Abstract

Abstrak Pariwisata merupakan sebuah kegiatan dalam rangka memberikan kepuasan atau hiburan terhadap seseorang dan memiliki sifat sementara. Terdapat 5 komponen penting dalam pariwisata atau biasa disebut 5A’s tourism, salah satunya adalah Aksesibilitas. Aksesibilitas wisata merupakan segala macam kemudahan yang dapat dirasakan oleh wisatawan dalam melakukan pergerakan/ perpindahan tempat saat perjalanan wisata. Aksesibilitas wisata meliputi 5 hal yaitu Sarana penunjang pariwisata, Prasarana penunjang pariwisata, Informasi mengenai obyek wisata, Waktu, dan Managemen aksesibilitas wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan aksesibilitas wisata dalam mengintegrasikan obyek wisata dengan studi kasus di Kabupaten Karanganyar bagian timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik skoring menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara primer dan sekunder melalui survei kuisioner, observasi lapangan, studi literatur, dan studi dokumen dari dinas terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan aksesibilitas wisata di Kabupaten Karanganyar bagian timur dalam mengintegrasikan obyek wisata memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang sedang dengan perolehan skor sebesar 11,06.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of the urban population in Indonesia that growing rapidly these days, of course will cause impacts for the city itself, including in terms of environmental degradation. Therefore, society needs of a comfortable and livable city is getting higher, which is known as the concept of livable city. One of the key principles of the concept of livable city is the availability of public space as a place to socialize and interact. Surakarta, within 5 (five) years, being actively promote provision of public green space, as one of the public space, as evidenced by the increase of public green space area 23,16% in 2016. In a study titled Indonesia Most Livable City Index, Surakarta has a livable city index reached 69,38% above the national average. The problem in this research is how the level of conformity of the public space in Surakarta with the concept of livable city? This study aims to determine the level of conformity of the public space in Surakarta with the concept of livable city, which covers several aspects, including: availability, coverage, accessibility, comfort, amenity, and supporting activity. The method in this study using deductive research approach and scoring analysis technique. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that the level of conformity of the public space in Surakarta with the concept of livable city included into the category of medium-level conformity. Nonetheless, it needs improvement in some aspects of public space in Surakarta whose value is still low, in order to realize the public space in Surakarta according to the concept of livable city. Keywords: level of conformity, public space, livable city, scoring analysis

Abstract

Surakarta city is a big city that has a tendency to relatively rapid growth rate. One of the examples in Mojosongo Village planned as new settlements in Surakarta city. The state settled in Mojosongo Village increased by 2, 65% and the total population increased by 24, 8% with the data collected in 2010 until 2013, so for the requirement of residential are still not fulfilled. Development planning of residential area is an alternative to solve the requirement of residents in Mojosongo Village.  Mojosongo Village as new settlements must prioritize the requirement of home that is appropriate for the residents of residential. The problems in this research is the dominant factor influencing preferences of residents of the formal housing in Mojosongo Village. The purpose of this research is to know the preferences settled for residents of residential in Mojosongo Village, Also what are the factors that influence it. In this research used deductive approach because this research was conducted by examining the theories derived from the literature using the selected variables that have been determined by the type of research combined with quantitative descriptive. The influence of each variable were then divided into the dependent variable and independent variables with analytical methods such as multiple linear regression and correlation test to look at the contribution of each factor has been reduced. Based on the analysis, it is found that the dominant factor affecting preferences of settled residents in residential is water services. Abstract

The urban development can give rise to several problems in the urban devrlopment. The development of urban settellement  is the increasing number of people each year so that the need for infrastructure increases one of which is a modern trade center because demand of commodity and service is increase. But this situation is not followed by infrastructure such as modern trade center. In the beginning of  Solo Baru has built, there is no modern trade center. In progress, in 2001 there is trade center in Solo Baru. Then increased again in 2013 and 2014. In this development there are indications of changes in shopping trips of public. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine changes in shopping trip distribution of public after the establishment of modern trade center in Solo Baru in terms of spatial and aspasial trip distribution. In this study, the method used is quantitative method with 4 analytical techniques. Descriptive analysis of narrative will see how the development and characteristics of modern trade center as well as the shopping trips distribution of public in 2000 and 2015. Analysis of paired sample t test saw trip distribution changes that occurred in public spending Solo Baru in 2000 and 2015. The descriptive analysis explanatif to prove that changes in trips distribution expenditures were the result of the development of modern trade centers are supported by the deciding factor to determine the relationship of the movement, the characteristics of the trade center with the trips distribution of public. The results show that after the establishment of modern trade center in Solo there is a change ina spatial and spatial trips distribution and spatial. The trip distribution of public happens is people tend to look for a trading center strategically located in the sense that it is more accessible location with a shorter distance, with a strategic location or cause consumers will take time, and expense..Keywords: trips distribution, shopping trip, urban development

Abstract

Ciputat Market is a regional scale traditional market in South Tangerang. In 2002, the construction of shopping centers and modern shops began to grow slowly in the area of South Tangerang. The operation of shopping centers and modern shops are getting closer and outreach to the people, on the one hand it has made it easier for people to buy goods of daily needs, but on the other hand it can impact the development of the traditional market, because consumers have many choices places to shop. The problem of this study was about the changing of consumers shopping preference that can effect the development of Ciputat Market. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumers shopping preferences towards the development of Ciputat Market in South Tangerang. The method used in this research is deductive with descriptive explanative technique analysis. While the data obtained is the result of field observations, questionnaires, and document research. The results of this study shows the preferences of consumer shopping in South Tangerang bases on the location of shopping vebues indicated a tendency to shop in other shopping venues rather than Ciputat market, while the development of the range of services markets tend to stagnate.Keywords: shopping preferences, development of traditional markets

Abstract

Kawasan permukiman kumuh merupakan kawasan yang terabaikan dari pembangunan kota dengan kondisi lingkungan permukiman yang mengalami penurunan kualitas fisik, sosial ekonomi dan sosial budaya dan dihuni oleh orang-orang miskin, penduduk yang padat, serta dengan sarana prasarana yang minim. Di Surakarta terdapat tiga tipologi kawasan permukiman kumuh, yaitu kawasan permukiman kumuh bantaran sungai, kawasan permukiman kumuh padat perkotaan dan kawasan permukiman kumuh sepanjang rel kereta api. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberadaan kawasan permukiman kumuh. Faktor-faktor tesebut antara lain urbanisasi, sarana prasarana, ekonomi, lahan perkotaan, tata ruang, daya tarik perkotaan, sosial budaya, status kepemilikan bangunan dan lama tinggal penghuni. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor prioritas yang mempengaruhi keberadaan kawasan permukiman kumuh di Surakarta dengan menggunakan analisis prioritas (Analytic Hierarchi Process). Berdasarkan analisis AHP, faktor prioritas yang mempengaruhi keberadaan kawasan permukiman kumuh di Surakarta berbeda tiap tipologinya. Faktor prioritas kawasan permukiman kumuh bantaran sungai adalah faktor lahan perkotaan, faktor tata ruang dan faktor status kepemilikan bangunan. Faktor prioritas yang mempengaruhi keberadaan kawasan permukiman kumuh padat perkotaan yaitu faktor lahan perkotaan, faktor tata ruang dan faktor ekonomi. Sedangkan faktor prioritas yang mempengaruhi keberadaan kawasan permukiman kumuh sepanjang rel kereta api adalah faktor status kepemilikan bangunan, faktor ekonomi dan faktor tata ruang

Abstract

Lokasi merupakan penentu daya tarik suatu pasar modern. Menurut (Berman & Evan, 2001), faktor yang menentukan lokasi optimum suatu retail/perdagangan yaitu aksesibilitas, specific site, kebijakan zonasi dan secara lebih detail (Marlina, 2008) dan (Kwak & dkk, 2013), menjelaskan bahwa faktor pemilihan lokasi yang mempengaruhi investor dalam menentukan lokasi Shopping Mall adalah Kesesuaian Aturan Zonasi, Aksesibilitas, Harga  Tanah, Ketersediaan Jaringan Prasarana, Kesesuaian kondisi geologi dan hidrologi, Jarak jangkauan customer, dan Tenant Mix. Shopping Mall umumnya merupakan bangunan besar, tertutup lantai lebih dari satu dengan luas minimal 9200 m2. Karakteristik utama Shopping Mall adalah merupakan pusat perbelanjaan dalam satu atap atau one stop (Levy & Weitz, 2009). Perkembangan penanaman modal di Surakarta sebagai Trade Centre membuat banyak investor yang menanamkan modalnya dibidang perdagangan. Salah satu jenis perdagangan yang sedang berkembang di Kota Surakarta adalah Shopping Mall. Perkembangan Shopping Mall diawali pada tahun 2004 ketika Solo Grand Mall berdiri, selanjutnya Solo Square pada tahun 2006 dan Solo Paragon pada tahun 2010. Ketiga Shopping Mall ini memiliki faktor pemilihan lokasi yang sama yaitu memilih lokasi di bagian selatan Kota Surakarta. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Faktor Prioritas yang mempengaruhi pemilihan lokasi Shopping Mall di Kota Surakarta dengan menggunakan analisis prioritas dalam Analytic Hierarchi Process. Berdasarkan hasil analisis AHP, faktor yang menjadi prioritas bagi Shopping Mall di Kota Surakarta secara berurutan yaitu Peraturan Zonasi Daerah Setempat, Konsumen dan Ketersediaan Moda Transportasi, Tingkat Arus Lalu Lintas, Kemudahan Dicapai dari Fasilitas Umum, Ketersediaan Jaringan Listrik, Biaya (Harga Lahan), Ketersediaan Jaringan Drainase, Kesesuaian Kondisi Geologi dan Hidrologi, Suspicient, Generative, dan yang terakhir adalah Lokasi dan Jarak dengan Pesaing

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengidentifikasi kualitas transportasi umum menurut persepsi pengunjung; 2) mengetahui pilihan moda transportasi pengunjung di Kawasan Wisata Budaya Surakarta; 3) mengetahui hubungan persepsi pengunjung terhadap kualitas transportasi umum dengan pemilihan moda tansportasi umum di Kawasan Wisata Budaya Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis crosstab. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung di objek wisata budaya Kota Surakarta memberikan penilaian “cukup baik” (sebesar 4101). Penilaian koresponden terhadap kualitas transportasi umum Kota Surakarta memang cenderung cukup baik, tetapi penggunaan moda transportasi bukan umum lebih mendominasi dibandingkan penggunaan moda transportasi umum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai p=0,000 dan nilai r=0,392. Maka dapat disimpulkan persepsi kualitas transportasi umum dengan pemilihan moda transportasi umum memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan korelasi yang cukup kuat, makin tinggi persepsi kualitas transportasi umum maka makin bertambah pemilih moda transportasi umum.Kata Kunci: kualitas, pemilihan moda, persepsi, tranportasi umum, wisata budaya.
