traditional markets. The second factoris the accessibility factor. The pattern of the spread of modern stores are mostly located in the city center and most are in the residential area of the middle and upper status, whereas traditional markets mostly scattered pad residential areas with medium status. This has an impact on the level of accessibility that is owned by traditional and modern stores, where modern stores willhave a high level of accessibility than traditional markets. The third factor is consumer behavior. Offers and services provided by modern stores make modern store location becomes an alternative place to shop than in the traditional market. The issue of traditional markets will be sought able competitive with modern stores by the City of Surakarta, this study wanted to know how thedevelopment of traditional and modern shops in Surakarta viewed from a distance, accessibility, and consumer behavior. The analytical method used is the analysis techniques skooring and descriptive comparative analysis. The results showed that more modern stores have the opportunity to evolve from the traditional markets. Of these three aspects, aspects of accessibility is a challenge for the traditional market for some traditional markets do not get public transport services. Abstract

Recently, a lot of tourism development focused on rural tourism, which relates issues of community based tourism. In community based tourism there are many aspects of the benchmarks, one of which related to community involvement in the tourism. Community involvement in the Tourism Village Berjo itself can be seen from tourist services sector, where business travel services is a tourism infrastructure facilities run by local residents. In the village of local residents participating businesses become tourist services and is active in a tourist community.This study aimed to analyse the performance and the value of community involvement in community-based tourism infrastructure in the Tourism Village Berjo. Observations depth on the types of infrastructure of tourism and the involvement of the community is the first process of this study, further assessment of each community's involvement in every aspect means good infrastructure of tourism and demonstrate theories that Tourism Village Berjo has been referring to the principles of community based tourism as a theory by some experts. Results of the study indicate that the performance of community involvement in infrastructure community based tourism has a very high value (community involvement in tourism facilities lodging, catering, sales of souvenirs, public facilities in objects and tourist infrastructure of transportation, parking, institutional, information services). This is illustrated by the many businesses tourist infrastructure services which are local residents and their liveliness in a community, so from these things can be proved that tourism at the Tourism Village Berjo in accordance with the principles of community based tourism.

Abstract

The urban development can give rise to several problems in the urban devrlopment. The development of urban settellement  is the increasing number of people each year so that the need for infrastructure increases one of which is a modern trade center because demand of commodity and service is increase. But this situation is not followed by infrastructure such as modern trade center. In the beginning of  Solo Baru has built, there is no modern trade center. In progress, in 2001 there is trade center in Solo Baru. Then increased again in 2013 and 2014. In this development there are indications of changes in shopping trips of public. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine changes in shopping trip distribution of public after the establishment of modern trade center in Solo Baru in terms of spatial and aspasial trip distribution. In this study, the method used is quantitative method with 4 analytical techniques. Descriptive analysis of narrative will see how the development and characteristics of modern trade center as well as the shopping trips distribution of public in 2000 and 2015. Analysis of paired sample t test saw trip distribution changes that occurred in public spending Solo Baru in 2000 and 2015. The descriptive analysis explanatif to prove that changes in trips distribution expenditures were the result of the development of modern trade centers are supported by the deciding factor to determine the relationship of the movement, the characteristics of the trade center with the trips distribution of public. The results show that after the establishment of modern trade center in Solo there is a change ina spatial and spatial trips distribution and spatial. The trip distribution of public happens is people tend to look for a trading center strategically located in the sense that it is more accessible location with a shorter distance, with a strategic location or cause consumers will take time, and expense..Keywords: trips distribution, shopping trip, urban development
