Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the transportation sector levy rates in the Brebes District to be held adjustment, adjustment propose an alternative way of determining the transportation sector retribution rates based approach in line with the principles of economics, especially pricing of public services in order to reach all aspects: (i) the adequacy of revenues; (ii) the aspect of justice, (iii) economic efficiency, (iv) adininistrasi and political aspects, and (v) suitability as a source of local revenue. Way in which to determine the unit rates for each service users in accordance with the above criteria, based on consideration of: (i) estimate the economic capacity of the community, (ii) retribution rates other areas around it, (iii) to change based on inflation rates occurred in the area of ??Brebes district. Analysts levy rate adjustment is based on the assumption of using average inflation rate from 2003 to 2008 (5 years) is 8.94% per year. Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the level of CR and the factors value that affect the level of CR at lactating dairy cattle in BBPTU-HPT Baturraden Purwokerto Central Java, on April, 29 th ? May 13 th 2014. This research used sensus method with primary and secondary data. Analysis data used regression analysis with SPSS (Statistics Packet for Social Science) program.The result showed that the CR at BBPTU-HPT Baturraden is 36,60%. Factors affecting the value of CR were the herds man and the cattles. On the level of cattle are the education of herds man that negatively associated with factor value 2,130, number of the cattle that negatively assosiated with factor value 0,151, herdsman knowledge that negatively assosiated with factor value 2,637, thawing duration that negatively associated with factor value0,229 and the distance between the cowshed with office that possitively assosiated with factor value 0,198. Factor affecting the CR on dairy cattle are the age dairy cattle that negatively associated with factor value 0,313, days open that possitively with factor value 0,725, mating postpartus that negatively associated with factor value 0,661, calving interval that positively associated with factor value 0,950, lactating period that possitively associated with factor value 0,923 and dry period that negatively associated with factor value 0,966.

Abstract

Background. The mortality rate of tuberculous meningitis (TBM) is approximately 20-41%. The prognosis is influenced by clinical and radiologic features, laboratory findings, and therapy. Objective. To report factors affecting the prognosis of TBM patients in Saiful Anwar Hospital.Methods. The study design was a retrospective cohort with consecutive sampling. Data were taken from medical records of 47 patients from 2016-2017. The prognostic value used modified rankin scale showing good (0-2) and poor prognosis (3-6). The impact of clinical, radiological, and laboratory factors were investigated by univariate analysis and multiple logistic regression. Results. In this study, good (n=21) and bad (n=26) prognosis were compared. Patients with good prognosis experienced more episodes of seizure than poor prognosis (17% vs 4%; p = 0.011). Focal neurologic deficits was more prevalent in poor prognosis (4% vs. 23%, p = 0.012). Meningeal enhancement was more common in poor prognosis (21% vs 42%; p= 0.038). From multivariate analysis, we found that seizure and focal neurological deficit are independent prognostic factors (p=0.023 dan p 0.033).Conclusion. Clinical factors influencing prognosis of TBM in Saiful Anwar Hospital are seizure and focal neurological deficit. Focal neurological deficit is a poor prognostic factor. However, seizure is a good prognostic factor.  Keywords: prognostic factors, tuberculous meningitis

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari atas temuan bahwa mata kuliah metodologi belum optimal, baik dari sisi konten dan kurang mampu mengembangkan daya nalar mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, secara spesifik tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis saintifik pada mata kuliah metodologi penelitian. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan model ASSURE, dengan melihat aspek konten, bahasa dan desain selanjutnya akan di ujicoba terbatas pada mahasiswa STKIP Citra Bakti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek konten, desain dan bahasa dengan kategori sangat baik, serta penilaian mahasiswa dengan kategori sangat baik. Oleh karena itu,bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan siap di implementasikan
